Born in 2004 and is 16 years old.
Rose, her mother, died in 2019. Julie and her younger brother Carlos are being raised by her dad Ray Molina with help from her aunt Victoria , who is her mother's sister.
When her mom died she ¨gave up music ¨ and sometimes feels like she struggles to fit in at her high school. Her mother's death has had a profound impact on Julie, even seeing her lose her passion for music.
However, all that changes when she meets three boys, who are now ghosts, from a 1995 band called Sunset Curve, which reignites her spark and sets her on a musical road to recovery as she begins playing with Sunset Curve. The guys are amazed by her musical talent and they ask her to join their band which is now renamed Julie and the Phantoms.
