About me: As a child, Jordan was very curious, her head always hidden in books learning about the world around her, she also looked up to her mother who was raising her on her own. She had no idea who her father was, only learning from her mother his name was Gabriel.
As a teenager, Jordan began to notice odd things about herself like she would heal quickly no matter the injury. That she was stronger than other people around her. While out with a friend in the woods joking around while up in a tree her friend fell and hurt themselves. Jordan was freaking out not sure what to do. She wanted to help and for the bleeding to stop before she knew it her friend’s injuries were gone after a glow left her hands. Later on she finally spoke with her mother about what was wrong with her, why was she able to do things others couldn’t. Her mother had hoped she would be normal leaving her feeling confused. Her mother only told her that her father was an angel having known him back when she was younger.
As an adult, Jordan is kind, caring, selfless, intelligent, brave, and has a sense of justice, honor and good morals, however, when she makes mistakes, she feels guilt and remorse for her actions. She is sometimes short-tempered and sometimes lets her emotions get the better of her. She is very forgiving and willing to give people several chances hoping to help them find redemption.
Later on Jordan was targeted by demons she didn’t understand why she was only half angel. She didn’t even fully understand what she was. Her grace kicked in and scared the demons off. After that she ran into the Winchester brothers, who had been after the demons who found her. Bringing her back to their hotel to question her, it took a while considering she was freaked out at having run into demons for the first time in her life. When they explained what was going on to her and the sudden appearance of a man in a trench coat, her secret was out. Castiel, having learned his name from the older Winchester, could tell she wasn’t fully human.
After that she kept in touch with them occasionally getting a visit from them or Castiel, who helped her learn more about her abilities. Finally one day when she had been staying with them in the bunker they asked if she knew anything about who her angelic parent was. Before she had only told them her mother never knew so she never told her anything. Now that she trusted them she told them her father’s name. Their faces were pretty funny after she told them. Dean seemed to react the most questioning if she really was related to that damn trickster who had enjoyed messing with them. So it seemed like they knew her dad. Sam later explained to her he had been posing as the Norse god Loki to get away from everything that was happening in heaven.
The power level of a Nephilim depends on how strong their angelic parent is. Generally speaking, Nephilim are more powerful than angels themselves. Nephilim lore states that by full power, they will be stronger than at least their angelic parent. It has been stated that Nephilim are immensely powerful beings and, when they grow up, will have grown into their full power which makes them capable of being very dangerous.
