Biography
Tamora Mitchell is the biological daughter of Paige Matthews and Henry Mitchell. Shortly after Paige had regained her memories when the twins turned two years old there was an attack at the manor where the twins were in danger thanks to their powers being bound. Paige managed to grab Kat, but was unable to grab Tamora before the demons took off with her, with Tamora reaching out and calling out "Mommy" before she was shimmered away. Paige tried to look for her in the underworld, and found who she thought was her daughter, alive and safe. She returned her home, unaware that the little girl with her was a demon trying to spy on the Charmed Ones.
The real Tamora had been stabbed by demons and left on the streets of San Francisco to die. While driving home from work, the head detective of the San Francisco Police Department, a woman by the name of Juliet O'Hara-Spencer saw a girl with an ornamental knife sticking out of her chest. Slamming her breaks she got out of her car as the girl collapsed and quickly called for an ambulance. She followed the ambulance to the hospital with the girl luckily surviving. The girl had no memories of who she was, not even a name. No one had claimed her, but rather than letting the girl go into foster care and be lost in the system, Juliet had fallen in love with the girl, eventually adopting her into their family with her husband naming her name Nora.
Shortly before the twins fourth birthday, the demon posing as Tamora came into Paige's room and tried to slit her throat. She threw them off of her as she turned on the light. She thought she hurt one of her daughters, until the demon shifted to it's true form. Realizing what had happened two years prior, Paige vanquished the demon as Henry went to check on the twins, with Kat being injured and on the brink of death. Paige managed to heal her and confirm that the Tamora they had raised for the past two years wasn't their daughter.
A few days later when Henry went to work, he saw a little girl that looked just like Kat accompanying the head detective of the SFPD. He thought Kat had gotten lost and went to scold her for running away, only to find Tamora's birthmark on her left wrist and a scared girl, calling the detective mommy. He learned from Juliet's partner that the girl's name was Nora and that Juliet found her stabbed nearly to death with no memory of her name or who she was. Henry informed Paige, while working on a way to try to make it not seem like they had tried to kill and abandon their daughter.
The two of them realized that the truth made them sound crazy and that Paige would have to reveal the secret of magic to her adoptive parents if they wanted their daughter back to prove that they didn't harm her and that they didn't know that their daughter had been replaced by a demonic being. Quietly they showed Juliet magic and a picture of their family from when the real Tamora still lived with them. Juliet and her husband Shawn believed them, knowing they would have to give Nora up to her biological parents, but asked if she could stay with them during the weekends so that she could still be in their lives. Paige and Henry agreed as they tried to help Tamora regain her memories, finally unbinding her powers so that she could have some means of self-defense to prevent another tragedy.

When the demon child tried to kill her two years later, she learned the truth and tried to locate her child, luckily, Henry spotted the girl being accompanied by a head detective who had adopted the girl with her husband. Tamora had total amnesia, not remembering her kidnapping. This devastated Paige, though once they got her child back she tried to help her regain her memory after picking up some techniques and restoring her own a few years prior.

Shawn trains her to use these abilities in a more fun way than his father and Tamora's adoptive grandfather Henry Spencer does by playing a game called "Tag Team Psychics". Shawn is extremely close to Nora and is the more fun parent while Juliet is the more serious one.

The two of them met when Tamora was officially adopted by Shawn and Juliet as Gus was her adoptive father's best friend. They are the same age. Mike is a nice boy who is Tamora's best friend.
