12/15/2021 03:45 PM  Redgrave files: Chapter 10 Resident Evil: Redgrave files  Chapter 10: alls well that ends well "In other new's today, The recent activity in the Ruins of Terragrigia has stopped after the FBC tower exploded, Right now its still unknown what caused it but it has sank more of the City, the BSAA has stated they sent in two agents to investigate before the explosion but nothing else has been said at this time." The New's reporter said as Grue came out of the kitchen holding a platter of Hotdogs and Burgers "Maria? Im getting the grill going!" He yelled as a womn came out "Alright, Jessica and Tiki should be back soon with the Drinks for everyone." She said. a young girl came up "Daddy is Uncle Tony coming?" She asked tugging on his Apron. Grue smiled as he ruffled her hair "Not sure Nesty, Uncle Tony and I did have a big adventure and he did get hurt." He said as there was a knock on the door. "Uncle Tony!" Yelled Nesty as she ran over opening it before seeing an Old woman. "Oh its just Auntie Nel" she said disapointed as Nel put her sunglasses on her head "well that isnt nice," she said smiling picking up Nesty as Grue started the Grill "Oh Nel you made it! Is Tony joining?" he asked as Nel shrugged "Not sure, He's still laid up in bed with those stitches in his arm." she said while joining Grue outside seeing other people "so this a work thing or?" as Grue shook his head "Kinda I invited some people from the BSAA who are former FBC." he said 'kinda like a reunion." he said as Nel put Nesty down to play with Grue's dog "Well I wasnt part of the FBC but I cant say no to food." she said. As more people showed up and the party began another knock came to the door as Grue went and opened it as his eyes went wide "Tony you made it! and what are you wearing?" He said as he wore a Black Hawaiin shirt and shorts. "Hey you said it was tropical themed." he said coming in "Plus easier to put on this than my normal get up." he said while Grue patted his shoulder "well get a beer and we had a hottub installed." He said as Tony sighed "Ill be in there for a bit."  Walking to the backyard Tony looked around seeing everyone as Grue's kids ran up to him as Nesty wanted to be picked up "Cant believe you got everyone." he said as grue chuckled "They heard the word free burgers and beer and came over, even Parker." as Tony whistled "you got Parker too? anyone else?" he said as Grue thought "O'brian also, He was there and all." as Tony nodded "I getcha." he said before grabbing a beer and opening it.  Back near the remains of Terragrigia a redheaded man stood by the beach as he awnsered his phone. "Hello?....Yes sir, We've found a sample of the T-Omega virus." He said looked down "And we found...him" He said as the chared remains of Gilver now looking human again opened his eyes "Yes Sir, I'll have him transported to your location." as he hung up he bent down looking at him "Welcome back Gilver." 12/15/2021 03:04 PM  Redgrave Files: Chapter 9 Resident Evil: Redgrave Files  Chapter 9 Letting go. Gilver yelled as he ran at them as he grabbed Grue "You! You wont survive this time!" he said crushing him as Grue screamed before redgrave Shot him in the face "Hey Ugly!" Redgrave yelled as Gilver turned snarling "Redgrave!" He yelled before throwing Grue to the ground and running at him as his hands grew bone like claws slashing at him. "You! You! How did you Survive!" He said while slashing Redgrave shirt and Jacket. Redgrave gritted his teeth as he saw his face open revealing the large Eye as he shot it. "Cause..I had a good partner."  He said as Gilver grabbed his face roaring in pain before Grue slid in shooting him. "Besides Gil, You were always a hard ass riding The Silver Fox's tail"  He said before Redgrave shot again bursting one of the glowing tumors as Gilver riled in pain. "Shut up!" He yelled as more bones shot from his back as Gilver got on all fours as his face broke in half revealing the eye now red. "You two will die!" He yelled as he became more beast like running at them. "Tony we need to finish him now!" Grue said as Redgrave looked around before finding a piece of rebar "Grab that!" He yelled as the two dodged Gilver as they grabbed the piece of metal. "K when he gets close stab him in the eye...HARD" Redgrave said as Grue nodded. Gilver kept running as he roared again "Time to die!" He yelled before the two stabbed Gilver in the eye. Yellow liquid poured from it Gilver screamed as Grue and Redgrave kept pushing deeper "Just Die already!" Redgrave yelled as Gilver got off the rebar as he grabbed his face screaming as he got closer to the ledge before falling off. Screaming as he fell to the ground as Redgrave and Grue panted. "F***..." Grue panted as Redgrave  looked over the edge . On the ground was Gilvers mutated body crushed into the ground as he sighed "I think he's dead." He said as a chopper came close. "Nel that you?!' Grue said into his ear piece as an old lady laughed "Well who else would it be" She