Mia grabbed the things she need for everything like pens and paper if they needed to take notes. She grabbed her clip board with tonight agenda and headed toward the office room. She was still worried about how many people was going to show up since she hadn't heard from anyone but Xavier. She walked into the front room which was empty since she sent her secretary home. She opened the conforence rooms door and walked inside seeing Xavier sitting down. "Hey. I knew you'd be the first one here." She said and giggled a little. She walked over and gave him a hug then set down her clip board and walked over to the table where the coffee and finger foods were. She set down the pens and note pads and poured herself a glass of water and walked back toward the table and sat down. "I'm still no sure if anyone will show up. I haven't heard from anyone about it except Lillian." She told him and took a sip of her water.
