Hillside is located on the lower elevation of Woodhurst, hidden behind bushy tree lines. It is a beautiful neighborhood during the spring with all the natural flowers and trees fully blossomed, but part of it’s natural beauty is tarnished by the unkept streets. Sometimes in the wee hours, you might find groups of partiers wandering, or looking for snacks at the 24/7 corner store on the edge of the neighborhood.

Mayfair is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Woodhurst. With it’s traditional cobblestone walkways, Mayfair was developed and planned when foot-traffic was very heavy. Over the past decade Mayfair was re-envisioned as a suburban development, filling the neighborhood with tightly placed beautiful red brick houses with white accents. Although it is located a few miles away from the main town, you can oversee Woodhurst from the large hill Mayfair was built on.

Holland has the charm of its neighbors but lacks the heaving weekend crowds. It’s slightly more grown up, but still knows how to have a good time. It has a reputation as an affluent and fashionable area, known for its attractive large grand white Victorian townhouses, private communal gardens and public open space of a large park. Nearby you can get lost in the beautiful streets,  high-class shopping and great restaurants.

Kensington is known to be filled with the richest of the rich. Modern and up to date stunning houses, pools that occupy the backyards and big loop around driveways to host the many cars of the wealthy. You can find tourists visiting this neighborhood in awe of it’s beauty and wealth. Beautiful greenery outlines some of the houses for a nice touch of nature. Sophisticated and quiet are two words that sum up Kensington.
