Purgatory, a dimension reserved for the essence of supernatural beings of the monstrous variety, when they died. Created by the Judeo-Christian deity itself. The self-proclaimed one true god, who had originally created the torture void to contain his first creations, an experiment that had gone, terribly, terribly wrong. horrendous toxic beasts of the sea. Known as the Leviathans. Who had an undying hunger to destroy everything and everyone in it's path. Luckily, during his long period of living Androus had never had to come face to face with one. Having been wiped out long before, he had ever been hatched from the large blazing eno-egg; let alone even thought of. But he was an well educated divine being. Having heard plenty of stories about the Judeo-Christian deity's first creations, from the leaders of his kind, that called themselves The Watchers, as well as from fellow enochi. Especially from the one, who he had loved and cherished the most. Such as his older brother Napieriel. Who had taught him everything he needed to know, well about everything. Helping him to master and control his powers from a very young age and help shape him into the enochi warrior, he was to this very day. Having established a close bond, since he was just a newborn fledgling. In fact, Napier was the first face he had ever seen. His big brother having been there with him, every step of the way. Including the very exact moment, he had been hatched. Napier meant everything to Androus. When nobody else believed in him, let alone him believing in himself, Napier was always there, to encourage him and push him through his difficulties. It was because of Napier, he was still around to this very day. Figuring that, The Watchers would have destroyed him long ago. If it wasn't for Napier for always having his back. However he had told his big brother this, time and time again. Only for Napier to try and reassure him, that Androus wasn't giving himself enough credit. But the younger eno-brother knew what he said was true and that his brother was just being modest. If Napier hadn't of been there, when he originally came into his powers. It was hard telling what kind of drastic damage he could of brought, to the realm of their kind, The Eno Realm. If he ever lost control. Hell that was why, all enochi newborns had their powers temporarily taken from them to begin with, either by one of their parents or whichever sibling in the clutch, was responsible in watching them while one of their parents was attending to other duties. In fact it was a written law. A law that no enochi dared to disobey. For the sake of not just their own homeworld but others as well. Especially the planet earth. Seeing it as a sacred land, despite the hatred for the one who created it and his warriors of celestial intent. The Angels.
Not to mention, what they were capable of doing if they dared to have sex in their natural state. A process the mystical fire birds referred to as Mergenic, a process which involved simply by merging in and out, of each other. In fact, their merging was always believed, to be the most intense version of sex in the existence of the entire universe. If they ever did it in the mortal world in their true forms, it was believed that it would most likely, be an equivalent of a solar flare striking the earth. Not the kind that just disrupts everything; But the kind that would incinerate the planet and cause a world wide extinction event. Though if their was a larger number and more then two enochi were having sex at the same time, Androus wouldn't put it pass them, that they could literally burn everything and make the world cease to exist. However no enochi ever had such a desire. They loved earth, despite its flaws and hating some of the other supernatural beings that inhabited it. Sticking, to having sex like the humans did. Doing so by taking on human vessels to be able to walk the earth freely without bringing harm to it and it's inhabitants, as well as to themselves.
