Writing Challenge: Take a deep dive and write about your character's child

1984

Having been born into the world on the third Sunday of November at the Huntington Beach Hospital to two very loving parents. Leslie was the mother who had legally named the new born Jonathan Lewis Seward, now the third child of two other siblings all boys. The family of five was on the path to discovering what chaos really was. 


1986-1989 (Two and up. The Daycare years)

Leslie Seward being an Aerobics instructor in the 80's would often bring her young son Jonathan to classes.  For the toddler being forced to sit in a corner never worked, often seen dancing in front of floor length mirrors the ladies would giggle at him. 


1996 (Tweleve Years old) 

This is where all the musical things started to really kick off. While the beach was all about Surf competitions and kids were riding bikes and all that normal stuff, Jonathan was seen spending every weekend with his family watching wrestling. His grandfather having taken him to his very first concert, at the great western forum to see Korn open up for Metallica. Completely in awe he had spent the next few years listening and finding things to pass his time.  In Huntington Beach California Junior Lifeguarding was something that was important, especially with how close the currents can get to the shore and buildings nearby. Having been part of the B group (12-13) Jonathan would soon come to meet a cute girl who was in the afternoon group. During a relay race the female had run past him, being the curious male he turned his head and so boldly checked out her ass with no shame. Little did he know that she found him really cute with his blonde frosted tip hair.  


The remaining years were spent attending Marina High School, or at least attempting to. Due to boredom and reckless behaviour he soon spiraled down a path of drugs and under age drinking that had nearly killed him. 

 
2002-2004 ( 17-19 years old. When he discovered A7X) 

At this point the short male was barely eighteen years old.  Having been friends with Jimmy  "The Rev"  Sullivan from a very young age he walked down the street to the older males place who went by M. Shadows,  bass and cigarettes in hand he would start talking alot of sh*t about how their current bassist Daemon was inadequate and they needed someone better. The others who were Zachary Baker and Brian Haner Jr. allowed him to prove himself. Riffing away on a couple songs Jimmy later on called him up and said they needed a fill in for the 2002 Warped Tour.  Of course it did not take the short male long to agree, taking a few weeks off from school to tour had been a thrill, wanting to continue that more he later dropped out of high school. A year later he was put on as a permanent member.  2004 at the age of nineteen is where he began to date his now wife Lacey Seward (Franklin. ) Johnny and Lacey had not seen each other since they were both 12,  so when he had invited her over to his parents for a house party it was a bit awkward at first. Thinking he was some kind of stud, he brought her back to his room with the space sheets and played a track from Waking The Fallen unfortunately she was not a fan. However they got closer as the years went by and the rest sorted itself out.
