Antonia 'Toni' Monetti is the daughter of a corrupt New Jersey senator/mob lord. Her character arc mirrors that of Alicia Silverstone's character from Clueless, starting as a good-hearted, but spoiled rich girl and hopefully, eventually growing to be a better person.
She is generally played anywhere between the ages of 16 and 22, defaulting at 17. Toni is a fun-loving, highly exhibitionistic hedonist at first, living off of Daddy's credit cards, not realizing the horrible things he does to get his money (Think Paris Hilton, but with a brain and a conscience, as opposed to how the media portrays her). The biggest source of strife between her and her father is her homosexuality. Typically, she plays the role of Daddy's Girl, but her constant stream of many (many, many, many, etc., etc., etc.) lesbian lovers serves as a ticking time bomb with her father's temper.
If played in a super-hero setting (Her default, but she is easily adaptable to pretty much anything, I've found out), her powers are similar to Green Lanterns', just silver in color and innate, with no need for a ring. For anybody familiar with the Green Lantern mythos, her abilities can be tied in with those of the White Lantern.
I intentionally left many things vague with Toni's life so you can fit your character into the story in many ways. That way you can play anything from an investigative reporter to a model or actress to a high school or college classmate to a call-girl or prostitute to a random girl she bumps into on the street.

The ship had landed, not gracefully by any means but at least there was minimal damage and the crew was relatively unscathed. Stepping down the ramp Illyria found herself shielding her eyes from the warmth of a sun. After being on the ship for so long you grew content with the cold darkness of space. Upon which landing you had to reintroduce yourself to planet life.
"We need to assess the ship." Illyria informed as she heard her droid making it's way down the metal platform. "Oh, oh yes Master. Right away Master." it complied and turned to go about it's duties. "Nar-won!?" she called, and the dark skinned man popped his head round to peer down from the ship. "Yes?" a quick reply. Having her own crew was still very new to her. After years of solitude, she wasn't sure if she liked it. Still, it had it's perks.
"Stay with the ship. Contact me, if for whatever reason trouble finds us again." she rolled her eyes, as it certainly had a way of doing just that. "Make sure the ship is in perfect order to take off as soon as I return. Im going to investigate the planet. If our coordinates led us here, then there must be a reason...." she deduced, pulling the hood of her robe up over her head. A few friendly beeps of farewell from Z3-R0, and off she went. Walking into the unknown to see what it was she could find....or who.