Hell, Androus loved earth. It was one of his favorite worlds to inhabit. Seeming to enjoy it, more then the typical enochi did. In fact, in the past Androus had decided to play the whole god role on countless occasions, usually joined by his big brother Napier. Both of the fire birds having developed quite the god complex. Using their divine status, to gain worshippers and do whatever they wanted with them. Which was usually for sexual acts, in both the godlike beings cases. However they had to be extremely careful and make sure to keep tabs on the humans they had intercourse with, especially with the females. Seeing as they were capable of impregnating them. Which was a big no-no to the entire enochi community. Seeing any off spring between one of them and a human as an abomination. Which was an equivalent how the angels and their creator saw any hybrid between an angel and a human. It was just too unnatural and dangerous. If such an off spring was allowed to live. Which was why Androus rarely allowed the child come to term. Usually taking care of business of the unborn child while they were still in their mother's womb. Always making sure to keep his family line pure as possible. However, he did allow a few children live here and there. Though such occasions were rare. But none of them, were of human decent or anything else that was deemed as a threat. In fact, the last living hybrid he had wasn't dangerous at all and was capable of keeping himself hidden, especially from The Watcher's keen eyes. His sweet beautiful son Lukasfar, the only hybrid son he had come to love. Despite not seeing him, all that much. A son he had with the norse vanir god of peace, fertility, wealth, rain, summer, and sunshine. Yes Frey the elf god himself. Though he knew if any other watcher or any enochi in general found out, about his child Lukas. He knew the young sixteen year old, could possibly be in extreme danger. Which was why Androus made sure to keep his distance from his son. A secret he swore, he would never allow to get out there and would take to the grave, if his life called for such a tragic fate. He knew how the watcher's council and the other enochi felt about most mystical beings. Especially when it came to those that were powerful enough to claim themselves as gods. There was only one enochi who knew of his son which was his brother Napier.
Who he entrusted with most of his secrets. But even then, not even his brother knew of his son's true paratenge. Just thinking that Lukas was just the off spring of an Enochi and just a typical elf. Hard telling how Napier would act, if he found out who Lukas's other parent really was. But such a thing was far from his worries, as of now. Especially with the current predicament, Androus found himself in. A void he never thought he would ever find himself in. A void he was responsible of sending many breeds of monstrosity into. Yes, he was in the void of purgatory itself. An eerie and cold place, he obviously did not feel like he belonged in. In fact, this place gave him the freakin creeps and rightfully so. This place was hella spooky. Even for an enochi like him. Not to mention, the possibility of coming into contact with a Leviathan. Scared him even more. Which was saying something, because an enochi didn't get scared very easily. But he had every right to be scared, especially since this place weakened his powers. His most major ones, such as freezing the fabrics of time itself seeming to be non-existent. In a place like this. Which made a lot of sense, seeing as who the one who created this space was. "Ugh f***ing hell!," Androus mumbled under his breath as he felt himself respawn, as he came back to life what literally was the millionith time. Being able to recall, each and everytime he had died and came back to life in this place. Since he had first been sent here. Surprisingly to his knowledge which still surprised him to this very moment. As much as this place weakened him, his perfect memory still remained intact. No matter how horrendous, no matter how brutal, he could still recall each and everyway he died. Each one being different then the last. Which in this case, was something he wished he could just forget. But no matter how hard he tried, he couldn't. In fact, it just seemed to weaken him more and more. So he gave up in trying to rid himself of such thoughts, ages ago. What he didn't know, was exactly how much time he had actually spent here. He didn't know how exactly, but time seemed to work differently here, then the eno realm, earth or whatever world he had ever been on for that matter. Whatever it was, it was surely beyond even his understanding. He couldn't help but be curious, but he didn't dwell on it for too long. Afraid that such a thing alone, would drive him mad. Hell, now that he thought of it perhaps he kind of was. Such a place capable of having such a huge drastic effect on someone. He had seen it happen before to other's here from time and time again. Though all of those beings were of monstrous decent. Because of this place he had made lots of friends, only to eventually loose them. No matter how innocent they truly were, despite their monstrous origin. Having seen a few buddies, such as a few vampires who didn't seem to be able to control their blood lust and had spent their last twenty years of earth, only feeding off wild animals instead of human beings. Only for them to finally break and attack him. Though Androus didn't blame them, it wasn't fully their fault. Purgatory had that effect on everybody here, well besides him. But even then, he felt like that was only a matter of time. Before he too slipped along with them, in fact with every death he had experienced, he felt like the possibility grow more and more. Oh it was moments like this, the divine fire bird wished for eternal death. Something he had never wished for, until he came to this hellish place. No not hell, something much much worse then that. Hell was more tame then this place, which he could say with one-hundred percent certainty. Seeing as he had been there before.
