Rey of Jakku .Amethyst became friends with another human girl named Rey. Who her parents were, she would continue to remind Am and Lenora about them coming back for her. With the offer made by Lenora to take the child in, she soon learns that Rey is just like Am, being a force-sensitive child. With this, Lenora had begun to teach the children about Luke, trying to hope that Am didn't remember anything from the Jedi Temple. Within the next couple of years, they all scavenged while Lenora pressed into Amethyst's mind with the Force, seeing how much the child could repel.
Then, after Amethyst turned 13, Lenora caught an illness that she was unfamiliar with (later being the same thing that Brendol Hux, General Hux's father, passed away from) and with her last few hours in the Galaxy, she told both Rey and Amethyst not to fear what is to happen to them, knowing that they would figure out their destinies that was showed to the dying woman years before when consulting to the Force and the voices of the past. With Lenora's last breath, her body dissipated into nothing, her clothes and bedding falling through as if no body had been there. Amethyst gripped her mother's lightsaber, not sure how to work it or if it did work.
