Who I'd like to meet: Charlie is the younger brother of Jill Valentine. Charlie and his older sister were close when they were young but their relationship turned cold and distant when Charlie took a job with the Umbrella Corporation after college. He had started as a veterinary research and development tech, but was quickly recurited into the Umbrella Special Operations and assigned to the Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service.
