#KylieGlastoPride

For years Kylie had dreamt and worked so hard to get to this momet. A moment she had been granted in 2005, but alas, it wasn't meant to be then. The fact that she was here today, older, wiser, as a mother, and healthy... well, that was just the icing on the cake. She had been thoroughly disappointed back then when she missed the show, only to watch Chris Martin with the rest of the guys of Coldplay sing a cover of her song Can't Get You Out Of My Head.

Hello Glastonbury!

Kylie's blue eyes couldn't finish drinking in the sea of people that had turned out. The shocked expression on her face when the mirror turned around was more than enough to say what she was feeling. She could've burst into tears at the moment. In the days leading up to today, she had heard someone's off the hand commet 'the prodigal daughter returns'. And though she hadn't not shown up on purpose, she felt like it was a little true. She had come to reclaim the part of herself that her cancer had stolen from her in 2005. "It's my greatest dream come true to be here tonight. Shoutout to my friends who came from America." She began before she waved at the designated area where her friends were located. The show kicked of and though she didn't have many oportunities to stop and speak because of the time crunch, Kylie did so a few times.

"I also want to thank my kids, Michael, Addison, and Colton. You three are the reason I do everything I do. I love you guys." She said, as she turned to one of the designated areas where an eighteen year old boy, a twelve year old girl, and a four year old boy were and blew a kiss at them.

Throughout the show, Kylie danced along with her dancers on the memorized choreography. And God, how she hated choreo rehearsals, but she at the end of the day, it paid off when the show looked this good. A few friends popped up to join her on stage. Nick Cave, always the solid friend she loved and admired, came to sing Where The Wild Roses Grow with her.

And Chris Martin joined her band for Can't Get You Out Of My Head. And though he wasn't supposed to sing, he did give in to Kylie's bit of pestering and sang a few lyrics with her.

The hour and a half set came to an end and after Kylie kissed the stage, she exited it. This had been a night to remember. She was beyond grateful and very proud of the work that the whole team had put in. As soon as she came off stage, her sister Dannii was there and the girls fell to pieces in tears together. This moment had been a dream come true. After Dannii hugged her, she let go, just in time to be rushed by her children. "You were so good, mummy." Colton said. "That was so amazing, mum." Addison said and hugged her just a little tighter. "So proud of you, mum." Michael said as he came in for a hug. "Thanks guys. I love you so much. I really do appreciate you guys wanting to come tonight. I know I work so much and very long hours, but all I want to do is make you proud." Kylie said. "And you do." Michael said and hugged his mum. "Mum, can we have pizza to celebrate?" Asked Addison. "Pizza to celebrate it is." Kylie agreed. "PIZZA!" The Minogue children yelled. Kylie made the rounds to congratulate the team before they decided to head out and meet with the friends that had so graciously come to visit and watch her set.
