[flower asks.]
Heliconia: Do you like when it rains? I love when it rains. From the light pitter-patter of a gentle sprinkle, to the crashing sheets that pour from the sky during storms. Daisy: How old were you when you had your first kiss? I think I was probably 6 years old. It was one of those kisses you read about in a child's book where the young boy rushes over to the young girl and in front of their parents leans in for a smack on the lips. Sweet. Innocent. Allium: What's the best thing you can cook? I don't know why, and this is pretty random, but I can cook a steak to perfection without a thermometer. It's science. All about the timing and the thickness of the meat. Orange Blossom: If you could pick the gender and appearance of your child, would you? I would not. I would want to be surprised. I do enjoy a good surprise from time to time. Daffodil: What's the most thoughtful present you've ever received? Varga recently gifted me an antique metal tinker heart-shaped box with flowers to embellish the silver tones lined with red velvet on the inside. It keeps my bracelet tucked somewhere safe. He is so very thoughtful. Rose: Are you currently in love with someone? It's entirely possible. Tulip: For your birthday what kind of cake do you ask for? Strawberry shortcake with fresh whipped cream topping. Myrtle: Do you like going on airplanes? Yes. I don't quite understand the fear surrounding flying, but I love to travel and I love going on adventures. Hibiscus: Did you ever play an instrument? If so, what? I did and still do. Piano. Locust: What was your favorite book as a child? Stellaluna. Queen Anne's Lace: Would you rather carve pumpkins or wrap presents? Carve pumpkins because fall is the best season and it reminds me of Halloween and my birthday. Magnolia: Favorite kind of candy? I have two. Twix if the mood for chocolate strikes or if I want something fruity I love gummy bears. Poppy: What color was your childhood home? My first home was made out of wood. Brown. |
