Long Version

But as other children weren’t as appreciative of her, particularly when she began to show the beginning of her significantly taller stature. This led to the other children in her minute school singling her out for harassment and ostracization.
Aisling’s personality shifted and her once sunny demeanor was dampened down by sadness and loneliness. Her parents became so concerned that they considered moving and giving their daughter a new chance in a different town and school. However she fell in with a small friends group who were fascinated rather than repulsed by her. The girls rallied around Aisling and slowly turned her back around to her old self.
She was among their number upon the founding of their amateur football/soccer team, the girls coining it ‘The Tigers’. In the beginning they trained on their school’s pitch during off hours.
