She was completely in love with Archie Andrews, and didn't have a chance to tell him how she felt. Afraid to tell him, her heart was broken when she found out he was dating the popular girl. Hannah Labeled as a slut within the school, had no chance in her mind to be able to be even good enough for him. She committed suicide, and is now a ghost within the school. She can be summoned through witchcraft, or seen if she allows you to. She died with many secrets and even she is worried about everyone left behind now with what she knows.

They three had what they called their FML group at the local coffee shop called Monets. Jessica and Alex had began dating, and started hanging out behind Hannah's back. Later Alex wrote a worst and Best ass list listing Jessica as with the worst, and Hannah with the best. Causing a riff between the girls. With the fight that insued they are no longer friends, and Jessica and Alex were listed upon Hannah's tapes as one of her reasons why she killed herself. Jessica is currently dating Justin Foley. Her and Alex remain close friends.

He was called Hannah's hurricane. Currently Alex feels so horribly about Hannah's death he's been breaking within, suffering from a self inflicted bullet wound, from trying to kill himself after Hannah, he has returned to school still haunted by Hannah and what she did. Alex also has a limp from the bullet damaging part of his brain which has left him with Brain Trauma symptomatic.

And when his secrets are unleashed many may not survive, though the victims list is many including Jessica Davis. He weaves lies to get through them, and keep his friendships. He is currently being haunted by Hannah Baker. And is also one of Archies Friends, though Archie now wants nothing to do with him.