said before coming close as the two got into the Chopper. "How was your little trip?" she asked as Grue got in as Redgrave got in behind him "Oh not that bad...just a pTSD fueled Nightmare!" He said chuckling before sitting down. Gilver twitched on the ground as a boney like face formed over the popped eye. two red pin dotted eyes formed as he saw the chopper as his bones cracked and got up his form mutating more. "First thing Im doing when we get back state side is having a beer" Grue said as Redgrave noticed a rocket launcher "And for me a nice nap and Nel did you bring us a present?" He asked picking it up as she smirked "I did, It has a napalm tip, not Geneva convention legal but..." Grue blinked a bit "YOU HAVE A NAPALM ROCKET LAUNCHER?!" as she nodded "Easy its a one time shot." She said as Redgrave laughed "least we didnt need it." Suddenly bone spikes shot into Redgraves shoulder and pinned him to the wall of the Helicopter as alarms went off. "Tony!" Grue yelled as Nel looked back 'Sh*t! get that thing off quick!" she yelled as Gilver pulled him self up "Where the hell do you think your going!?" He yelled as he tried climbing onto it. Tony took a breath in pain as he pulled out his guns as Grue did the same as Tony Shot Gilvers face as Grue shot through the bone. Gilver laughed "You think that can stop me?!" He said as Nel turned the chopper "You two hold on!" she yelled tipping the chopper as Gilvers claws ripped the Helicopter as he began to fall. Redgrave grabbed the Rocket launcher and armed it "Time to end this!" He yelled as Gilver screamed as he looked up seeing the Rocket launcher "Opa, Mother f***er." He said under his breath shooting it at Gilver. As it exploded on empact the sticky napalm stuck to Gilvers mutated form as he hit the ground screaming in pain from the flames as he riled in pain his body mutating more but it couldnt save him as they flew away. Sitting back the three panted "Holy sh*t..." Grue said as he sat down as Redgrave covered his bleeding shoulder "Its over.." Redgrave shook his head "Not just yet." as he pulled out the trigger for the N2 "Nel, we at a safe distance?" he asked as  Nel gave a thumbs up "Yep why?" Redgrave held the trigger as Grue put his hand on it two as the hit the button. The FBC Tower exploded as the city was swallowed by dust as half of the city sank even farther into the Ocean. Redgrave smiled a bit as he knew the people left behind there could rest easy now as the nightmare had truley come to an end. 0 Comments

12/12/2021 12:47 PM  Redgrave files: Chapter 7 Resident Evil: Redgrave Files Chapter 7 Old Dogs and Rebellion. Redgrave coughed as he looked up seeing Grue reloading his revolver as he got up. "Grue?! you're alive?!" He said as Grue nodded "Of course, I was wearing a vest." he said revealing the bullet proof vest. "You mean...this whole time." Grue nodded "what you didnt wear one?' he said poking his chest as Redgrave rubbed the back of his neck. "Well no." Redgrave responded before seeing there old friend get back up and roar. "Ready partner?" Redgrave asked Picking up his guns and spinning the 45's before pointing at the tyrant Mike. "Always." Grue said pointing his gun at him as Mike roared. Shots fired as Redgrave slid under The monsterous form of Mike as he threw a punch as Grue kept shooting before seeing a container of Liquid nitrogen "Tony!" he yelled pointing at the tank. "Are you crazy?!" He yelled before being slammed into a wall before gritting his teeth. Redgrave pointed one gun at Mikes face and shooting him as he fell backwards before moving away. Grue got ready as Mike got back up looking at Grue before growling "GRUE...." his form came closer as Grue shot the tank below zero hissed out before exploding freezing parts of the tyrant mike as Redgrave saw his face freezing. "Sh*t now!" Grue yelled as Redgrave got up pointing the silver gun at Mike as he clawed his face.  "Jackpot." He said as he shot one last bullet shattering as his body fell to the ground lifeless at last. Panting Redgrave looked at his partner. "Well, guess that works." he said before Grue nodded "So, Whats Gil doing?" he asked as Redgrave looked at the door "he has a new virus, the T-Omega virus calling it now he's planning on releasing it."  