When the United Realms was created in 2015, Regina was named the very first High Queen of the United Realms and would sit amongst the United Throne and would act in the interest of all the merged realms, kingdoms and territories. In total, there are 40 known and existing realms, kingdoms and territories in all. More may be discovered but that will be addressed later. After arriving in Misthaven, she comes across Prince Thomas and Princess Ella. Clarion and Ella arrange a deal to betroth their children to one another. October 2011–May 2012: The Dark Curse hits on the day Emma Swan is born. Thomas and Ella get trapped in Storybrooke with everyone else. While Clarion and the Fairies of Pixie Hollow are sealed away in Neverland, she eventually gives birth to a daughter, Elina, and the start of Season One of Once Upon a Time begins. October 28, 2011: Princess Alexandra Emmy Herman was born to King Thomas and Queen Ella. May 2012 - Feb 2013: Season two of Once Upon a Time happens. May 03, 2012: Prince Liam James Herman was born to King Thomas and Queen Ella. February 2013–March 2014: Season Three of Once Upon a Time begins. During which time Malcolm is killed by his son, Rumpelstiltskin. Leaving Neverland in disarray over who will be the next Pan. In a war lasting nearly seven years. October 15, 2013: Princess Ashlynn Ella Herman was born to King Thomas and Queen Ella. Mar 2014 - May 2014: Season four of Once Upon a Time happens. June 2014 - August 2014: Season five of Once Upon a Time happens. November 2014: Season six of Once Upon a Time ends. January 2015: Regina cast one final curse to merge the fairytale realms, and the United Realms were created. July 1, 2015: Princess Theodora Gracelynn Herman was born to King Thomas and Queen Ella. October 30, 2017: Prince Daniel Axel Herman was born to King Thomas and Queen Ella. May 22, 2019: Princess Crystal Elaine Herman was born to King Thomas and Queen Ella. August 2019: Henry Mills is eighteen and leaves Storybrooke to explore other fairytale realms. July 2020: Five year old Thea begins displaying signs of magical abilities and accidentally sets a corridor of her parent's castle on fire. The fire spreads and accidentally kills Thea's pet unicorn. Thomas and Ella send their daughter away to live with Queen Regina and so she can practice and hone her magical abilities. January 2021: Queen Clarion of Pixie Hollow arrives in Verrelac with the intention of fulfilling the agreement made with Ella and Thomas, but as their firstborn had also been a girl, the betrothal passed on to their second born, Liam, instead. February 2021: Clarion takes Liam back with her to Neverland, to meet his future wife, Elina. March 2021: After nearly a month with the fairies, Liam begins sneaking beyond the border of Pixie Hollow to explore the island. One morning, while doing so, he comes across a boy not much older than himself being choked to death by another due to the ongoing feud between them as they fought for the open seat Malcom left behind. As a result, the boy who revealed his name to be Peter and Liam became fast friends. He had even offered to help Peter persuade the other boys to stop fighting for the seat. A task that in itself wasn’t easy, but Liam had a presence about him that commanded the loyalty of the boys and made Peter rather unsettled, even after Liam bent the knee in favor of his rule as Pan. September 2021: Liam finishes his education with the fairies and seeks out the lost boy one last time so that he might bid them all a fond farewell. Upon arriving, Peter asks Liam if he’d consider staying in Neverland as second-in-command, a request Liam was quick to deny as he was soon to marry the fairy princess Elina the year Liam turned seventeen. February 2022: Liam returns three years later, forever changed by his experiences in Neverland, though because time moves in an unaltered loop he is reunited with his family after only a year of their time. Angered by Liam’s refusal to stay and his fear that the lost boys will no longer respect his position as the self-appointed king of Neverland, Pan Peter begins plotting his attack against the fairies of Pixie Hollow and the prince of Verrelac. August 14, 2022: Thirteen-year-old Liam meets Anneliese, the Princess of Solaria, for the first time at the wedding of neighboring diplomats. November 2024: Peter begins his assault on Pixie Hollow after having spent the last eight years recruiting Lost Boys and massacring the Fairies to near-extinction, capturing Elina, and luring Liam back to Neverland. December 2024: Liam returns to Neverland, along with three of his most trusted knights, to rescue Elina and the remaining members of the fairy court. As they stormed the island of Skull Rock in secret, Liam found himself face-to-face with a figure from his past, Peter, a former friend and ally who offered him an ultimatum. In exchange for the life of Liam's firstborn, he'd release the fairies from captivity and return every lost boy he collected during that time to their respective homes, essentially closing the chapter on their friendship and ending this petty civil war. February 2024: Liam and his men return from Neverland with heavy hearts. Though victorious in their efforts to save the fae from utter extinction, it cost Liam more than anyone might have imagined, as he understood what the life of his firstborn meant. It was Pan's way of keeping the future prince consort of the fae in line to prevent him from ever seeking to disobey Peter's authority again and the leverage needed to keep the absurd prophecy spewed by the natives from ever coming to pass. August 2025: Alex temporarily moves from the castle with her parents back to her grandfather's estate in Storybrooke with him while venturing back to the castle from time to time to continue her rather late Princess lessons. November 17 2026: Liam and Elina are married in a grand ceremony befitting the future King and Queen of both Verrelac and Pixie Hollow uniting their realms. March 2028: Alex and Neal Nolan begin dating in their junior year of high school. June 2029: Seventeen-year-old Alex Herman graduated from Storybrooke High. September 2029: Alex begins her freshman year at the Storybrooke College also known as SBC. October 2029: Alex, in the midst of her first semester at SBC, is overwhelmed by the pressures of being Verrelac's crown princess and all her studies, as such, she is finally forced to make a decision about her future and whether or not she will take on her inherited birthright. She ultimately decides against it, as it was never what she really wanted for herself. A decision that, though they find disappointing, they also understand, as Liam has always shown himself to be the most logical choice for Verrelac's future. March 2030: After Neal Nolan is bitten by a werewolf, he unexpectedly ends things with Alex. September 2030: Alex gives birth to a son named Sean Robert Nolan. Alex begins her sophomore year at the Storybrooke College. September 2031: Alex begins her junior year at the Storybrooke College. August 2032: Seventeen year old Thea returns back to Verrelac after spending the last twelve years training with Regina in Queen's Landing. September 2032: Alex begins her senior year at the Storybrooke College. January 2033: Thea leaves Verrelac and finds an