It was freezing in the tiny apartment as the lamb lay on her sofa in the living room. Piled atop of her were blankets galore and a weighted one at the top. Her dogs, cat, and snake all surrounded her to keep warm as they all slept. Knocks suddenly graced her front door like it was the damn 5-0, causing Layla and Rambo to begin to howl. Pearl hissed and hid under a pillow, and Sam slithered away into the bathroom. Her lids sprung open like a shade rolling up and flapping wildly against a window. "What the f...?" she said aloud and pushed all the covers down, rolled off the couch upon them, and pushed herself up. Banging her knee on the death corner of the coffee table.
"AHHH MUTHER FUUUCK!" she hollered and grabbed her knee, hopping over to the front door, unlocking a zillion locks and one chain; then flinging open the door with squinted eyes and her knee throbbing in pain. "WHAT?" she yelled, eyes falling upon a blushing bastard. "Oh, you... oww," she muttered and rubbed her knee a bit more. "What are you doing here? Get in here before someone sees your ass." she shifty-eyed outside her door and yanked him inside her apartment by his shirt; slammed the door closed and then went at the locks. "I have something for you," she said barely audible under her breath. Soon, grabbing her dogs by their collars and putting them in her bedroom.
She hadn't even stopped to think how he found her or what he was even doing there to begin with. "Uh..." she returned, looking around, and under a pile of dirty clothes on the floor, she pulled a box and shoved it in his mitts; inside containing two keychains. "Here, for you... er... ass." she smirked a bit, trying to read his reaction. "one for you, one for me, uh... don't ask questions."
-Mirrors his exact movements, mitts slide into the pockets of her jacket. She swayed her shoulders a bit and rolled her eyes at his statement.- "I said I have to so... I am, and you better f***in' like it too." -side smirk.- "Plus the lil' tree has charm, maybe I'll water it but I can't promise my cat Pearl will stay out of it."
What in the hell? -blinks.- Water that? Oh, it's gonna die. -laughs.- I can't believe you got me somethin'. Sh*t, now I gotta get you somethin'. Uh... -feels awkward; doesn't know how to be a normal person.- Thank you f***face. -shoulder shoves.-