"God does this place ever stop being so damn f***ing cold!." Androus mumbled to himself as he, bent over slightly as he clutched on to the knees of his human vessel for support, followed by a few hard coughs which made his whole body shake in pain. Causing him to wince and cuss out more in pain, as he coughed blood onto the nearly colorless grass before him. Not talking to anyone in particular. Though he knew after the millionth time of being here, he knew the weather didn't ever get warmer. In fact, in some areas it seemed a lot lot worse. Lightning strikes, and even Tornados. Or so he heard from others, though he had yet to experience one for himself. In this eerie void. Sure from time to time, he could keep himself warmed up, if only temporarily by using the heat from his true essence. But in the end, he would always be cold again. Even if he was in the little base he had created and had come to consider as his new home. Sure the place wasn't much. But it was the only place, he truly felt safe in anymore. Which wasn't really saying much, being in this horrendous f***ing void. Though while he was in this home, he could for the most part keep most intruders away. Though he couldn't always stay in this so called safe haven, for too long. This place was known to bring the worse out of everything in it. He being no different. Though sometimes he was able to fight it, this place like everyone else brought the worst out of him. Making him, no better then the monstrosities that inhabited it. In fact a part of him, felt like he was one of them. A creature that was willing to do whatever was to survive, even if in the end that proved to be pointless. Time and time again. A creature that had an undying hunger for murder and mayhem, a hunger for whatever flesh was brought their way. Which was strange for Androus, since he first developed it after his twentieth time of being slaughtered. Seeing as his race, had no desire for eating in any sorts of means. Which he figured was just one of the many so called perks, of living in purgatory. Though he seemed to be able to fight it more, then most. But even so that wasn't really saying much. Seeing as with every given moment, the hunger proved to be harder and harder to resist. In fact, a huge part of him didn't want to fight it anymore and give into it completely. Which scared him drastically. Not wanting to become this animal he was becoming. He rather die permanently then become a mere outer shell of his former self. Though receiving a permanent death was unheard of here. It simply didn't exist. Seeing as it was one of the many reasons what made purgatory, purgatory. Though Androus had heard of rumors that there was possible ways of escaping this place. In fact, he had recently heard of an artifact hidden somewhere on this on-growing void. Though such as a task wouldn't be easy, even if it was true. Which Androus forced himself to believe, giving himself a very small glimpse of hope. Hope that he hadn't felt for a very long long time. But even then, his hope was slight to none. Or so he thought.
You see, before his last time being slaughtered. Androus was on a little journey through this cold-foggy skied dimension to meet up with a wise old creature that was well gifted in the magical arts both of white and dark extent. Though she had fed off the magic of other beings, Androus couldn't understand how this being could be dangerous. Do to her kindness and short-size. This creature had been nothing but nice to him since they had first met. Even though that moment wasn't exactly that long ago, Androus instantly had considered her a friend. La'Trinda. She didn't feed off his magic, not even once. In fact, she claimed that his gifts were needed to be in him in order to get both of them out of this horrendous place. Claming she too was wrongfully put here. By the same beings that entrapped him here as well. Besides from what she had told him, La'Trinda didn't start feeding off of magic until she arrived here. Only absorbing magic on earth, without harming the victim to those that wanted nothing to do with their magical and supernatural routes. She was a natural cure for a lot of things. Vampirism even or so she said. Androus didn't really know for sure what she was saying was true or not. He had no way to know for sure. But he figured what she said was true, seeing as he trusted her. Especially seeing as they were both sent here by the same being, he really had no reason not to believe her. He just hoped she would of respawned and arrived to her place, by the time he had gotten there. Seeing as they were about to embark on one hell of an adventure. To try and save both their asses. Though he remembered what his new small-wise old friend had said. She had forseen a vision, of not just them going on this adventure but somebody else as well. Though her visions weren't clear on who that individual was per say, or what kind of being they actually were. Just that they had pretty long brown hair, their facial structure being fuzzy and unclear. Or that's how she put it anyways. Heck, he was wondering if this vision would ever come to pass. He knew how visions worked. Not always clear and ever changing. He knew this because he had received many visions of his own, during his eternal lifespan. But he remained hopeful and wished that this vision would come true, though he didn't know exactly how him and his new friend would actually find this man. Hell the vision wasn't exactly clear. Far as Androus knew, this man whoever he was, might not even be in Purgatory yet.
