Quiet nature
Luca is unique in the fact he is highly dangerous, he doesn't need to touch his target in order to inflict lethal damage, he just has to be able to sense them. If you are with reach of his mental detection, then you are already in his grasp.
Luca trusts few people. He isn't too fond of any of the main pack, but he plays nice to avoid suspicion. Though he truly can't stand Liam sometimes

Luca is Stubborn when it comes to other vampires with lineage, like the Salvatores. Given he was sire by Stefan he tends to be obedient but he always makes sure that his mentor knows he isn't happy about it. They have an interesting dynamic when it comes to their relationship, as Luca dares to push Stefan further than anyone else.
Luca isn't very trusting of others, he's rather wary but once you've gained his trust his loyalty comes without question.
Abilities
Telepathic speaking -
Luca can speak to others using his mind, though since thoughs do not neccessarily track emotion it can not tell someone if he is lying or not.
Object manipulation - Luca can lift, throw, bend, and break anything he focuses on and yes this includes people.
Mental exploration - He can delve into your mind and uncover your darkest secrets, even by force which is rather painful for whomever he is attacking their mental state, depending on the situation he's left people in a vegetative like state.
DownFalls
Luca doesn't have a lot of patience and he'll literally destroy someone's mental state, to get the answers he seeks.
He has a violent temper and a short fuse at times. Though that stems back to feeling of abandonment, as his sire never showed him to control his thirst. Which resulted in him killing his dearest friends.
