C1-10P was a C1 Series Astromech in service the Grand Army of the Republic during the Clone War. His service record for the Clone War was cut short during the battle for Ryloth as his Y-Wing was shot down by a Separatist patrol.
While his pilot didn't survive the crash, C1-10P was pulled from the wreckage by a young Hera Syndulla, the daughter of famed Ryloth resistance leader Cham Syndulla. The droid was repaired and restored overtime, and since then the two had become inseperable.
Following the rise of the EMpire C1-10P now known as "Chopper" served alongside Hera in various missions in the Rebellion to Restore the Republic. However, despite this seemingly brave statement, Chopper is known to back out of trouble, hide from dangerous situations, or otherwise gripe and complain with complete exasperation on whatever the mission might be at hand.
Chopper has a rather short temper on most occasions and is known to attack his friends with slight slaps of his mechanical arms or zap them with a spark projector set on a low stun setting. But, despite these outbursts, Chopper has remained loyal to his friends in his own unique way, even to the point of coming to the rescue.
On top of his ill-tempered attitude, Chopper does enjoy making a ruckus of the Empire or whomever he deems as an enemy. Explosives and loose blasters can be his closest friends aside from the crew of the Ghost, and has often giggled at the idea of blasting his enemies to oblivion.
