Could the winter calm come twice? Because your heart seems so cold tonight. Thirst for substance somehow isn't right. It's killing me inside.

connections & storylines.

CONNECTIONS/STORYLINES.

ALESANA — Back in high school the two met at school parties, always a text away for getting into trouble together and hitting up parties together. Now in Sanctum, the two often party together and encourage the other to let loose.

ANFISA — discussing.

ANTON —  Friend of her ex-husband, one of his henchman of sorts that was used to befriend her to convince her even further  that she was the crazy one. This helped condition her to take her husband’s abuse. When she found out she was pregnant, Georgia confined in Anton, thinking he was a friend, and he gave her pills that he disguised as prenatal and claimed to have stole them for her from a local drug store. His lie resulted in a miscarriage and when she started to suspect him, he bailed.  After he joined Sanctum, it seemed as if he was out to ruin her life; spreading false information and slander. Now being now, Georgia tries to steer clear of him: but to no avail, as he’s always around every corner reminding her of the things she’d really like to forget.

ARMANI — Armani often lets Georgia play at his club to destress, helping her to get back into music.  Even after her return to Sanctum, he sees that music is a healthy outlet for her and encourages her to continue.

ASTRA — discussing.

ATARAH — protective friends, helps her with learning self-defense and gaining her own sense of self while in the organization. helps Georgia gain some sense of physical security that she had been craving, with actual technique rather than basic instinct fighting. After she shows back up in Sanctum, she returns to Atarah fo the training: mostly just to get her head back on straight, to feel some sense of grounding and protection for herself.

AURORA — Aurora tended to the domestic abuse wounds when Scott was around; curating a relationship of forced vulnerability for seeing her in such a state. Georgia also took a few classes that Aurora taught.

AVA — discussing.

BASH — Bash and Georgia started off as irritated co-workers when she worked at Super Sweet. She would pester him about his attitude and performance, and Bash loves to try and get under her skin. They slowly grew to care for each other after a few incidents of accidental vulnerability on both of their sides, and now back in Sanctum Bash is someone she finds to be a neutral energy and enjoys being around him for the sake of normalcy.

BENJAMIN — They grew up as next door neighbors in Bainbridge. Georgia practically lived in his house due to her abusive household. He would be her nightly call to save her from the trouble she got herself into. Georgia's husband eases her into a life away from everything she knew and isolates her away from Ben. They were the pillar of best friends, ride or dies - until Georgia decided to leave Seattle without word. There is tension there now, as she has pushed him past his edge of patience; and it’s obvious that he is angry with her beyond words. Georgia is trying to get back on his good side; to show him that she is someone he can trust, but knows that its going to take a long time before she gets her best friend back: if ever.

BLAIR — Blair was one of the girls who saw potential for social status in Georgia when she arrived in New York during high school; she partnered with Gigi to give her a makeover for high society in order to fit in with their group after taking likeness to her personality in spite of her upbringing. There’s a tug and pull of toxicity in their “friendship” - a power struggle that never ends. When Georgia comes back to Sanctum, she is surprised to see both Gigi and Blair now members: but it’s as if nothing has changed between them; falling back into the same patterns they did in high school.

CAMERON — A story that cameron wrote struck Georgia's fancy; making her fall in love with her work. They met during one of Georgia's pre-sanctum tours upon coincidence before making the connection. The two share a mutual respect of each other's profession; Cameron genuinely enjoyed Georgia's band before they met and felt comfortable sharing the intimacy of her writings with her, creating a solid foundation of trust. This leads Cameron to want to write a story based on Georgia's past. Once Georgia returned, she sought Cameron out to apologize for her quick leaving and Cameron is one of the only ones who welcomes her back with semi-open arms and a new job at Honey. Even through Georgia’s faults: Cameron trusts her to watch out for the store while she’s away, and wants her store to be a safe place for Georgia to find her footing and the healing she has desperately needed.

CARTER — discussing.

DELAINEY — Laine and Georgia met while playing an online video game (to be determined which), starting a virtual friendship, that turns sour when Delainey passes judgement on Georgia and Morgan’s relationship. The trust has ran thin, but the two are on semi-good terms.

DEVIN — always bickering like brother and sister, Georgia looks up to Devin as if he were her own blood.

DILLAN — Georgia meets Dillan when they both are central to Washington due to her connection to Dillan’s brother. The two become friends as they settle, which leaves the tension high when Georgia leaves Sanctum and Seattle behind.

ELIOSE — Georgia helps produce the music for her podcast, ends up with a deeper connection due to proximity and working together on various projects.

FRANKIE —  discussing.

GIOVANNY — Gigi and Georgia / a match made in hell. When Georgia shows up in New York, Gigi takes a likeness to her due to her edge and care-free attitude. He decides to team up with Blair and play doll with Georgia, forcing her into the world of the elite while attending the same private school that Georgia’s aunt thought would be good for her. The group get into lots of trouble together; ending Georgia as an accessory to murder and helping Gigi frame someone else.  When she finds Gigi now in Sanctum during her return, it’s as if they were back in New York: getting into the same cycles and trouble they used to.

