Important Information about Eric Draven

This is very important to know about Eric Draven. Especially the version I go by. I hope it won't be needed but it seems to be needed as people ignore it, assuming it is fake and what not, or even because of some other reason or another. So I have no choice to add that, in order to avoid people skipping it and continue assuming things and what not. It might be even added in a blog for my character this week, will see. Either way this is important to remember and keep in mind.

So let's get with it.

Here are the important facts about Eric Draven:
1.The character is based on a character by the same name that exists in the crow, the comic version. Some small things are similiar to the comic but to the most part they are different. One version is a mechanic and the version I rp is a musician. Well was before he died and was brought back.

2.There is 3 versions of Eric Draven. The comics, movie and tv show. All got something similiar to them but they got more different than similiar things. However, the main idea is similiar to them all. The main idea is Eric and Shelly are killed by a gang and a year later Eric is brought back by the crow. As well as his connection to the crow. Severe the connection and it weakens Eric to a point that he can get killed.

3. Out of 3 versions of the character, I go by the tv show. Don't confuse those versions together so. I love the movie too but I rather the show. Not mocking anyone it is just the way it is. Tv Show Eric Draven is more complex but still awesome as the movie version..

4.The character of Eric Draven isn't a mockery to rp or anything like that but an actual character from a tv show. The show actually exists not made up by me to make fun of anyone. So yes, I am serious. I am very serious in fact. I would never mock anyone. Or anything like that. Eric Draven is the main character in the show. The show name is The Crow: Stairway To Heaven.

5. Eric Draven doesn't sleep around. He is with one woman, Shelly Webster and is loyal to her, which would never change. It is in the show, movie and comic version and I go by it. I keep that canon as him cheating on her or being with another is literally off character and will never happen. He is only loyal to Shelly Webster.

6.Eric fights criminals but doesn't beat them. He will never beat anyone up. And I never write that as it is off character just as him cheating on Shelly is off character. So when I say Eric Draven fought bad guys I mean just that. Not beat or such but fought. Eric isn't a monster or a crimnial and nothing or no one can change that about him. He does get pissed but literally beating someome up, never. Even when he gets tempted, he still won't do that. Eric as a crow can be aggressive but beating is not his style.

7. Eric is protective of kids. As he made friends with a kid named Sarah Mohr. Eric and Shelly took care of Sarah before they were killed. He is also friends with a ghost kid named Casey Thompson. Eric is like a big brother to kids. As he cares for people. Kids included. As he is a good guy.

8.Eric is supernatural but at the same time not a vampire or a werewolf or a demon. He is more complicated than that. He is dead and a live, both together and neither one of those. Eric is kinda like a ghost but not exactly. A knife, stake, gun, etc. Won't kill him but would wound him though, unless his connection to the bird the crow is severed than knife, etc. Would kill him but if it isn't than it won't. Eric would heal fast so. The deeper the wound the longer it takes to heal. He can feel pain.

9.Eric was beaten and killed by being thrown from his loft glass window. After he witnessed Shelly being raped. So due to that he is stuck in town by the loft. That means he can't leave as he needs to be near the loft to come back on time to when the portal opens so that he could cross over and move on. Also if Shelly is spotted elsewhere he will go there but it is risky, too risky for him.

10. Eric moves fast as a ghost which was shown a lot in the show and he is that way in rp too. Which stays as changing it ruins and changes the character. Which I keep true to the character. Other than that he got other abilities which I have him use in rp when needed. Eric is like a ghost but is also more than that but like everyone else he too got flaws.

11.The Black and white on his face that looks like make up but isn't, is the crow side not Eric. When Eric is annoyed that side comes out. Like when a bad guy wounds him and he heals or such are the moments when the crow side comes out. Also when the crow side comes out he got longer and sharper nails and black nails at that. However, this isn't his every day look but only when it is needed. Eric has his powers abilities either way so. Unless both sides are seperated which only happened once and never again.

12.Eric is connected to a bird crow but he can't turn into a bird crow but a different style of crow so. The crow side is one saving people and fights crime the most so. Which he enjoys or the crow side does at least.

13. Eric isn't an assassin or a criminal. As he can't kill. If he kills, especially those that hurt him then they become the snake enemy of the crow. The snake is hard to beat, especially for the crow. Also another reason he doesn't kill is to be able to set things right to be able to move on and it isn't him.