apartment in Storybrooke before she applies to the Storybrooke College. June 2033: After nearly seven years of marriage, Liam and Elina finally conceive their first child together. Alex finally graduates from Storybrooke College. September 2033: Thea begins her freshman year at the Storybrooke College. February 14, 2034: Elina and baby Zimm die during labor and delivery, leaving Liam in a state of complete disarray. February 18, 2034: Upon laying Elina and Zimm to rest under the large cherry blossom tree in the garden he'd gifted his bride as a wedding present, he let the feelings of guilt and self-pity drive his decisions as he began bedding random women and drinking himself into a stupor. April 2034: Liam pulls himself together just enough to make the conscious choice to leave Verrelac and the memories of his wife and son for the time being his destination—Wonderland, where his aunt Anastasia resides along with her husband Will as the White Queen of Wonderland. May 2034: Liam meets the daughter of the famous Alice and Cyrus Asha and her band of Wonderlandian misfits Thyme and Maddox. Together they assist one another and help rid Wonderland of the Jabberwocky once more. July 2034: Liam and his friends are rewarded by the White Queen of Wonderland, his aunt, after riding Old Wonderland of the Jabberwocky, and though she knows her nephew cannot remain within the borders of Wonderland, she still gifts him the title Knave of Hearts. September 2034: Thea begins her sophomore year at the Storybrooke College. June 15, 2035: The end of Thea's sophomore year, she will begin her junior year in the fall. Gideon proposed to Thea. September 2035: Thea begins her junior year at the Storybrooke College. October 2035: 22 year old Ashlynn meets Hunter. Ashlynn and Hunter begin dating a few weeks after they meet. December 3, 2035: Thea has finished her classes for the day, later that evening she received a call from her fiancé that he would be late for their dinner plans because he has to work longer at the hospital. Thea leaves her apartment to pick up dinner and suprise him by taking the food to the hospital. However she is surprised instead when she discovered that he's been having an affair with her best friend who is also pregnant with his child. After confronting them both, she returned back to her apartment to pack her belongings. December 4, 2035: Thea drops out of college, leaves her apartment in Storybrooke and returns back to the castle in Verrelac. December 5, 2035: By way of magic bean, Thea leaves Verrelac and finds herself in old Wonderland. December 20, 2035: The Red Queen's army has arrived in Misthaven and are marching towards Verrelac. They would surprise attack Verrelac at nightfall and the battle would last for the next six days. December 26, 2036: After spending the last 3 weeks in Wonderland, what Thea fails to mention at first nearly cost the King of Verrelac his life, she had ventured outside of old Wonderland and ended up in New Wonderland where she made an enemy out of the Red Queen. Iracebeth sends her army to follow Thea back to the United Realms, they brutally attack Verrelac by surprise. King Thomas calls upon his army and the battle begins, Thea returns a week later and her father has learned who is attacking and why. He has Thea surrender herself to the Red Queen's army and she manipulated them into believing she would surrender willingly. After brutally ending the war, the survivors retreated back to Iracebeth. December 27, 2035: Thea is banished to the Wish Realm for her actions in the battle, despite saving Verrelac her father was brutally injured. An injury that would eventually cause him to retire over the next 4 years. October 15, 2036: Ashlynn celebrates her 23rd birthday alongside Hunter while they celebrate their one year anniversary. January 2037: The Prodigal Son finally returns home. March 2037: Prince Liam and Princess Anneliese are reunited. October 15, 2037: Ashlynn celebrates her 24th birthday alongside Hunter while they celebrate their two year anniversary. Hunter finally pops the big question. March 2038: Alexandra Herman first meets David Swan-Mills. May 2038: After a few months of playing hard to get, Alex Herman finally agrees and begins dating David Swan-Mills. August 2038: Liam and Anneliese wed in a small outdoor ceremony. December 15, 2038: Prince Stefan Westergaard married to Queen Theodora Herman. January 2039: Emma Swan-Mills is separated from her evil half with an ancient spell that David had found; however, this resulted in Parker killing Emma like she always desired. Feb 2, 2039: Queen Thea is roughly six to eight weeks pregnant when she suffers a miscarriage and loses the baby. May 2039: Alexandra and David celebrated their one year anniversary. (September 23, 2041) Crystal meets Zion, Prince of Corona, for the first time. November 2041: Hiding in Equis, a kingdom ruled by King Trevor, Crystal enters a tavern and hears news of Zion's fiancée, Princess Margarete, who is also Trevor's daughter. April 2042: Princess Crystal and Prince Zion are reunited. May 2042: Princess Crystal and Prince Zion begin dating. ----- ( Storybrooke, United Realms: Year 2042 ) October 28, 2042: Out of anger and hatred, Queen Thea kills Prince Consort Stefan Westergaard. February 10, 2043: Alex discovered that she was pregnant once again. Ashlynn discovered that she is also pregnant for the first time. February 14, 2043: Queen Theodora Herman married to Kit Cheshire. May 2043: Alex and David celebrate being married for 3 years. October 28 2043: Alex celebrated her 32nd birthday with her friends and family. November 2043: Alex and David's second and third child born. Ashlynn and Hunter welcome their first set of twins as well. (November 14, 2043: Parker Emma Swan-Mills and Harper Andrea Swan-Mills. River Aiden Humbert-Lucas and Willow Nadia Humbert-Lucas.) October 28th 2044: Alex celebrated her 33rd birthday party with her friends and family present. October 29 2044: However at midnight, Alex was kidnapped and tortured by Parker before she was force fed vampire blood which would heal Alex then Parker would continue to torture her. By the time, David had finally made it to rescue her, he noticed that Alex was already dead. He takes her back home to recover. October 30, 2044: Alex wakes up in their house in transition, David explains everything to her that has happened while she was unconscious. And Alex completes her transition. May 22, 2045: Ashlynn and Hunter had been traveling through the United Realms the last month. The carriage is attacked by wolf hunters, Ashlynn was injured and they have to travel back to Verrelac. Ashlynn loses too much blood and the royal doctors cannot save her. Alex saves Ash by turning her into a vampire. September 23, 2045: Princess Crystal Herman and Prince Zion Fitzherbert get married. October 18, 2046: Zion and Crystal's first and second child is born: Prince Alekander James Fitzherbert-Herman and Princess Arianna Soleil Fitzherbert-Herman. November 14, 2048: Crystal returns with her family after seven years. So everyone could meet her husband and children. January 2049: Emma Swan-Mills returns to life after being trapped in Purgatory for the last ten years. Thomas is 7 years old. The twins 5 are years old. Construction on the new school is complete