Xavier was born a Djinn and with being born a Djinn it meant servitude, always having to serve others, to grant their three wishes. Depending on who holds his bottle it reflects upon Xavier’s personality and how he grants wishes. If someone with a truly evil soul is the temporary Master of Xavier, Xavier becomes evil within his own personality and the wishes that come out end up backfiring, and come out evil. But if the person has a truly innocent soul, then Xavier's personality and wishes become good and innocent. However, one of his masters did have everything in abundance and had no need for him to fulfill any wishes. It was a woman called Athena, and later Xavier learned that she was regarded as the goddess of wisdom, also known as Minerva to the Romans. Untfortunately it was only a brief and Xavier was once more returned to where his bottle was originally found, and would be for a long time.
 

For a moment compassion became reality, as the daughter of a Sultan was the first one to treat him with kindness, and as his master it rubbed of onto him. Unfortunately it was not to last, due to the vizier of the royal court, got his filthy hands on his bottle before the Princess was able to grant him any wishes. It was obvious that she wasn’t interested in marrying any of the princes coming from far and wide. Her handmaiden seemed to be interested but before anything happened the vizier stole his bottle as the princess was absent. It changed his personality to evil and despite this Xavier was upset with everything bad he did before the last wish was told and he was returned to the Cave of Wonder.

Xavier lost count on how long his servitude lasted when he encountered another woman, introducing herself as Karma. However it didn’t last and once his current master wished his last wish the bottle returned to where it was originally found. Things was repeating themselves, and after a servitude for centuries, where all his masters all promised to grant him freedom with their last wish, but are always greedy and leave the last wish for themselves. Xavier has never known compassion, someone that never thinks of just themselves. Xavier is beginning to wonder if compassion is even left in humans, or whatever creature becomes his Master shows no compassion.

 

 

 

Xavier stopped showing compassion, for he has never been showed compassion. At the moment he hasn't had a Master in over a century, so he just stayed in his bottle, cooped up and all alone. For a little while he thought he was losing his mind, but the sounds of the world outside let him know that the world was changing. He awaits for someone to be his next Master, so that he can have a moment of freedom, and feel the fresh air. He often wonders who and what his Master will be like. He still awaits his bottle to rub so he can be free. He doesn't know what his future will hold for him, however he hopes there will for once be compassion in his life.

One day his bottle, after collecting dust at some antique dealer, found a new home in Italy of all places. The new owner, Tara, was unaware that it was a typical home for his kind and was cleaning it ,  ending his captivity as well as servitude. By promising to be her eternal friend Xavier realizes that, despite his newly won freed6, that he still has is abilities as a djinn, namely understanding foreign languages.
