Tyler currently resides in Washington with his father and stepmother, after leaving court-appointed rehab. Part of the condition for his release was that he lived with his parents. 

He spends most of his time either in the games room or by the pool when he is at home, while his parents tend to spend a lot of their time on the tennis court.