JACK — Jack has many ties to her ex-husband, being his best friend for many years after meeting in adolescence in foster care. Scott would often put Jack in “charge” of Georgia while he was away. She made it her mission to make this task hard on Jack by all means necessary. The heat between these two only grew by their shared spaces and time spent together as they both grew to care deeply for the other, though they would seldom admit it — having to keep up the facade of distance due to the nature of Jack and Scott’s relationship. They became intimate accidentally, but nothing had ever been the same since. A painful love affair only burning hot behind closed doors turned into the one that got away as Jack abandoned ship, only to become reunited in Sanctum as if nothing had ever changed between the two, even though the heaviness of the past lingered still. This all changed when Georgia decided to be the one leaving in search for her own freedom after Jack killed Scott, without her knowledge. She’s back now, and the tension between the two is laced with unanswered questions and painful endings.

JORDAN — discussing.

LATEEF — discussing.

LENNOX — discussing.

LENNY — Georgia goes to Muscle Magic because she loves yoga and wants more enlightenment with herself; but due to her eating disorder, she jumps at the word of her special diet pills. Lenny grows to like Georgia and feels remorse for getting her hooked on her crutch. Lenny and Georgia had a good friendship before she left, but due to their time in the wilderness, it’s obvious that Lenny harbors a lot of negative feelings toward her leaving. When Lenny shows up on her front door, she is surprised - but hopeful. The two are actively trying to make things less awkward since their time in the woods - but there’s a lot of things unsaid.

LILY — These two are firecrackers together - enjoying each other as they dive into various creative photoshoots and other projects. They bring out the muse in each other and often create wonderful masterpieces. they bond over music and enjoy each other’s blunt and carefree vibe. They have some tension from both of them leaving each other’s lives without word; but call it even for doing it to each other.

MANDI — Mandi ends up spending some time being fostered by Georgia’s parents after her sister dies; enduring the same treatment as they had after the facade of “good parents” vanished quickly after her arrival. Mandi and Georgia were young when they met, and they filled the “sister” void they both desired; a confidant in the face of trouble. The two keep in contact and later become a pretty close trio with Morgan, after connecting over the same internet spaces once Mandi was able to escape the claws of the Beauchamps. Now back in Sanctum, Mandi and Georgia are trying to regain some kind of ground in their friendship: but only time will heal the abandonment wounds — though there is always a soft spot for the both of them, owing a lot of their youth to each other.

MICK — personal body guard, for all intents and purposes. often bothered and annoyed by him for she doesn’t understand why he’s always to her rescue. feels as though she can take care of herself. There’s tension now in their connection with Georgia being back as Mick got in trouble for not “keeping a tighter eye” on Georgia like he was “supposed” to.

MORGAN — Once Georgia’s band caught some traction and she started touring, her label would offer meet and greet packages for fans to come and hang out with her and the band. Morgan was the first one to win one of these packages, and had ran a fan page for the band for awhile before meeting. They were teenagers at the time, but they clicked so incredibly well that they wanted to keep in touch. They chat online and send emails back and forth over the years — forming a really intense and intimate bond. They don’t stop talking after Georgia is pretty much forced into a marriage with Scott. Eventually Georgia takes a train with a bag of her things and plans to run away with Morgan. Away from her husband and his abuse. But after the most magical of weekends, she receives dozens of emails and texts from her husband with details of their affair - exposing her for trying to leave him, and threatening to kill Morgan if she tried. Knowing that he was in danger, Georgia did the only thing she knew to do — lie to him to keep him safe. Break his heart in the process, but at least he would be safe from harm. She keeps tabs on him as much as she can from afar, seeing that he joins sanctum. Another push for her to join once she is free from her husband’s restraints. She blames herself for Morgan ending up in the organization - and believes she deserves the hurt that comes with it. Morgan is unaware that Georgia refers to him as her first love. When Georgia leaves once more, those same wounds are re-opened, leaving them right back where they started in a lot of ways.

RAVEN —  The two first bond after stumbling upon each other’s music, separately falling in love with the other’s work. While searching for each other’s album at the music store, they pump into each other like the perfect serendipitous moment; talking about how much they resonated with something in each other’s art. They decide to bond over their shared experiences by collaborating on a song together.

ROMAN — Roman was the one who supplied Anton with the drugs that killed Georgia’s baby, which she doesn’t find out until she returns to Sanctum. She blames him, almost as much as Anton for giving them to her.

RYAN — Georgia’s stalker was one of Ryan’s patients who also ends up kidnapping her and while she was taken, she saw all of his collected momentos of his devotion to Georgia. They try to come together to take him down for the hell that he caused the both of them, but he’s harder to catch than they thought, using a fake name and ID; leaving them back at square one.

VALERIE — discussing.

VINCENT — Georgia is always down to talk about ghost stories or dive into the supernatural; this prompts Vincent to ask her to join him on a hike in search of The Blair Witch House. Nothing happens the first night while they’re in the woods; leaving them suspicious if it was all just myth; but it’s what follows the first night that makes them believe.

ZOE — Zoe and Georgia were very close before she left: starting off as co-workers and turning into friends. Zoe was there for Georgia in times of trouble; until Georgia left. Now the two have a very tense relationship, if you can call it that, where neither of them can be in the same room without fighting. Georgia can’t argue with Zoe’s anger, and hates where they stand - always trying to ease the tension when she can, though it never seems to work.