and opens with Alex as the school's very first Headmistress. April 2049: Liam and Anneliese conceive their first and only child together. The magic is stolen from the Swan-Mills line. Alex and David divorce. The magic comes back after David sacrifices himself. Sean is 19. Thomas is 8, the twins are 5. After packing up, she takes her children and temporarily moved to her parents kingdom. December 25, 2049: Liam and Anneliese welcome baby Ayla into the world with Thea’s help casting shadows of darkness upon an otherwise joyous occasion as Thea used her magic to cast a spell of protection and illusion upon the young child. Manipulating the memories of all but Liam and herself into thinking Ayla was miscarried early on to protect the young child from Pan. December 26th 2049: Thea takes baby Ayla back to the Wish Realm while Liam begins work devising a plan to save his daughter from Pan. January 2050: After losing his wife and without an heir, King Phillip II of Solaria traveled to Verrelac where he offered a proposal to King Liam, one in which Phillip would be married to Alex and she would become Queen Consort of Solaria. She agrees to the proposal. February 2050: King Phillip II married to Princess Alex Herman in a ceremony which was celebrated by many kingdoms across the realm. Alex becomes Queen Consort of Solaria. March 2050: Daniel Herman welcomes his eldest daughter with his fiancée. (March 3, 2050: Ashley Sophya Herman) April 10, 2050: David returns from the dead, a year after he died. Alex is pregnant with her first child with Phillip II. December 2050: Phillip II and Alex Herman's first child is born. (December 20, 2050: Keegan Marie Derosiers) January 2051: Daniel and Elsie have been living in Neverland, during one afternoon while out hunting an animal attempts to attack Daniel but Elsie pushes him out of the way and gets fatally injured herself before succumbing to her injuries. After her death, Daniel returns back to his family in Verrelac. June 2051: Six months after Keegan is born, Alex discovers she's pregnant with Phillip's second child. January 2052: Daniel Herman and Elysium welcome their first child together, a son. (January 5, 2052: Vincent Agnarr Herman) March 2052: Alex and Phillip welcome their second child together. (March 14, 2052: Liam Phillip Derosiers) May 2052: King Phillip II diagnosed with cancer, Phillip, Alex and the children travel from Solaria to the hospital in Storybrooke. While Phillip is undergoing treatment in the hospital, Alex and her children move back into her home in Storybrooke. Sean is 22. Otto is 11. Thomas is 11. Astor and Astrid are 9. Alex's twins are 8. Ash's twins are 8. Alekander and Arianna are 5. Ayla is 2. Ashley is 2. Keegan is over a year old. Vincent is four months old. Baby Liam is 2 months old. October 2052: Phillip II dies of cancer and leaves Alex as a widow. His daughter Keegan is to be the future Queen of Solaria, Alex remains as Queen Regent but decides to remain in Storybrooke to deal with her ex-husband's funeral. January 2054: Thomas is 13 but uses his magic to age himself up to an adult. Mari and Thomas are 24 years old, Sean is turning 24. Parker and Harper are turning 11 years old. Keegan is turning 4 years old. Liam is turning 2 years old. David has been back from the dead for about 4 years, while Phillip has been dead for 2 years. January 2055: High Queen Regina Mills was very old but due to magic she had remained at her age that she had been. Deciding to retire from her post, her heir, Henry Daniel Mills, would ascend to the throne. March 2055: The coronation for Henry Mills is held in Queen's Landing. All 40 of the other territories, kingdoms and realms are in attendance. December 2055: It's been sixteen years since Liam was crowned King of Verrelac. And nine months since High King Henry Mills' coronation. Sean is 25. Thomas is 24. Otto is 15. Astor and Astrid are 13. Parker and Harper are 12 years old. Ash's twins are 12. 02/10/2022 06:33 PM  12 days of Christmas celebrations Porcelain Doll Setting: December 23rd, 2040 Her younger sister Ashlynn's wedding was only two days away, Christmas day was also two days away and Alex had been five months pregnant with her second child. She couldn't believe how much had changed in her life over the last two years. David had proposed to her after two years of dating and of course she accepted his proposal, due to how diligent she was with her planning they had married in a grand ceremony about a month later. She knew what she wanted and she didn't hesitate to go for it, it was how she had been raised. And also because she was the oldest. Her younger sister Ashlynn had spent three years engaged before the wedding had finally all come together. But even with two days left, Alex was still helping coordinate and host the Wish Upon a Star's twelve days of Christmas celebrations. A charity that had grown to be rather famous in the town of Storybrooke. Each year the event would grow and crowds of more people would be in attendance, coming together to celebrate the holiday season. The holiday events would always begin on the fourteenth of December and last all the way until Christmas day. However due to the special occasion that was already taking place on Christmas day, Alex had moved up the events and started them two days early. That way it would end on the twenty-third of December, then she would spend Christmas Eve with her family and the wedding the next day. Since it was the last day of the holiday events, the morning had started with a gift exchange / gift donation for those who desired to give to those who truly required it especially during the holiday season. Following the first event, everyone would come together for the grandest Christmas lunch that anyone had ever seen. Along with the lunch, each of the twelve days Alex would bake a special treat for everyone to indulge in. As it was the last day of the twelve days, the special treat that she would be serving was brioche bread pudding with a bourbon-caramel sauce. Following the lunch, the evening would come to a close with the final celebration ball which would be hosted by Alex at her own house. Typically the years prior, the Sorcerer's Mansion was the place where all twelve of the balls would be hosted but this year was different. There had been eleven volunteers in total who had offered to host one of the evening balls in their ballroom at their house. The final night of the twelve days of Christmas celebrations, she would be hosting the ball in her ballroom. Which sounded like much more work then it was before, but she was always up for the challenge. The sound of her child's voice had pulled her focus away from her thoughts as her eldest son Sean called out mom again. Alex turned her attention over to the table he was standing out, collecting gifts from those who wanted to donate. He was ten years old and appeared to be done with standing for as long as he had been. But with a quick ruffle of his hair she assured him that it would be over soon and he'd get to rest, eat and enjoy his afternoon. “When is dad getting here?” Sean complained, his tone full of boredom as he quickly forced a grin on his face when another adult walked over to drop off a toy that needed to be wrapped. He gave a small nod to acknowledge the person