There’s so many things that can go wrong in life. And human relationships aren’t easy to make or maintain. Alora wasn’t interested in keeping humans around for very long because one day they will die and she’ll go on to live forever. There seemed to be a lot of people not knowing how to behave or be even decent human beings anymore. It seemed over the generations that people got worse with each passing decade. The problems with society as a whole were going to hell.
Luckily for her she had enough money to travel the world and sing at her leisure. Fame was not what she was interested in. It was playing the music that she wrote and having people connect with it. And so she would often play at small venues and clubs and such. Just to feel the intimacy of the crowd and get to see the reactions they have. And even though she preferred to play her guitar there were times when the places she played at had a house piano. That’s when she’d get into her really sad songs. This club she was in had one. So she began to play a song and started to sing:
