Biography: Angelica Tinsley is the most fashionable girl at Hamilton Academy. Angelica really loves to add accessories to her outfits at Hamilton Academy. She is also the third most popular girl at Hamilton Academy. Her mother (Charlotte Tinsley) is the C.E.O of a major corporation called Mega Corp, so knowing Angelica can actually be a good thing because she has connections. Layla Hamilton and Angelica aren't friends and this is because Angelica is a threat to Layla. Layla is afraid that Angelica might someday become more popular than Layla. Angelica used to be really mean (especially when she was three-years-old), but when she had turned twelve-years-old, she had slowly started to become generous and kind to everyone. However, if anyone ever makes Angelica mad, that old mean personality of hers will definitely return. Angelica used to be friends with Savannah Shane and Brianna O'Brien, but then Angelica found out when she was fourteen-years-old that Savannah and Brianna aren't Angelica's true friends. Both of these girls had spread some awful rumors about Angelica, and Susie Carmichael was the one who had informed Angelica about it. Susie is Angelica's best friend, and they've been best friends for the past fourteen years. Angelica and Susie definitely have a rather interesting relationship. Sometimes Angelica secretly feels insecure because Susie is better than Angelica at almost everything. At Hamilton Academy, Angelica usually persuades the teachers into giving her a better grade. And she fakes an injury just to get out of participating in P.E. and other gym related classes. As for boys, Angelica has never had a boyfriend before. This is mostly only because the guys at Hamilton Academy never love her in return. Angelica was madly in love with her substitute teacher (Mr. Fisk) when she was thirteen-years-old, but he also didn't ever love her in return. Eventually Mr. Fisk moved away to a different state because he got a real teaching job at a high school in that state. Angelica has been secretly in love with Sean Butler for almost six years. But six months ago, Angelica had played the leading role of Juliet in the Hamilton Academy's drama department's production of the play Romeo & Juliet, and unfortunately Tommy Pickles was cast as Romeo. Of course the director of the play wanted to wait until opening night for Angelica and Tommy to do the kissing scenes. And that's the story of when Angelica started to love Tommy. This had really shocked Angelica though. They're not enemies or rivals, but Tommy still believes that Angelica is a self-absorbed brat. And sadly he is not popular. Layla Hamilton had established this rule at Hamilton Academy that popular students can only date other popular students. Angelica knew that she would just have to keep her feelings for Tommy a secret because she knows that he will never love her in return and she can't have him as her boyfriend anyways because he's not popular. So now, Angelica really doesn't want Tommy to know that she secretly loves him. Basically, Angelica continues to get into small fights with the boy, even though she would prefer to kiss him again. Angelica is actually secretly intelligent, but she doesn't know this because she keeps thinking that she's a bit stupid. And unfortunately, every time Susie Carmichael wins an award, or gets another A++, this just makes Angelica feel even more insecure about herself.

Biography: Unlike Kimi Watanabe-Finster's friends, she is actually one of the popular girls at Hamilton Academy. When Kimi was thirteen-years-old, she had decided to change her wardrobe and shoes, so that she can finally be invited to the parties that the popular students attend. The only one who had surprisingly decided to help Kimi become popular was Angelica Tinsley, the mean girl that Kimi had spent most of her childhood with. With Charlotte Tinsley's permission, Angelica was able to spend more than $200 on new clothes, shoes, and accessories for Kimi. When Kimi walked into the school at thirteen-years-old, she had instantly become popular. Kimi is now even friends with a majority of the popular girls at Hamilton Academy. Kimi has two different last names, because she has her real father's last name (Watanabe), and her mother had gotten re-married to Chas Finster (Chuckie Finster's father). Unlike Chuckie (whom at first didn't even want a step-sister and tried to give Kimi to a different family), Kimi had always loved having him as her step-brother. Kimi was happy with the new changes to her family. Kimi doesn't know that Chuckie Finster is secretly in love with her.
