Frequently Asked Questions Last Updated: January 19th, 2022 The following is of course a collection of questions that I get more than just a few times so I wanted to put them forth with my direct answer in an effort that I can be as clear as possible and hopefully avoid answering the same question over and over and... What's up with all the pictures of a real person. Who is that? The girl in the "Susie" outfit is a cosplayer, I honestly forget her name and sadly, I didn't save a link back to her IG. The girl in the "Behind The Mask" album is a girl named Alissa Freeman. I know her personally and she surprisingly doesn't believe in social media, so she's not out there as it were.
Top 2. What's Dead by Daylight? Dead by Daylight is an asymmetric multiplayer survival horror video game developed by Behaviour Interactive and available on Steam as well as several consoles.
Top 3. Hey babe, wanna XXX rp? To be perfectly honest, I'm really not interested in such things. That said, there's a place for romance and the like and given the right chemistry, storyline and here's the most important part: VALID REASON, I do engage in such things. You have to remember though, Alissa is a very f***ed up girl, like very, very f***ed up. You might not want to engage with her romantically, just saying.
Top 4. Does that About Susie have everything I need to know about her? Well... not really but it has enough for us to get started. I could go into much greater detail and I just may but for now, I'd prefer to keep other things to myself so that you'll get the just surprise you deserve for writing with me.
Top 5. How long have you been writing? I've cared about what I write for awhile now. I'm not going to state years or anything like that but I consider myself to be competant at the craft. It is my hope and dream to someday become a published author.
Top 6. Explain what this Novella stuff is... Nao! Novella is a style of writing that mimics a novel and is typically vastly different from other common role play styles. Most will think Novella is about length when it's really not, not at all. Basically if it reads like a book, it's Novella but if it doesn't, then it's not Novella. So, Novella can be a single line or it can be many, many paragraphs or anything in between.
Top 7. You say you're not really a roleplayer but rather an Author. What's the difference? A huge one actually. From my perspective, roleplayers are concerned with their character and the outcome of interactions with other roleplayers. Roleplayers will often rely on statistical data to help get their attack or point accross and can sometimes be found arguing the finer details of "prepping." Visa vie, an author is telling a story and rarely, if ever uses numbers or statistics to do so. Have you ever seen Stephen King use numbers to express what happens to his characters outside of the story? No, and neither do I. Okay, I don't do any of that stuff. I believe that kind of outlook greatly detracts from the writing of the story and isn't that why we're here in the first place? To write stories. I'm an author who focuses on the story and not so much the numbers game.
Top 8. What is this Collaborative Writing stuff you talk about? Collaborative Writing is when two or more authors will gather to write a single story. Essentially the very thing we're doing here. Many call it "Roleplay" but in the literary world, it's called Collaborative Writing.

Top 15. Can we arrange a time to meet in real life? Believe what you want, I really don't give a sh*t.

Top 19. Do you ever plan to release any of your code? Maybe? Probably not. Just being honest.
Top 20. How about making me a pic or other some such graphic? I might be interested if inspiration strikes but that's a HUGE if.
Top 21. No really, can you build me a profile? I'm sorry, no. I do this for fun and don't want to end up hating it. Please try to understand. Top 22. Hey, what's your problem? It's been XX days and you still haven't replied! This sadly happens more often than it should. I'm an adult and have work, responsibilities and other pursuits that fill up my day. I do hope to reply in a timely manner but that can't always be the case. I can only hope you try to understand that it's not that I'm growing bored or anything like that (cuz I'll tell you if that's the case), it's most likely due to life happening.
