One day Xavier thought he had the world, next it felt like everything he had just disappeared. When he saw Scar he just shook his head. She sat beside him and passed him a joint. He took it and inhaled a big hit..slowly exhaling..it was silent between them until Scar spoke. He chucked a little. "By good you mean bloody awful" he said taking the flask and doing a shot. "Ugh it's just as bad as I remember" he said passing her the flask. "Thank you for showing up Scar...I needed this"
"Xav you know I'll always be here for you, and I'll always pick up the broken pieces just like you've always glued mine back together. You're my only friend that I truly trust. Till the last breath I take I'll have your back" she said with a smile. She took a sip from the flask and made a face "this is absolutely awful but the memories make it worth it"
"Honestly I had locked those memories away but this bloody awful stuff brought them back full force" he chuckled. He passed the joint back to her. "I know things are going to be alright but damn I feel like I rushed everything, did I scare her? Did I love her too much?" He began to just vent nervously.
