About me:
I'm Maxwell Asher Ortiz-Montand, but everyone calls me Max. I'm the Executive Chef and Owner or Ortiz-Montand in London, England. I wanted to cook for many different people so the menu consist of different styles. However, you can definitely see my mother's Mexican and my father's French influences in all my food. I'm the son of a Mexican opera singer and French literature professor. I'm also a wizard. A muggle born to be exact. I loving being a part of this world, but I feel most at home amongst the muggles. I live and work with them. Being an only child, I was close with my parents. I was 17 when my father died, and I am now very close to my mother. Say what you will about me, but I love my mother dearly, and I am not ashamed to admit it. I was engaged once, a few years ago, but that didn't work out the way I had planned.
