About me: Tyrion Lannister is a member of House Lannister and is the third and youngest child of Lord Tywin Lannister and the late Lady Joanna Lannister. His older siblings are Cersei Lannister, the queen of King Robert I Baratheon, and Ser Jaime Lannister, a knight of Robert's Kingsguard.
Tyrion is a dwarf; because of this he is sometimes called the Imp and the Halfman. He is one of the major POV characters in the books
Meereen was in shambals. She understood why Daenerys wanted to stay, make sure the hold she had over it -- the lands she'd already "conquered" stayed within the palm of her hand but -- at the same time, Visenya didn't. She thought she was ruling but she was stumbling, almost as badly as her nephew had all those years ago -- she understood the strength she had with her dragons though, he did not, too scared to do a thing -- especially after turning his back on Maegor. It didn't matter how many times Visenya tried to steer him in the right direction, push him toward the back of his own beast, demanding he take what was his by right of fire and blood, he hesitated. She was being counseled to calm, be kind -- not to rule through heat but, that was her most effiecient weapon.
"You did good." She comments, back turned to Tryion though she could feel him approaching from behind -- her hand lifted, working across the massive, tight and scaled muzzle of one of the dragons the infamous "Imp" had freed, "The faster we get Meereen under control, the sooner we can go to Westeros."This --- where they were, what Daenerys thought was important, wasn't. Visenya was woken, torn from hundreds of years of slumber -- filled again with the burning flames of fire, of magic, with the same dream, vision that brought her and his siblings to take the seven Kingdoms in the first place. The long night was coming. She could feel it in the air, the chill that -- even all the way across the sea, she could feel. "They can't be kept in the dark, in chains... That's how dragons die."ย
There's a little smile when the dragon eases forward, nuzzling almost into her hand, against the side of her frame before it turns it's massive body and takes flight again. Visenya does the same, turns back in Tyrion's direction, she doesn't hesitate to leave the openness of the balcony -- to re-enter the Dragon Queen's 'Castle', or to take the goblet of wine from the lion's hand and offer herself a long swallow of the sweetened liquor.ย ย