Redgrave said as Grue's face went sour "meaning.." as he nodded "Another Terragrigia, or Racoon city." He said as the two ran towards the door Gilver went through. Down the hallway they ran before entering the dark room with Screens showing the city and the cracked laptop. "So this is where Gil was doing his work." Grue said as Redgrave nodded "Yep, but something doesnt add up, He had a picture of Lansdale." he said  as Grue looked confused "Wait, Lansdales been in prison since the Queen Zannobia incident." He said as Redgrave nodded "My Question is..." Before he could finish the screens flickered to show Morgan Lansdale now older and back in a suit instead of a jump suit "Is why he has my picture." he said as Redgrave and Grue turned "Lansdale, thought, you'd be in a Orange onesie" Redgrave quipped as Lansdale closed his eyes "Well, the Connection helped me out of prison." He said as Grue came closer "But why?" he said as Morgan smirked "I have my reasons." He said as Redgrave scoffed "Oh let me guess trying to gain more power?" he questioned "In a way." Morgan said as Grue grit his teeth "We arnt letting you get away with this." Grue added as Morgan stroked his beard "we will see." he said before seeing Redgrave held up his gun "We're coming for you next Lansdale." He said before pulling the trigger shooting the screen and camera. On the roof Gilver looked over the ruined city as he sighed taking a vial of the Virus and injecting it into himself before gritting his teeth the pain was bad as he gripped the bandages on his head and laughing his eyes turning red as he tore the bandages as he watched the sun set. 12/12/2021 01:14 PM  Redgrave files: Chapter 8 Resident Evil: Redgrave Files Chapter 8 Burnt. Redgrave sighed as Grue turned shocked by what happened. "So, the plan?" He asked as Redgrave pulled out a object and set it on the desk and armed it. "N2, will take the while building out and every bit of the virus." he said as Grue looked at him. "Where did you get that?" He asked as redgrave grabbed some Ammo left out. "Oh called in a favor, to Redfield" He said as Grue rushed over "HE GAVE YOU N2?!" As Redgrave nodded "yeah, gave him my clearance codes to help with his investigation of the European branch." he said as Grue sighed "K what ever lets just get out of the area before you hit the trigger." he said as Redgrave nodded "yeah lets get going." Running down the hall more infected came of some mutating more as the twitched as Redgrave and Grue open fire the horde not ending as the two kept going through them. Soon the two barricaded the doors behind them from the stair case as they caught there breath. "So where are we heading?" Redgrave asked as Grue looked up "The Roof, thats where Nel will pick us up right?" as Redgrave nodded "yeah, just about.." looking up he realized "12 more flights....F***' redgrave yelled "K lets get going." he said as grue nodded. They kept going up the stairs taking on more infected before reaching the final door. "K this is it."  Grue said panting as Redgrave nodded "Yeah."  panting Redgrave kicked open the door as the air flowed in from outside the two stepped onto the roof seeing gilver sitting. "So you  made it.." he said as he stood up. "This is where our lives were changed, We both survived but I was deformed by it, trapped." Grue pointed his gun as he took a breath "We all left with scars Gil." Gilver turned seeing Grue as Grue was shocked as Redgrave winced, Gilver's face was burnt no skin left but charged and red muscle. "So you survived as well..." He said before laughing "Well then.." Redgrave gritted his teeth as he pulled out the shotgun. "Yeah, and we are done with you Gil." He said pulling the Trigger. Gilver looked up as he held out his hand as he then opened it revealing the ball barrings from the rounds and dropping them. "You two just dont get it!" Gilver said as he grit his teeth smiling as he laughed "This is it! a new crisis!" He yelled as he grabbed his shirt ripping it off as his body pulsed his body changing as it grew. Redgrave and Grue watched as Gilver mutated as his burnt face split in to revealing in the center a large eyeball before closing. His arms growing large and legs too the same glowing puss filled sores growing as he finished before looking up his eyes glowing yellow. Gilver walked into the survilance room as he sat back in his chair as the voice came from the laptop again. "I see you shot Grue.." the voice said as he nodded "Yes." he said as the voice went silent before speaking and "And Redgrave?" He asked as Gilver fixed his bandages "Oh I left him alive for reasons." he said as he began to watch the cameras. He smirked as he watched the screens showing Redgrave fighting through the Hallway. Redgrave screamed as he kept shooting infected falling as one grabbed onto him as he shoved a grenade into its mouth and kicking it back into a crowd of more as it exploded. "Best you got Gil!" He yelled out before seeing the camera at him. Redgrave grit his teeth knowing Gilver was watching as he shot the camera and began to walk towards the stairs. as he walked he noticed a few weapons on the ground as he picked up a shotgun and loaded it before seeing a rocket launcher. 