Not to mention, even if he was. How exactly were they gonna find him? Especially in such a huge place like this, that was ever-growing and always expanding when needed, to fit more prisoners. What he did know, was he was getting awfully hungry for a good kill and perhaps and wash his face, a bit. Being trapped in purgatory and constantly fighting, sure made oneself dirty and boy, was his human vessel dirty. One look alone, one could tell that he had been through so much in here. Wearing a dusty raggedy trench coat, various wholes, tears here and there. But it didn't really bother him that much, after the fiftieth time one got use to it. Not to mention the various scratch marks, upon his face, by whatever foul creature that had caused them. A few fresh, but most of them having set in for awhile and had developed into scars. It was hard to tell under all the rough exterior was once a handsome face, a face that Androus had grown to love. But could no longer bare the sight of it. Due to the fact every time he looked at it, it reminded him how weak he now was and if there was one thing an infernal warrior like him hated, it was to be humiliated and forced into such a depressing state. Hell, that could go for all types of warriors in general. After taking a few inhales and exhales, Androus bit his bottom lip and scrunched up his face, as he took his hands off his knees and pushed himself back up. Yelling as he did so, finding it hard to contain the tremendous pain he was feeling. That last battle against those three gargoyle like beings had been so f***ing brutal. So brutal, he felt like he could still barely walk straight. Not to mention, he could still feel the large open wound, on his right leg, which was clearly visible, do to the large tear in the leg of his jeans. As he started limping towards, the door. He didn't even get half way, when he felt the pain intensify, which caused him to roar even louder. Panting heavily, as he felt his forehead drip with sweat, he knew he still needed to rest. Before heading out, having no choice but to ignore this undying hunger for murder, which would truly never be satisfied while he remained here. At least not for long anyways. He was just thankful that his new friend had taught him a spell, that could keep him magically linked to this base, causing him to always appear in this little hut. After each re spawning. So he could recuperate. Seeing as this was the only thing close to a safe house. He could get. As he limped over the bed, he sat down slowly, as he grinded his teeth, as he rested his head up against the cold stone wall. Closing his eyes, panting heavily. Knowing it would take some time, before his injuries were fully healed. Dreading that fact, seeing as any other circumstances they would heal instantly. Knowing that he wasn't exactly an all powerful Enochi anymore, despite still having all the powers of one. But not being able to use the majority of them, being forced into a deep state of submission. "Man, I f***ing hate this place," Androus mumbled under his breath as he called out to the sky, as he tried to fight through the pain. "Somebody save me, from this nightmare." That when he sensed something, he couldn't tell what but somebody was here. But whatever it was, it was outside these walls. That was when he felt his eyes start to twinkle, was it possible? Could it be that the man that La'Trinda had foreseen? It just had to of been. Things were about to get better, they could leave as soon as he was strong enough and finally put this mission into action, to get the hell out of here, finally. As a hopeful smile made it's way to his face, Androus decide to make himself known to this being. Though he knew he was taking a risk, he knew he had no other choice. So after coughing another gush of blood on to the bed, this time. He focused one of the few abilities, he could still use and sent a telepathic message to the man. Not exactly sure where he was, but knew he was very very close. Androus could almost taste it. "Hello? Can you hear me? I-I-I.." Androus called out his voice clearly stuttering and trembling in great pain, as he let out a fit of a dozen more hard coughs as he still tried to fight through it all. "I-I-I I could really use your help. Please I beg of you."