before they walked away. Grabbing the item and placing it on the table next to him, this was a gift wrapping station which Mari was in charge of. “Your dad, aunt's and uncle's are working on cooking lunch for everyone. There is a lot of food that has to be made and it must be ready when this part of the event is finished.” Alex explained to her son what seemed like the hundredth time, knowing that he meant well but he was still only ten years old. Mari was a few years older than he was and she enjoyed helping out her stepmom especially when it came to these Christmas celebrations. It took a lot of time, energy, hard work, sweat and tears to make everything go smoothly. And it was much easier when the other volunteers actually wanted to assist. She had informed Sean that morning that he could stay behind and help out in the kitchen back at their home but he insisted on going with her. Perhaps she should've made him stay behind. The vibrations from her phone buzzing in her back pocket, her attention was being pulled in every direction but she was a bit of a control freak and could easily handle whatever it was. Retrieving her phone, her eyes reading over the message from her sister Ashlynn. Or the group message that Alex was in with all of her siblings. This year their parents would finally be able to make the journey from their castle back to Storybrooke. The two years prior to this, there were terrible storms which had kept a vast majority of the royals in their castle's and away from the celebrations. Luckily, this year the snow that had been predicted wasn't that bad. Her parents were supposed to have arrived when the events started almost eleven days ago but were late due to unforeseen circumstances. Her younger brother Liam had been crowned about a year prior and their parents were helping him learn how to be an incredible ruler. But even with a castle to rule over, her parents, brother and his wife would be making the journey to town. The last few hours had passed and the gift event was coming to a close, which meant it was time to move the party over to Granny's diner which had been magically spelled to appear four times larger on the inside to accommodate all of the people who would be coming to enjoy the celebration feast. She had texted David before they had left town hall, her, Sean and Mari were in the vehicle and on their way to Granny's. David, as always, messaged her back reassuring her that everything was already ready to go and set up at the diner just waiting for her final inspection. When they arrived at the diner, Sean and Mari didn't hesitate as they ran ahead of their mom to go and greet their dad. The older blonde entered the diner next, immediately blue irises drifted over to where everything was arranged and seemingly ready to go. After she inspected each and every dish to ensure that it was perfect, she walked over to the front door and with excitement she welcomed each and every family that entered the diner. Within the first thirty minutes, the entire place was packed with more people she had seen in quite some time. As the guests began to serve themselves, it wasn't long before everyone was enjoying their meals surrounded by their families. Her siblings were also scattered around the diner. Liam and his wife were traveling with their parents, Ashlynn and Hunter were snuggled away in a booth just being adorable. Thea would have enjoyed herself if she came, but after she had been banished five years ago, things weren't exactly the same as they used to be. Daniel was just roaming from table to table, greeting some of his old friends and making new friends just as easily. He was very charming, much like their father had been. Crystal was a senior in college and was going to graduate in June of next year, she had also been making her rounds around the diner before she settled at a table with some of her friends from college. Alex was seated in a booth, her husband David in the seat next to her. Marina was across from them, and Sean was seated next to her. The quaint but very happy family of four. The four of them were their own mixed family and she was beyond blessed for everything she had in her life so far. “Another successful year of events, all thanks to that brilliant mind of yours.” David's tone was filled to the brim with pride as he pressed a quick kiss to the side of Alex's cheek. The children both shaking their head in response to displays of public affection shown by their parents. “Excuse me, we or well I also helped.” Sean interjected with a small huff before returning back to the plate he was practically inhaling which brought a smile to Alex's lips. “Barely.” Marina admitted with a smirk on the corners of her lips, which caused Sean to give her a look. She brushed it off and went back to the conversation on her phone which was obviously more important. Sean was only ten and video games were his thing right now, Marina was a few years older and a teenager so texting was her thing. “Alright you two.” Alex scolded both of them very lightly and they both replied with a sorry before going back to what they were doing before. “Do you both have outfits for tonight's ball?” The older blonde questioned them knowing that they loved to procrastinate especially when it came to these types of events. Both of the children nodded, suddenly being reminded that Alex didn't really have much options for gowns herself. She was five months pregnant and most of her gowns were made for her when she wasn't pregnant. “Come to think of it, when this lunch is over I need to pop out and go look for a gown for myself.” “Actually that's already taken care of.” David replied with a wide grin placed onto his lips. “I sort of found one that I think would look absolutely lovely on you, then I had it altered.” he admitted before giving her hand a squeeze, he had been secretly holding it under the table not wanting to give their children another reason to roll their eyes. “Did I ever mention how much I love you?” Alex asked with a smile on her features, she cherished the fact that he always seemed to be one step ahead of her no matter what the situation was. “Only a few hundred times.” He responded and gave her hand another small squeeze. “I knew you'd be busy with planning all these events and wanted to help you without getting in the way so I figured buying your gown for tonight would be easy enough. And I even brought Marina with me. She approved of it before I paid for it.” “Oh, so you two were working together?” Alex let out a small chuckle, before Sean came up for air from eating his food. “When did this happen?” He questioned, an almost hurt look fell onto his features. “A week ago.” Marina answered merrily but barely even looked up from her phone. “Sean, trust me, you wouldn't have wanted to go dress shopping anyways.” David confessed and from the look on his face alone, Sean silently agreed and went back to his plate before he finished his food. He was stern with his words as his calloused yet smooth palms clasped around her own, he led her back to the bed from the restroom. "You were up at five in the morning with your head in the toilet. I think you deserve to relax and spend the day resting in bed." David assisted her as she climbed back into bed, shoving the blankets out of her way as