'Oh you are coming with me." he said smirking and putting it on his back. The sound of nails on the glass caught his attention as the hunters broke threw screaching as Redgrave felt a cold chill go down his spine, one had a knife in its chest. His old knife "So we meet again" He said as it ran at him as he pointed his twin guns at it and began to shoot at it. Each shot the memory played  of him being stabbed by this monsters claws. Pulling the Shotgun out he ducked at it slashed at him before Redgrave rammed the muzzle into the squishy rotting flesh of it. "Jackpot Mother fu-" as he pulled the trigger its exploded as its body fell limp. The other Hunters broke through the windows screaching and running at him as he unloaded on them. Even running out of slugs of the shotgun he swung it bashing ones head in before shooting another. Seeing an opening at a doorway he ran for it before pulling the rocket launcher from his back as the remaining Hunters ran at the door. Sighing he pulled the trigger  as 4 rockets flew from the cylinders exploding as Redgrave closed the door before being thrown back by the blast. Coughing he got up and turned around looking around the room, it was the surgical room of the FBC but noticed odd things, corpses cut open on tables some infected others not. "what the hell is this?" he said to himself before seeing notes on a table before looking it over. His eyes went wide as he read it "A new strand of the T virus? but T-Ome" before he could finish Gilver stepped out.  "The T-Omega virus.." he saidas Redgrave pointed his gun at him. "What are you doing with this?" He asked as Gilver walked around holding a vial. "Oh, well someone gave it to me...Im sure you've heard of the connection?" Gilver said as Redgrave narrowed his eyes "The group behind the Mold virus in 2017...' he said as Gilver nodded "You think the only project they had going on was helping some old delusional woman bring back her dead daughter? oh Red you should know better." He mocked "But, you dont know the full reality of what this can do." He said as thundering footsteps echoed as the doors swung open as Mike came in. "It was able to do this to Mike here." he said Mike growled only one thing "Red...Grave.." Gilver turned around as he began to leave "And thanks to my help he remembers all of you, Grue, Parker, everyone..." he said as he looked at Mike "Kill him." He said as Mike grabbed Redgraves arms and pulled him up. Mike began to pull as his narled face growled and grit his teeth as the doors behind him closed. Redgrave screamed in pain as he looked at Mike. "All FBC Agents this is not a drill!" rang through the building as Gilver ran into the Briefing room as he saw Redgrave and Grue talking to Parker as he walked over. "What are you three doing?!" he said as Grue turned "Easy Gil, me and Parker are just helping the rookie." he said as he looked at Redgrave "Tony Redgrave right?" He asked Redgrave nodded 'yeah thats me." he said as he scoffed "Shouldnt be here." he stated as Parker spoke up "Hey we need everyone we can." he said as Grue nodded. "Plus kid was raised by Nel, she taught him how to shoot and is a crack shot." he stated  Soon a man with a Cane walked up stroking his beard "Grue Redgrave I need you two to help evac, Parker stay here till Jessica and Raymond show up and mr Silvir follow me." he said as Gilver nodded "Yes sir." Following the man as he handed him a USB "I need you to copy everything on the Virus Veltro is using." he said as as Gilver looked at the USB before taking it. "yes sir." Soon after that he made his way to the roof as helicopters lifting off as he saw the last one containing a bleeding redgrave and grue covering his wound leaving. "Wait come back!" he yelled as the heat from the Satalite's solor panels beat the city and burnt his face. Screaming he ran inside as he held his now melted and narled flesh. "Please come back!" He said in searing pain as he then screamed as the city began to be fried. Redgrave turned seeing Grue fall back holding his chest. "GRUE!" Redgrave yelled catching his partner as he looked at Gilver holding the smocking gun. "Why? why the f*** did you shoot him!" He said as Gilver laughed. "To show you how it felt." he said "you two got out! and yet I was left to DIE!" He said as Redgrave pulled out his gun. "Im going to kill you." He said tears rolling down his face "Oh please Redgrave, you wont." He said walking close and gripping his gun before pointing at his head. "I know you cant shoot a living person." Gilver said "After all...You and I are connected, both of us scared by this place." he said touching where Red's scar was.  Gilver let go of his gun before walking away. "Besides, You will die soon anyway." he said before leaving through the side door. Redgrave dropped his gun as he broke down screaming as he realized he lost his best friend. After a while he wiped his face before standing up. "Dont worry Partner Im going to finish this." He said before walking towards the door and looking back before seeing a picture of Lansdale as he pulled it off. "What does Lansdale have to do with this?" he thought after all Morgan Lansdale has been in jail since 2005. Putting the picture in his pocket he opened the door seeing the next room fill with the yellow pussed zombies and hunters as he pulled out his guns. Right now the streets were empty as they walked, Grue looked up at the cloudy sky before looking at Redgrave who was reloading his gun. "So who do you think that was?" he asked