Let's Talk Dirty
Because Fame Is A Four Letter Word
I am the best interviewer in the world. I am the best entertainment journalist since Hedda F u c k i n' Hopper. Why be humble? These truths we know to be self-evident. I've been in the business for twenty years, starting out as a pimply high school kid doing Burger King commercials to pay for my college fund. Since I was ten I have lived and breathed pop culture. Heaven is a place called Earth, baby, and my stars are the living, breathing and FALLIBLE kind whose light can be extinguished in the blink of an eye. Ever see a shooting star? The plummet is amazing! THAT'S what people want to see, the fall from grace in slo-mo. Every excruciating detail. Oh, come on! You know you are a vulture just like the rest. So tune in and let me toss you a little carrion, cause sooner or later they all gotta face obscurity & oblivion. Even the beautiful people.

If You Only Get Fifteen Minutes
Make Them Count!
The Star Catcher has taken a trajectory of its own. This will be our third season and we are in the top ten ABC line-up. Hell, yes. It's a genius premise really. The Biebers and Lohans may be Reality TV untouchables (and just as quickly old news) but the real challenge is to bring a lesser-known celebrity into the public consciousness, have the viewer embrace and take the roller coaster of struggle, success and abject failure? That remains to be seen, of course. We here at Star Catcher just accept the inevitable, baby. This season we will be following Vex, a rock-n-roll European super group with four gold records in the UK and three recent break-thru singles in the states. If you are much past puberty you may not have heard of them, but you will, oh you will. Stay tuned.