he continued to tuck her in underneath the heap of blankets on their bed. Afterwards, he collected her cellphone, laptop, tablet and the remote before he placed it next to her on the bed then kissed her forehead and stepped back for a second. "I'll give my brother a call on the way to work and he'll stop by to come and check on you." He retrieved his cellphone before he motioned towards the hallway and was practically silent after he crossed the threshold. One of the many tricks that he could do being a witch. Alex shook her head and grabbed the remote before she clicked on the flat screen television in the bedroom, her phone was already being blown up by her little sister. Ashlynn was wondering why Alex hadn't responded to her yet and that was due to the fact that Alex had spent the last few hours with her head face down, sweating in the toilet bowl. She didn't think that she had food poisoning or anything like that, but for the last few weeks or more she hadn't been feeling well at all and had woken up almost every morning with a nauseous feeling in the pit of her stomach. There was also the missed period that she was worried about but her period hadn't ever been regular before, Alex just figured that was stress and Aunt Flo would eventually come for her monthly visit. With the death of one of David's mothers, she had also felt the impact that it left with the woman missing from their lives even though she hadn't been blood related to her. Emma had been the one who had helped out Alex's mother back when Ashley was still pregnant with her, when no one else aside from Ashley's best friend Ruby had wanted to help her, Emma was the only one who stepped up and wasn't afraid to face the wrath of Mr. Gold. The blonde was still struggling with having to experience everything that happened at her boyfriend's dinner party, from meeting the majority of his family to witnessing his mother being stabbed in the back. She was coping with what she had seen and was attempting to get back into the swing of a normal schedule. And David didn't also exactly understand that it wasn't only about work that Sunday. She and her sister had a meeting for the annual Miss Storybrooke Pageant with the Mayor and the Queen, one that she would have to reschedule because of this little break that she was being forced to take. It hadn't been easy either to schedule a meeting in the first place, but she would deal with that. "I was the one who insisted that she remain in bed this morning. Don't give me that look. She hasn't been feeling well for weeks now, my brother is going to come over and check on her. He should be here any minute." Alex could finally hear voices from outside the bedroom, that first one most definitely belonged to her boyfriend David but the next voice didn't. "Oh, so it was you who told her to not respond to me either." Ashlynn's loud and sometimes frantic but mocking tone almost echoed throughout the hallway as she rattled on the door in the next second. She didn't even wait for an answer before she barged in the room, blue hues instantly scanned the room until she discovered her sick older sister sitting in the bed. "Oh my God! Alex! You totally look like sh*t. I'll call mom and she can come and deal with the daycare today. And I'll call the Mayor and tell her that we need to reschedule for tomo-" "Next week." She was cut off by another familiar voice as a light knock on the door came next, David, Ashlynn and Alex all turned to find Trenton at the door. David's older brother and a doctor at the Storybrooke Hospital. "Pardon my interruption, but it can wait until next week, I'll quickly draw some blood and run some tests then I'll let you know what I discover." Trenton was efficient and professional with his words as he went to prep an area so he could draw a couple vials of blood from her. From the second that her sister's eyes caught sight of the needles, she went to get lost in her older sister's closet. It took about fifteen minutes, but Trenton drew a few vials before he lightly bandaged her arm up and packed up his doctor bag in the next second. Ashlynn was out of the closet and sitting next to Alex on the bed, trying to get comfortable as Trenton finished cleaning up the area that he had prepped. "Alright, I'll take these to the hospital and I'll be back within the hour. Just try to relax. And if you need anything, have your sister get it for you." David and Trenton both left the room this time, Ashlynn grabbed the remote and started to click out of the program that Alex had playing in the background. "If you have to stay in bed all day, I'm going to stay with you and make sure you don't die or something." Her little sister teased as she opened up the Netflix app. "Plus we can watch a sh*t ton of Christmas movies until you feel better." She immediately went to the search section and started typing in the first part of the word Christmas. Alex shook her head as she opened up her laptop, pulling up the Zoom app as her parents had started to call her at the same second that she opened up the app. Both of their faces popped up on the screen as they waved at their eldest and second eldest daughter, Ashlynn glanced over as she held a huge grin on her cheeks. "Hi mommy!! Hi daddy!" The younger blonde squealed and took the laptop as well. "I miss you so much!!" Alex rolled her eyes as she carefully climbed out of bed and began to sneak towards the threshold of her doorway, but she was interrupted by her stomach as she pivoted on her heel and bolted for the toilet bowl again. When she finished she splashed her face down with cold water before patting it dry, her sister was at the door when Alex walked out and Ashlynn was almost dying of laughter as the older blonde walked by. "There is nothing funny about this." Alex retorted as she climbed back into bed, giving her parents a forced smile as she did. "Mom and Dad, I think I caught a bug or something from maybe someone or something from another realm. I don't really know, but I've been feeling ill for weeks and it all started since I started doing those twelve days of Christmas events. I don't know what's wrong exactly but David's brother is a doctor and he is running some tests right now." "Mom and Dad, I need to have a talk with my sister. We will call you guys back later." Her sister was back in the bed again and she closed the laptop before moving it away from the both of them. "Ummm, I don't know the easiest way to get to the point here so I'm just going to come out and say it. Have you and David ever had sex before?" "Oh my God! Ash, what's wrong with you? I'm not talking about that with you." "Ew. I don't want details. It's a yes or no question." Ash rolled her eyes and shook her head as she made a disgusted face. "Obviously." Alex wasn't subtle when she answered but they were adults. And she didn't need an explanation. "You don't need a doctor to tell you what's wrong with you. Because there's nothing wrong with you." Her sister attempted to reach the point she was trying to get at but she just kept dancing around it as if Alex was supposed to be enjoying this guessing game that Ash was playing with her. "You aren't sick but you are an idiot. And you are most definitely pregnant." Ash squealed with excitement as she almost started bouncing up and down on the