as Redgrave shrugged "Dont know, could have been anyone." he said as the made it to the front of the FBC building. "But if their's a reunion, it would be here." He said looking up at the building. After all these years still standing. "Welp, no time like the present." Grue said as Redgrave nodded as the two pulled the steel grate up and opening the doors. The inside smelled of rot and heat as both coughed. "geeze, maybe we should open up a window?" Joked Redgrave as Grue chuckled. before the sounds of a Mic screeched. "Welcome you two." Said the voice as Redgrave and grue walked deeper inside. "You two remember this place well dont you?" the voice said "all of us came through those doors every morning, and that day came." a long pause felt like hours as the voice spoke again "Have you two ever thought of those who never made it out?" the voice asked as Redgrave picked up an old P90 to inspect it seeing it had a full clip. "all the time." He said under his breath before the voice chuckled. "Well, they are still here...in this building." soon the emergency lights came on as doors opened as infected came out screaming and gargling as Grue picked up an old shotgun and cocked it. "Think these old guns work?" He asked as Redgrave's hands shook "Dont know but lets find out." he said The two began to open fire on the reanimated FBC agents as ones helmet broke showing the narled flesh as it limped out grabbing Grues arm as he stabbed it in the face before shooting a few back. an audible click came from it. "sh*t im out!" He said as Redgrave pulled a clip from one undead's vest and reloaded it before handing the P90 to Grue "Here take this!" Before pulling out his hand guns and shooting. the horde began to thin as Redgrave looked up seeing the elevator open. "Grue! thats our exit!" He said as Grue turned. "Right lets go!" The two ran for the Elevator as they got in as Grue hit the button for the briefing room as the two panted. "Sh*t...that many" Redgrave said as Grue looked at him. "You okay Tony?' he asked as he shook his head. "no, I recognized some of those names, Grey, Robinson, Falcone...and many more." he said as he punched the wall. "They all were more experienced! and yet me the rookie survived!" Grue sighed "Survivals guilt..." he said s Redgrave looked at him. 'yeah maybe it is but...It..it bothers me." he said  Grue put his hand on his shoulder giving him a reassuring look "Tony, Its not your fault." he said as Redgrave shook a bit "I..I know" he said before the elevator dinged onto the floor before the doors opening. The two stepped into the Briefing room as pictures of all Surviving FBC members were on the light up board showing the city as a man had his back turned to them. he wore the FBC uniform but his head and hands were bandaged. "Its so good you two made it." he said turning slowly his green eyes looking at them. "Tony, Robert its been to long." he said grinning. Grue and Redgrave felt a chill as they saw the name tag. "Silvir" as Redgrave lowered his gun. "Gilver..." he said as Grue looked shocked "You're alive? how?" 11/16/2021 07:59 PM  Redgrave Files Chapter 3 Resident evil: Redgrave files  Chapter 3: Mistakes of the past. The man watched Redgrave and Grue as they snuck through the they back alleys of the city. He rested his cheek on his hand while smirking. "How long as it been... since you two have been here? nearly 20 years?" he thought as the man closed his eyes remembering back to the day of the panic. The man remembred standing next to the director as Redgrave and Grue were sent out to help with evac before he was sent to deal with another issue. He did his job, but saw in it the helicopters leaving. He remembered the sun beating down on him as he ran for cover. his skin burning as he saw people caught in it to some turning to dust as others tried to hide as hunters died to. he was left disfigured as he opened his eyes, they were blood shot as he grit his teeth as he looked at the screen. "Why did you two survive? and I did not?" he asked while a bandaged hand reached for the screen. Meanwhile Redgrave and Grue kept going before stopping in what was once a garden in Terragrigia now just burnt and damaged trees. "God, remember this place?" Asked Grue as Tony touched a tree "Oh yeah, isnt this where you took Jessica when she was a baby?" he asked as Grue chuckled "she used to love this place." he said sighing before hearing something and pointing his gun. Redgrave joined before walking over to the sound before seeing a small bird pop out. The two sighed as Redgrave pointed his gun "scared the sh*t out of us. little sh*t." he said before Grue looked around before hearing the foot steps once more. "Tony, its back." The two hid as the large being came into focus, its skin was pale and burnt. Its face showing no emotion its teeth narled as its arm were covered in the same yellow sores and eyes milky white. Redgrave peaked from behind the tree as his eyes shot opened recoginizing it. "Pst Grue, I know that