AUDITION FORM FOR EVERYONE:

01. MATURITY: ALL WRITERS MUST BE 18+ IN RL. This writing group will touch upon, and explore dark, mature, and adult themes, can you confirm that you are of the age requirement and can handle those themes? Please don’t include your age, just your confirmation.
02. EXPERIENCE: How long have you been writing this character? Roughly how many storylines do you have for the character you are auditioning for?
03. ACTIVITY: How many pages do you have altogether, roughly how many writing pieces do you accomplish monthly?
04. CULTURE: Why do you think you would be a good fit for this rpg, and what can you bring to the group?
05. MUSE: How many other profiles do you currently have enrolled in other rpgs? Do you believe that would conflict with your ability to be an active member for Left 4 Dead?

AUDITION FORM FOR CANON ROLES

01: NAME: What is the name of you character?
02. VERSE: What movie or tv series are you affiliated with? Do you write exclusively to that era represented in the movie or tv series?
03. PLAYBY: Have you made any changes to the playby? Have you many any significant changes to the characters storyline? Characteristics? Personality? And or timeline?
04. VIBING: Why did you choose this character?
05. HOUSE: Please sort your character. Is your character a killer? A martyr, that tries to save everyone? Or a victim, that is chased, hunted, and only out to save themselves, or die?

AUDITION FORM FOR ORIGINAL ROLES

01. NAME: What is the name of your character?
02. VERSE: (If Any) What movie or tv series do you most align your character to?
03. BIO: Please provide us a bio, timeline, or any information you have on your character that would help us determine how they would fit within the RPG
04. PLAYBY: Which playby do you use for your original character? Please try avoid using actors that play pivotal roles of other existing characters, for example the face used for Sydney Prescott or Jennifer Check. If a character from our provided verses already exists, and they are not using the traditional playby, then you may use it in that circumstance
05. HOUSE: Please sort your character. Is your character a killer? A martyr, that tries to save everyone? Or a victim, that is chased, hunted, and only out to save themselves, or die?

ALL AUDITIONS MUST INCLUDE A 500K PIECE OF THE CHARACTER YOU ARE AUDITIONING FOR IN EITHER FIRST OR THIRD PERSON, NO STICK FIGURE DRAWINGS, PLEASE.