bed. "What are you talking about? And can you please stop doing that! It's making me nauseous." Alex grabbed her sister as the younger blonde stopped and shook her head at her sister's response. "I'm not making you feel that way. The baby is." "Stop saying that. Let's wait until David's brother returns and he'll be able to tell me what's wrong with me." Exactly an hour had passed when Alex heard the front door open downstairs, David called out from below and in the next second he was in the bedroom with a look of surprise on his features. The room had been destroyed in the last hour, there was an array of snacks on the bed, and most of Alex's clothes and shoes were scattered across the floor. "Excuse the mess." He spoke as his brother entered the room next. "Did you figure out what's wrong with me? Because Ash has a theory and you are going to laugh about it." Alex questioned as David came over to sit next to her on the bed, he took a hold of her hand before he caressed his thumb over the top of it. "Ms. Herman, I ran a handful of tests and it has come to my conclusion that you are about twelve weeks pregnant with a baby boy. Congratulations." Trenton's voice was stern but welcoming as he spoke the same explanation that her sister had tried to give her about forty-five minutes ago. "Alex, I want you to know that everything is going to be okay and if you need time to process this before I explain everything to you, that's fine. Please let me know how you are feeling about this?" David's voice was tender and smooth as he wrapped his arms around Alex, she didn't move for a second though because now that was three different people who had told her that she was pregnant and this was a concept that she didn't think could happen. Her boyfriend was a vampire. He was also a witch and able to practice magic, but he was a vampire. Edward was a vampire. Bella wasn't supposed to get pregnant, Alex didn't think that she could get pregnant either. "Whoa! You're three months pregnant and it's with a baby boy!" Ash's voice was so loud as it rang out across the room, it shook Alex out of her trance as she wrapped her arms around David before he pulled back to ensure that was okay. "Wait." The thirty-two year old couldn't help but start laughing as she looked from one smiling face to the next. "This is a joke. Right? That's why you called your brother, got him in on the joke and then you almost got me because you even got my sister in on it and she already told me when she saw me puking in the toilet bowl. You guys are good. You almost had me convinced that I was pregnant." Alex shook her head as she climbed out of bed. She couldn't believe that they were going this far just to prank her but here they were doing it. "Darling, no one is pranking you. You are pregnant with our child." David's voice was the last thing she heard as the realization of what they were talking about had started to sink in which had caused her head to feel fuzzy and faint as she had attempted to climb out of bed but was too arrogant to say anything or ask for help as Alex went unconscious. Her lackluster corpse threatened to collide with the carpet, if David hadn't been a vampire then she would have cracked her head on the ground but that didn't happen as he caught her body at the last second. The three of them had called an ambulance in the next second and she was rushed to the hospital with Trenton, David and Ashlynn riding in the back of the ambulance with her. Are you ready kids? 12/15/2021 05:01 PM  12 days of Christmas Porcelain Doll Setting: December 11th, 2038 The familiar husky voice of Sidney Glass resonated from the speakers of Alex's home audio system, for weeks the Genie had been warning the citizens of the merged realms about the snowstorm that would be happening within a couple of days. But Alex didn't think it would be a bad thing, nor was she aware of how bad it was going to be. Her idea was that the United Realms could use a blanket of snow to really give it that holiday look, she believed the town and some of the citizens were lacking holiday spirit. "Alex, we want to be in attendance as much as you want us to be but I'm not entirely certain that we are going to make it in time. If we had the carriages prepared, we could have made it on time, had we left two days ago. None of us know how bad this storm is going to be and I think it's best if we stayed in the castle." Her mother's voice was stern with an underlying tone of disappointment, she knew how much this event meant to her daughter and she should have been more prepared. The eldest and only daughter of Ashley Boyd and Sean Herman shook her head in disbelief, she didn't believe the Genie to be correct about the weather. He wasn't a meteorologist, he didn't study the stars or the sky. He didn't know what he was talking about, the man was simply trying to fill his pockets with a paycheck. Slender fingertips grabbed the remote and shut off the television before she returned her focus to her parents; they had been chatting with her on a laptop through Zoom. It took quite a while but after the Mayor, the Queen and the Blue Fairy had a meeting; the three had figured out a way to combine magic and WI-FI. The three had casted out the WI-FI spell and were able to provide each and every realm with high speed internet and electricity, her parents had loved the upgrade from the beginning. They even ordered a laptop as quickly as they possibly could and have called their daughter on it, almost every single day. "I don't care what Sidney says. He isn't a professional meteorologist, he is only interested in the money he earns from somewhat correctly predicting the weather." Alex smiled as the kitchen timer rang in the background, she had much more hope than her parents did and she wasn't going to let Sidney bring her spirits down. "You taught me to be optimistic and that's exactly what I'm going to be." The blonde held up a finger to indicate that she would return in a moment, she stepped away from the laptop and over to the oven. She grabbed her oven mitt and slipped it on before she opened up the oven and moved her head back, allowing the steam to escape first. A fresh tray of gingerbread cookies were removed from the oven and placed onto the stove to cool. "It doesn't matter what he says. It isn't going to stop me. I have been planning this event for months and this celebration is going to happen." Alex turned to the other side of the master kitchen counter and took the next tray of cookies before she placed them into the oven and set a timer. She had been trying out different recipes of gingerbread cookies until she found the perfect cookie; she had also done the same thing with eleven other holiday recipes. Alex was planning her perfect holiday celebration, she had also coordinated a ball that would last for twelve days. She was calling it, Wish Upon a Star's twelve days of Christmas celebrations. Each day she and her closest friends would host holiday events all throughout the morning then everyone would come together and enjoy a nice holiday meal for the afternoon. In the evening, they would host a ball which would be held at the Sorcerer's Mansion since it was the only place in town that magically had enough capacity to house all of the citizens that Alex had invited. Which