Rules

Rules:

Rules are not fun but are needed. Here especially. I hoped people would get things without needing rules but nope. Then again I doubted anyone would read and follow those or not all to be exact but still. However it is still needed I just hope that people there would be people who read that and understand that and follow. So that rp would be more fun then full off an unneeded drama. As I am here to avoid drama and jerks. I am here to have fun so would like those to be followed. Anyway, please pay attention and follow those.

1.Not the person in pictures nor gifs or such. I am just an rper. I am here to rp. Like most people. So don't assume things. Mistakes happen but delibrately and such isn't. This is an rp site not interacting like friends out of character. So keep that in mind. I am here to rp not for anything else but rp. So making friends if it happens happens but most of all I am here to rp.

2.I rp Eric Draven from The Crow but tv show not the movie. The crow:Stairway To Heaven is the name of the show. Please no judging. Was judged before and that is no fun. I had enough. Mistakes are forgiven but not delibrately so. We rp whom we want not whom anyone else wants. Please remember that and respect that. I don't judge you and respect that you rp who you rp so please do the same too.

3.I rp Eric Draven canon but with au. However, that doesn't means he will sleep around or such. So bo assuming or judging as mentioned before. Mistakes and jokes a side. Accusing me of want sex or judging my character just because or such delibrately will get you blocked. So keep that in mind and don't go there. As it isn't like my character and never will be.

4.My main verses are The Crow :Stairway To Heaven, Crime, Law Enforcement, Mafia, fame, Supernatural but am open to others just no sex or erotica. No smut at all. So no judging or assuming things. As said before jokes and mistakes can be forgiven, mostly mistakes would be forgiven but delibrately doing that will get you blocked. I am not cool will accusations like that nor assumptions or such. So keep that in mind. I am here to rp those verses and others that can work with those but no sex or erotica. Sex and erotica would never happen.

5.Eric Draven is taken by Shelly Webster and he won't ever cheat on her. That means he has someone. No Shelly Webster isn's some code to say he has no one and will sleep around. Quite the opposite. Shelly Webster is a person. Eric's one and only love. Nothing or no one can ever change it. So that means he won't sleep with anyone but Shelly. It would be fade to black. However, no one but Shelly would ever be with him. Which means only Shelly Webster is with him. So no I don't request you or accept your friend request to have our characters to have sex or such but to rp either as friends or enemies. As nothing but friends or enemies would ever happrn between our character. So don't request or accept friend request for sex or erotica. As it won't happen. Eric will neber be with anyone else. No matter what. That also means that when I accept friend request or request you it isn't to break you and the one you are with up but to rp. Only rp. Jessica the cop who is my top friend is someone he heard about from Daryl his friend but is about to be friends with.

6.Eric doesn't sleep with kids and never will. People accuse me of that a lot and it has to stop. No ifs or buts about it. I rp him canon and that will never happen. Never has and never will so don't you dare. Mistakes a side. Doing that delibrately will get you blocked. So don't go there. Yes Sarah Mohr is a kid and yes she is a top friend. Also yes she is important to him but also is the cop Daryl. Yet both are friends like family to him. Yes, Eric and Sarah know each other longer than Eric knows Daryl if not longer than both know Daryl but that is because Shelly and Eric in some ways raised her as they took care of her because her mom was in no condition to raise her. It was their way to keep Sarah of the streets no more nor less. That was before tjeir death. After they died and Eric came nack he and Sarah continued their friendship. So enough making crap up. They are friends.

7.I am here to rp not numbers or friend collectors. So please don't treat me as a number. Being busy, sick, etc. Is fine I get that. Those who are really busy or sick or such don't count in here because you are forgiven and are respected. You don't need to worry about it as I won't delete you or such for that. Yet those who talk to others but delibrately ignore me or lie about being busy or such. You however, are not. You have to follow this rule or get off my friends list. I do mean it so yeah. Follow it.

8.Patience is important. I will be patient with you so be patient with me. As I said before if you are really busy or sick or such it is fine as I get it. Fine not as in it is good but fine as I understand. So take as long as you need to reply to a storyline discussion or rp starter or reply. I will take as long as I need to. Please don't rush me and I won't rush you. Only fair.

Those are the rules. Follow those and we will get along great but ignore those and you are gone. Mistakes are forgiven but delibraretely breaking those won't. So please follow.