guy." He said as Grue looked over "What how?!' he said peaking before seeing his face, Grue then remembered who it was, an old FBC agent named Mike lindsey. "Mike?" he said under his breath as Redgrave kept watching. "Think the Virus Veltro let out did this?" he asked as Grue shook his head "no, I've read the reports remember rachel? " as Redgrave coughed "M-maybe" as Grue looked at him "Yeah well she was infected in 2005 she turned into a barnicle monster." he said as Redgrave shivered "Well, glad I broke up with her before that happened." He said as Grue had a sour look "you hooked up with-" as Redgrave stopped him "we will talk about it later." He said The large shadow of was once Mike looked around as it growled under his breath "Red...grave..." as Redgrave went paler as Grue felt a chill as he heard mike talk again. "Grue..." he snarled as he used the large hammer to break the tree's. Redgrave and Grue ducked out of the way as Redgrave pulled out his extra .45 out and began to shoot. "F***!" He said shooting as Grue reloaded his revolver. "Red we need to go!" he said as Redgrave grit his teeth watching Mike turn almost looking at him. "R-right lets go." he said as he turned to run before his red leather jacket was grabbed.  Redgrave was pulled up meeting the face of his old co-worker as he struggled. "Red...grave..." He said before Redgrave slipped out of his jacket and pulled his knife out stabbing him in one of the yellow sores as it spewed pus. Mike roared as he fell grabbing his arm as Redgrave ran with Grue into a old office building and barricading the door. Redgrave panted as Grue slumped. "I-I thought Mike got out of here on one of the choppers." he said as Grue shook his head "No..he never did." he said as Redgrave looked up "What? but you said" Grue stopped him "Tony, he gave up his spot on the chopper for you." He said as Redgrave went pale "Grue what do you mean?" He asked as Grue sat down. "Tony" Grue sighed before pulling out a cig and lighting it. "When I brought you to the FBC roof you were bleeding out, they told me there was no room for you on the chopper but Mike gave up his spot for you" He said as Redgrave looked shocked "So its my fault he's now a ten foot tall zombie" he said before Grue looked at him "No dont think that way it isnt your fault." he said "Mike didnt know he couldnt get out city after we all left it was to late!" he said as Redgrave sat down. "Still he had a f***ing family! they got out with yours Grue!" Redgrave yelled as Grue shot up "HIS FAMILY DIDNT MAKE IT OUT!" He said as Redgrave looked shocked "What do you mean?" He asked as Grue calmed down "After the panic and the month you were in the hospital the FBC released a list of people who didnt get out, his family was on that list they died during the panic" He said as Redgrave looked down. "Did he know?" he asked as Grue nodded "he was in denial though, kept saying he'd find them, even though his wifes car was crushed by a hunter." Redgrave slumped down as he grabbed a cig and lit it. "Well..still doesnt awnser what happened here." he said as they both felt a vibrate from there phones as an unknown number showed up. "Who's this?" Asked Grue as Redgrave awnsered and put it on speaker. "Lets find out." a Male voice came through the phone in a somber tone "Tony Redgrave and Robert Grue, welcome back to Terragrigia." The voice said as Redgrave and Grue looked at each other. "Who is this?" Asked redgrave as the voice laughed "In all do time Tony, but in the mean time a reunion is being held for all the FBC agents who served during the panic are waiting for you, dont keep them waiting." the voice said before hanging up. Redgrave and Grue looked at each other before nodding "Maybe its a trap" Redgrave said before shaking his head "Nope its a trap but one we are gonna walk into." he said before Grue looked at him "you sure?" he asked as Redgrave turned "If some evil voice is mentioning it then some scooby doo BS is going on and theres a clue, or a key or something." he said as Grue sighed. "You are not wrong."   The man watched them talk as a distorted voice came through a old cracked laptop. "So these two awnsered the signal?" the voice asked as the man nodded "yes, I know its not who we thought would show up, but these two..these two I have a history with." He said as the voice cracked a bit "Remember, they must not leave Terragrigia alive" as the man nodded "Yes sir.." 0 Comments