was everyone who wanted to come. "Let's go over that list again." Her father's voice was a change of scenery as he came onto the screen of the laptop. The blonde princess moved back to standing in front of her laptop as she giggled at her father, especially since he was standing way too close to the laptop and you couldn't see much else but him. "Take a few steps back, you don't have to stand that close." She greeted him, as he nodded and walked backwards until the majority of his upper body was on screen. The list for the twelve days of treats was slipped out of her back pocket and unfolded, she held it up for him to see but figured the camera wouldn't focus enough for him to see it. He shook his head as he squinted his eyes, even removing his glasses and leaning in closer as he attempted to see the list that his daughter was trying to show him. Alex rolled her eyes as she took the piece of paper away from the screen, "It's okay, I will read the list again and you can tell me if something needs to be changed. The first day starts with spiced gingerbread cookies, then classic sugar cookies, Christmas Tree brownies, peppermint bark cheesecake, butterscotch pudding parfait, eggnog crème brulée, salty caramel croquembouche with ricotta cream, pumpkin gingerbread trifle, baked-alaska tree, pavlova wreaths, bûche de noël and brioche bread pudding with bourbon-caramel sauce." The expression on her dad's face was absolutely priceless as he took a moment to process everything she had read off from her list, she could tell that he wasn't exactly sure how to respond or what to respond with. "Don't forget the partridge in the pear tree." Her grandpa's voice shouted from somewhere behind her dad which caused her to chuckle. "Hi grandpa and thanks." She responded back before she continued to wait for her dad to say something. "First and foremost, what is bûche de noël?" He questioned with a confused facial expression, she shook her head and set the list down on the counter. "Dad, you should know this one! It's French for yule log." She reminded him as he nodded and smiled. "Alright, as much as I would love for this conversation to continue, David will be home within the hour and I have to finish baking these cookies. The first day of the twelve days starts tomorrow and I have a huge list of things that still need to be done." She retrieved a second list from her other back pocket and placed it on the counter next to the first one. "Phillip, Aurora, and the twins should be here any minute to help me out. I'll talk to you guys later before I go to bed. Bye mom and dad. Bye grandpa." Alex waved goodbye to her parents and grandfather before she closed the laptop and turned as the kitchen timer went off again. She laughed before she pulled out the tray of cookies and replaced the empty oven with another tray of cookies. She set another timer and returned the oven mitt back to its place on the counter. As she leaned her back against the marble for a brief moment to relax, the doorbell rang as she pushed herself off and quickly headed out of the kitchen. Upon arriving at the front door, Alex opened it to reveal her godparents and god siblings. Prince Phillip, Princess Aurora and their children. The twins, Princess Aurelia and Princess Briar Rose. They had promised to assist Alex with any preparations that she needed help with and she most definitely desired as much help as she could get. "I invited Gideon, Neal, Victor, Anita, Gwen, Sabrina and Colette." Phillip had announced as soon as he walked through the door, his daughters eyes filled with joy at the thought of being able to hang out with the older kids. "So you basically invited everyone then." Alex nodded as she closed the door behind them and quickly ran back to the kitchen to pull out the tray of cookies before they were burned to a crisp. "I'll text Gideon what I need from the supply store and they can pick up some stuff on their way over." She placed in yet another pan of cookies and closed the oven, setting a timer before she retrieved her cellphone and sent a message to her friend Gideon. "Can we watch A Christmas Prince?" Phillip Jr.'s youngest twin sibling, Briar, asked the question as she and her twin, Stefan, didn't even wait for a response before they both plopped down on the grand sofa in the main living room. They had chosen that room because it had the biggest television and the speakers were connected to the home audio system, which meant that everyone else would be able to listen to the movie as well. Blue orbs shifted from the girls as she continued on to the kitchen with her godparents and godbrother in tow. "I have to take these out of the oven in nine minutes and then this next batch will be placed in." Alex motioned towards the rows of gingerbread cookies that were laid out across quite a few different baking pans. Her godbrother shook his head when he finished counting how many cookies they were altogether, "Before you ask, yes I - well we are going to personally decorate each and every cookie." The blonde princess had a huge grin on her lips, she still had hope that they wanted to help hurt out. "It's a good thing that I called the squad then. And we have to do this for twelve days in a row." Her close friend gave her a look but smiled anyway as he stripped off his winter coat and gloves. "With different desserts each day. The list is right there on the counter." She pointed to the handwritten list that contained each day and the dessert that corresponded with it; some of the desserts had been previously crossed out or erased as Alex had changed her mind a couple of times. Her godfather, Prince Phillip, had picked up the list and was reading over it before his irises paused on one of the treats. "A croquembouche. Now this one is most definitely a favorite tradition in our culture." His eyes turned soft as they glanced over to his wife, she had also taken a moment to cherish the dish that she had grown up with. Alexandra's parents and Phillip Jr's parents had both grown up with similar Frankish traditions and dishes, this was the reason why she had to include the bûche de noël because her mother had always made one every Christmas, even if her father couldn't remember the name of it. 11/27/2021 08:39 PM  Thanksgiving in Italy part 1 Porcelain Doll Setting: November 28th, 2038 It was one week after they had celebrated their six month anniversary and three days after Thanksgiving when David had offered for her to officially move in with him and start living together; Alex had been previously living in her grandfather's estate with her four younger sisters when he had surprised her with an offer she couldn't refuse. Of course, the eldest of the Herman siblings knew that her sisters wouldn't be happy about the news, which was why she had planned out an entire girl's day for the four of them to relax, hang out and spend some quality time together. However that plan was ruined before it had even started, Alex had attempted to wake up early that morning and started to cook breakfast for her siblings when she was ambushed by Chloe who had found her phone in the bathroom where Alex happened to accidentally leave it. And then she forgot about it, that was when Chloe had stormed into the kitchen before she proceeded to shove the device in Alex's face