OPTIONAL TASK 351
3 Of Bowie's Fears. Monatophobia - meaning “fear of dying alone". Bowie has lost a lot of people in her life, losing people way too young. Bowie fears she will end up dying alone, beause people keep dying around her. Not only that due to her mental health she thinks she is not good enough for people so they will leave, meaning she will be alone. She does not want to die alone. She wants to die with people around her that care about her. This fear started after losing her parents at the age of eighteen. Dying alone is one of her biggest fears.
Claustrophobia - meaning "extreme or irrantional fear of confined spaces". Bowie is a free bird and likes being able to go wherever she wants, whenever she wants. Being confined in a tight space is frightening for her. It causes her to have a panic attack and lose control of reality. He fear started when she was around seven. He grandpa accidentally locked her in his shed at the bottom of his garden. It was a total accident but Bowie had a major panic attack, and she was left in there for an hour until they finally realised. Since then she has been fearful of them.
Coulrophobia - meaning "extreme or irrational fear of clowns". Bowie absolutely hates clowns. At the mere sight of one she starts freaking out. She can watch a horror movie with a clown in most of the time through parted fingers or behind a cushion, but a clown physically being in her presence is something she positively hates. When she was nine she was at a friends birthday party and they had a clown which looked really creepy. It followed her around and chased her, which she believes then caused this fear.