11/14/2021 02:12 PM  Redgrave Files. Chapter 2 Resident Evil: Redgrave Files Chapter 2: City of dust. The 18 hour flight felt like a drag in the military plane. Grue and Tony sat in the cargo hold of it as Tony hummed listening to the music on the intercom. Grue shook his head smirking a bit. "Always with the music before missions." Redgrave smirked back before sitting up straight. "Hey, gets my head in the zone." He said before a woman came over the speakers. "Okay you two we are near the area. Cant land so your going to have to jump." the voice said as Grue turned a pale color "Did Nell say we have to jump?!" as Redgrave was getting his parachute "yeah, the airport is like half under water" He said as Grue panicked putting his on. "you-you planned this part!" He said as Redgrave shrugged. "Maybe, Maybe not." he said before pressing the button on the intercom. "K Nell, meet us with the chopper ontop of the FBC HQ building in 48 hours." he said as the womans voice came over again. "Got it, just you two dont die." She said as the back of the plane opened. As the two jumped from the plane they saw what was left of Terrigregia, the once bright city now gone, just rubble and remains of what happened. 18 years ago, that day it was still fresh in there head. As they pulled there cords and landed onto the street below Grue looked around, the smell of burnt cars and flesh still in the air after all these years. "christ.." he said as he saw Redgrave looking at the remains of people half burnt. "Makes you think, this could be us." He said as Grue came over "Its...hard to believe all this happened still." he said before looking down the street "So we should head towards the FBC building." Redgrave and Grue kept there guns ready as they made there way down the ruined streets passing by a few melted cars, people and Bio weapons mostly half burnt corpses of Hunters. "So think anyone survived here?" Redgrave asked as Grue turned a corner and turning on his flash light "Not sure, I mean possible but doubt it." he stated before Turning to look at Redgrave "Think your old apartment is still here?" he asked  as Redgrave softly laughed "Maybe, But dont really care I left what? a block buster movie in there?" before Grue crossed his arms "You never returned it?" as Redgrave turned "Well the panic happened, and I had a date look it was alot" he stated before hearing something fall. Both turned guns trained as a can rolled towards them. Redgrave looked at the can before looking up and seeing something and giving a hand motion to Grue, the both of them moving closer they saw a moving shadow. "Hello?" Grue called out "Is someone here? we are from the BSAA" He said before the two saw it, a half burnt humanoid twitching in the corner "Sir, are you-" before he could finish it turned. Its burnt face covered in yellow pustuals and its eyes a red color teeth nashing as it gargled before almost running at the two. "F***!" Redgrave yelled as he shot at it blowing a hole through its head. as the creature fell to the ground Redgrave and grue got closer. "How the hell.." as Grue swallowed hard as he saw the burnt clothes it was wearing "He was FBC"  he said pointing out the uniform. "Sh*t..." Redgrave stood up before hearing something else. Turning the two noticed other bodies begin to move  as the clawed hands of a hunter crunched around a car. "Red we got company!" Grue yelled as the two began to fire off shots into the undead  as they kept coming. "We need a way out!" Redgrave yelled before noticing a car "there!" he said as Grue punched one undead in the face "Are you serious?!" He said following him as they got in. "Red I doubt this car is working! it hasnt moved since 2000 f***ing 4!" Redgrave popped the control panel as he began to mess with the wire. "Fair but who knows!" he said as a Hunter jumped onto the car its half narled face screeching as a spark shot from the wires as the car came to life. "And we are good!"" Redgrave yelled as he floored the gas.  The Car ran over the monsters as a Hunter grabbed the hood clawing at it as Redgrave spun his gun pointing it at it. "Get off!" He yelled shooting at it before it fell under the car. Crashing through the streets the two noticed more undead as Redgrave grunted "We need a place to go!" he said as Grue pointed "We are near the building!" he said before a large figure dropped down hitting there car flipping it. Grue hung upside down as Redgrave shook his head from shock before seeing it. a Large humanoid carrying a makeshift hammer its faced narled with yellow bumps its body torn and burnt showing muscle. "Oh.." He said as Grue finished the thought "f***". The two scrammbled to get out as the large humanoid slammed its hammer into the car as Redgrave shot at it while Grue did the same.  The being turned looking at Redgrave before grabbing his leg and tossed him into his partner. Gasping for air Grue laid with Redgrave ontop of him "K any new plans?!" he asked before Redgrave grabbed a grenade "Welp, got one." he said 'I throw this and we run towards that door." he said pointing behind him as Grue looked "TONY THAT'S A F***ING COFFEE SHOP!" as Redgrave pulled the pin "Its what we got to work with!" He said throwing it at the being as it exploded in the beings face the two ran fast as they could inside and hid. The large being looked around as it seemed to give up walking away its foots rocking the earth around it. Redgrave sighed as he leaned against a downed coffee table. "well that was a close one." He said as Grue panted "You...you think?" He said as he got up. "So what now?' he asked as Redgrave jumped over the counter and pulling out a map. "K, we need to take the back ways, duck through the buildings." he said as Grue came over "Right, and those? what are we gonna do bout them?" Redgrave thought "Try to avoid them but if we cant take them out." He said as Grue nodded "and what do we call these things?"  