About me: I'm Annabel Lorelei MacTavish, born Annabel Lorelei Ross. I was born in Derry County Ireland, the second child of Domnhall and Niamh Ross. But when I was 13, my family lost my father to pancreatic cancer. He was a big, kind bear of a man, and I miss him every day.
I grew up playing piano, and thought that would be my career, but when I became a woman, I realized I'd have to be a little more realistic. But during my piano lessons, I met the boy who would eventually become my husband; Henry Grayson Neil Gilbert-MacTavish.
I now work as a social worker, specializing in work with abused and neglected children.
I'm an adoptive mother to Isabel, Henry's daughter with his late first wife, and treat her as my own. A few months after our wedding, I gave birth to our son, Atticus Domnhall (don't do the math on that one).
I'm a POTS sufferer, I still play piano every once in awhile, and spend time with my mam and overprotective older brother Patrick, and Henry's big blended family.
