Rules

Rules:
1.Not the person in the photos just an rper, so please don't ask.

2. Richard is currently single, well widower single as his wife was murdered and he is framed for it, but once he gets with someone later on during an rp, he will be faithful and won't cheat, so respect that.

3.His wife is dead for almost 2 years now,  and he was in jail for two or so month, until the jail bus accident and his escape, he isn't blond anymore.  Only ones who knew him and still do know all of that, if they are close to him or witnessed that or such, keep that in mind if your character isn't either of those she/he won't know that.

4. I am a para/multi and novella rper but I do rather multi and up, so keep that in mind when rping with me. The more detail the better.

5.I sent things to everyone, if it seems you got nothing then please talk to me before assuming that I ignore you or anything like that, because things don't always get sent and I will love to know if you got  what I sent or not, will do the same. It is common curtsey and it makes it easier on all of us.

6.No god modding/power playing as that is wrong and unfair. In a starter you can put my character somewhere your character is but without moving the character for me or if we discussed it first, this called an minor god modding to make it easier but don't speak for my character nor move him for me. Don't even kill him, I do not allow it and never will. Minor characters/ npc characters are fine but not him so.

7. Patience is important. Please be patient with me and will return the favor. Some times it might take a while to reply or sent a starter, or such but will get to you eventually, just at times either net not working or  I can't be on, but will get to you as soon as I can, no worries no one is ignored. So please don't ignore me either.

8. Have fun, as that is why we are here for after all    

9. Keep in mind that he is a wanted fugitive and moves around a lot, yet he is innocent. And do we a favor don't change that to him being guilty or I will block and delete you, as that called power playing/god modding and changing character information, which is against the law.

10. Richard is from the fugitive, and the verses connected to it are mafia/ crime/ medical/law enforcement, but I am open to other things too. So don't assume that I can't rp with you because I am not the kind of person who judges, so don't judge me please.

11. I rp Richard by the show, but I got slightly au with him, as it's a lot easier for me to do, so please respect that and don't force me to rp him the way you want, as you will be blocked as well as deleted if you do that.

12. I will love mains from the show, and connections in general. However, no more siblings, other then his little sister, unless you got a good idea that can work, and it impresses me but it is really hard to impress me with ideas for siblings and such, so yeah. I am fine with our characters being  like siblings but not actual siblings. No biological parents as his parents are dead, not negotiable. But friends, enemies, cousins and other kind of family are welcome, as long as you talk to me. Biological kids you need to discuss with me first, as Richard is 36, almost 37 years old so yeah, no 30 year old kids or 40 or 32 or such, between babies, as in new born babies, until age 16 or 18 is fine, but talk to me a bout ideas and such so that we could tweak it if needed, and go with it, if it works. Enemies, love interest are fine, ex's after his wife's death are welcome, not before as he was only with one before his wife, name Jean and if you want to rp her you can, but if you don't know the show message me for information about her, if interested. Any canon you want but you know nothing about, message me for the information. Follow that information so, with anyone you rp them with, no exceptions, you can go au but no changing them a all, if you go by the canon from the same show as Richard wise.  Other canons or originals are excluded from that, but you can be only connection, any you want.