and then the questioning began. Her sister spouted out one question after another and didn't even stop to take a breath or pause until she felt she was finished. "What's this about you moving in with David? When did he ask you this? How long have you known you were gonna leave us? Do the others know about this? Do mom and dad know about this? Why didn't you ask us before you said yes? Did you already say yes? And if you're wondering, I wasn't snooping. I got up to use the bathroom and your phone wouldn't stop buzzing, I looked to see if it was mom or dad but then I saw David's name and the message he sent you." She angrily placed the phone on the counter before her arms crossed over her chest in a huff. "What's this about David and what did he send to her?" Crystal sounded groggy as she came into the kitchen next before she grabbed a glass from the cabinet, Alex didn't even have time to respond or explain what was going on before she was interrupted by Chloe. "Alex plans on leaving us." Chloe shot Alex a look before she turned her focus to Crystal who had almost dropped the glass she had been holding because she couldn't believe what she had heard. "I found her phone in the bathroom and David was texting her about their plans." "What about Alex leaving us?" Ashlynn's voice could be heard from around the corner as she suddenly was in the kitchen in the next second, a look of anger on her face as she exchanged a look between Crystal and Chloe. "Alex isn't leaving us." Aubree was the last to join the showdown that had started in the kitchen, she didn't catch much of what anyone else said aside from Ash's voice and she had no idea why Ash would say anything like that. "We are literally having Thanksgiving dinner here with her and our parents tomorrow. Like what is everyone going on about?" The oldest blonde shook her head as she snatched her phone from the counter and buried it into her back pocket, she would text David back when she had the chance. It was very obvious that she now had quite a bit of damage control that needed to be taken care of. "I didn't want any of you to find out this way. It wasn't supposed to happen like this. I actually had an entire day planned and was going to spoil all of you but now you have spoiled the surprise so I'll just cancel the reservations that I had for the spa. And the nail salon. And whatever else that I had planned for today." Her tone was irritated as she clicked the stove off, there wasn't any point for her to cook because they would have to go out to breakfast and sit down to talk about this now. They really should've kept their mouths shut; the other part of her plans had involved David because he surprised her with five tickets to Milan. The fashion capital of the world. He had even planned on funding a shopping spree for them, but Alex wasn't sure if that was still going to happen. "I'm sorry but I thought that….." Chloe's sentence trailed off as her arms fell from where they were on her upper chest, her eyes shifted to the floor as she let out a rather large sigh. "I'm sorry I didn't know." "Great job Chloe." Aubree whispered under her breath as she shook her head and turned her attention to the refrigerator. Chloe shot Aubree a glare before she sighed again, still feeling awful for ambushing Alex the way that she did. "Go get dressed and we can all go out to breakfast. Sit down, talk about this and discuss what's going to happen. Nothing is set in stone. Don't overthink anything you may have seen on my phone." Alex stated before she smiled at her siblings, they all smiled back at her and went off to their bedroom to start getting ready. Alex was at the bottom of the staircase when the doorbell had rang, which was a little confusing because she wasn't expecting anyone and it was rather early for anyone to be coming over. But she answered the door anyway, forgetting to check the peephole as she pulled open the wooden door to reveal David. "No offense but what are you doing here?" She questioned him to which he seemed offended by her words but she let him in anyway and led him over to the living room. "Did you not get my text messages? Is your phone not working? I'm almost positive that I sent them." David was confused as he retrieved his device from his jacket before he started to inspect his phone to see if there was something wrong with it. Her head shook, "I'm sorry, that sounded so rude. I probably did get your messages but I had accidentally left my phone in the bathroom when Chloe discovered it and our plan. Then she ambushed me in the kitchen and basically everyone found out so now we are going out to breakfast at Granny's to discuss things." Alex admitted as she gave him a kiss on the cheek, smiling at him. "My bad darling. I had no idea that you didn't have your phone with you. But you realize that you don't have to go to Granny's for breakfast, you could still use those tickets I already paid for." David reminded her as he pulled her into a hug, holding her in his arms for a few minutes. "It's early enough, I can arrange for you ladies to catch an earlier flight out." He spoke before he let go of her, smiling as his focus shifted to her siblings who had heard everything he said. "What's he talking about catching an earlier flight?" Ash practically shouted as she waited for a response, wondering what the hell they were talking about now and why it involved Alex and them getting on a plane. Whoever they were. "It was supposed to be the other part of the surprise, but David bought us all plane tickets to Milan. He suggested that instead of going to Granny's for breakfast, we use a bean to travel to the Land without Magic and use the tickets to go get breakfast in Italy. Then we can spend the day shopping." The looks on her sister's faces were priceless as all four of them took a few minutes to process what Alex had just said. "Actually I was thinking that you could spend the week in Milan, I already booked the hotel and I'll make the call right now to get the tickets changed to an earlier flight." He nodded and stepped out front to make a phone call. Alex's sisters immediately began screaming with excitement and jumping up and down. They were excited beyond words and couldn't believe that this was happening. Being from Storybrooke meant that for the longest time, no one could cross the town line or leave town without risking their life but that had been different after the realms were merged. But with the unity of all the realms and kingdoms, there had been a sudden abundance of magic beans that started to grow. No one could really explain why but no one questioned it either. "He better be serious or else I may have to consider fighting him." Crystal was the first one to speak, she was extremely serious about this topic because fashion had always been a passion of hers. "I have the tickets right here." Alex motioned towards the desk that held the five tickets for the five of them, alongside the tickets was the magic bean that would allow them to travel from the fairytale realm to the Land without Magic. "He isn't lying either. If you want to go, better go pack a bag right now." That was all she had to say for her sisters to get the hint, the four of them bolted from the living room and back upstairs to pack as quickly as they possibly could manage.