as Redgrave thought. "Well I was gonna call them worm trolleys but.." He thought "Remnants." as Grue shrugged "good enough."  As the two discussed a camera watched them as a man watched them. His head bandaged up as he smirked. "Tony Redgrave and Robert Grue.." he said in a smooth tone "I was hoping for someone else..but you will do." he said before studying them as an old file is pulled up of them showing a younger Tony and Grue. Unhealed wounds It was a warm day on Terragrigia, the floating city was a pearl of new technology and sustainable energy. Tony was 18 and still the rookie for the FBC. He had not much to his name besides a gun and his partner and old Marine veteran named Robert Grue by his side. Infact if it wasnt for Grue he wouldnt be in this situation. It all felt like a blur as the day came when Veltro attacked the city. Thousands dead and missing as Tony watched the city be deep fried by its own energy sourse...the sun. He had blood on his face, and a gash in his stomach as he panted watching from the chopper as it all fell. That was 2004, the year of the panic.  "Tony? Hey Tony you ok?" Asked Grue snapping his fingers as Redgrave looked up from his drink. Sighing he slicked his silver blonde hair back  "yeah, Im fine.' He said with a smile as Grue frowned "You sure?" he asked while taking a swig of his beer "you've been having that look since-" Red stopped him "Since the news we got from Redfield." he said while looking at the whiskey. "Its like the FBC all over again Grue." He said as Grue nodded. "Makes me wonder, who's really the good guys?" Grue asked as Red shrugged "Maybe its just those who aint corrupt." he said while downing his whiskey. "Anyway I gotta get home." Redgrave said as Grue looked at him. "You sure? Maria and the girls were wondering if you were gonna join us for dinner." Redgrave smiled "Nah, I need some time alone." he said before leaving the bar. It was that time of year, the anniversary of the fall of Terragrigia and all he wanted to do was be alone. the one time of year the cocky BSAA captain wanted to be alone. Redgrave entered his apartment as he turned on the lights as a small Black cat meowed and rubbed up against his leg "Hey Ratha." He said smiling and petting him before setting down his guns and jacket before opening the fridge. It was nearly empty before closing it. "i really need to go grocery shopping." he said before going to his room and changing from the red dress shirt and black jeans into sweat pants and a tank top before sitting on his bed. Turning on the TV he noticed the news talking about a few things, crisis after crisis  before dozing off. Redgrave had that dream again, the screams, the blood shed all of it. as he woke up sweating before seeing on the news talking about Terrigrigia. A beacon going off in the now deastroyed city. "What the hell.." Redgrave said under his breath as he watched the report. The Next day Redgrave made his way into BSAA's North American HQ as people were scrambling as the reports of the beacon reached them. "Tony!" Grue yelled running over "Did you see it?" he asked as Redgrave nodded "yeah, whats going on? no one should be there, hell no one could have survived what happened!" Redgrave added as Grue looked worried. "Who know's but They are wanting to send someone in." he said as Redgrave looked shocked "Who though? with what we've hear-" before he could finish Grue stopped him. "Look we gotta keep that to our selves only a few know." as Redgrave nodded "Right, Right. So I say we take it." he said as Grue looked shocked. "you sure?" he asked as Redgrave paused before nodding "yeah, look between you and me I think I need closure." he said as Grue nodded "Right...I'll talk to command and get us ready." he said as Redgrave nodded "In the meantime im getting coffee." he said before the two broke away. Soon enough the Redgrave and Grue were getting ready as Grue looked at his Revolver. "So did Parker talk to you?" he asked as Redgrave loaded his twin 45 cals. "Yeah, asked if we needed back up, asked him to stand by just in case." he said "Plus Nell may be our ticket out of there." he said as Grue turned "You got Nell onboard?! how!" as Redgrave smirked "hey she practically raised me after my parents died remember? I asked for a favor and she jumped right on it." he said before finishing getting ready. "We got a plane to catch." he said before patting his friend on the shoulder. Grue sighed before Lighting a cig and taking a long drag of it. He didnt have the same issue as Redgrave did but understood this would be closure for him and was there to support him   0 Comments
