So maybe she should have interfered in the mugging in her suit. She didn't think. She just did.
Dropping her book bag to the ground she half smiled, rolling her shoulders to warm them up.
"Me? I'm nobody. Don't worry about who I am."
She was the forgotten, the replaceable, the fill in.
The never as good as the others, the perpetual failure.
The one that had to work twice as hard for none of the recognition.
And that was OK.
Being nobody was an asset.
Stephanie Brown was invisible.
That was her super power.
