Optional task 430

For Bowie trust was a big thing. Once you broke her trust it was hard for you to earn it back. Right now her best friend Alice had dropped a bombshell on her. Now the trust between the two of them was damaged. Bowie couldn’t believe what secrets she had been keeping from her. After hearing everything Bowie wasn’t even sure who she was anymore. It was like looking at a stranger.

Alice begged to offer Bowie an explanation, but she wasn’t sure she wanted to hear it. Lighting a cigarette Bowie began smoking “alright you got five minutes” she exclaimed. Alice then went on to explain what lead to everything she had done, why she’d killed, why she didn’t tell Bowie and more importantly why she had been working for the monster that was Dr Micheal Ryan.

Bowie listened intently taking in every word. Once she finished Alice was a blubbering mess. “I don’t like what you did, but I kind of get it” she said. Bowie was trying to show understanding, to her friend. She didn’t want to lose her best friend after all, but she wasn’t sure their friendship could be the same after this. Maybe Bowie just needed a little time to think it all over properly, either way she was trying to understand.
