As such, she was perfectly willing to exploit her reputation as the "mother" of the Stormtrooper Corps of the First Order to ensure her own survival, and she used her knowledge of memorizing all of the serial numbers of the stormtroopers under her direct command to know which ones she should eliminate in the future. Captain Cardinal even speculated before his disappearance that, once the First Order's aims differed from Phasma's own aims, she would not hesitate to betray the organization. This was best demonstrated with the destruction of Starkiller Base, where she proceeded to not only deactivate the Starkiller Base's shields before then—though she doubted the Resistance's chances of success—but also promptly proceeded to kill anyone who might have deduced her to be the one responsible, and even framed another officer, Lieutenant Rivas, for the deed.
Kylo Ren noted that despite the fact Phasma usually sided with Hux, he was glad that she hadn't met her demise on Starkiller. He also noted that if the rumors about her being thrown into a trash compactor by saboteurs on Starkiller were true, a trash compactor would have never ended the career of a soldier of Phasma's stature.

Phasma wore armor coated in chromium salvaged from a Naboo yacht once owned by the Galactic Empire's Emperor Palpatine. Its polished finish helped reflect harmful radiation and was capable of deflecting weak blaster bolts, although the chromium served primarily as a symbol of past power. Phasma also believed that stormtrooper armor provided anonymity to an individual's gender, paying little heed to the antiquated belief that female stormtroopers were something new.
Phasma also wore a traditional First Order command armorweave cape in black and red, the colors of the First Order. Her primary weapon, a personalist Sonn-Blas F-11D blaster rifle, was also polished in chromium. She was also known to wield a command staff and a sliver backup pistol, again also with a chromium finish, which she used in her duel with Finn aboard the Supremacy.
Captain Phasma
The Past
Prior to joining the Scyre clan, Phasma and her brother Keldo were part of a small and weak clan that resided directly around the Nautilus on the desolate planet Parnassos. Phasma and Keldo grew up having to defend the clan's territory from raiders from rival clans such as the Scyre and the Claw. One day Phasma orchestrated the deaths of her clan including her father and mother in order to ensure both herself and Keldo survived while still being able to live in the Nautilus. In order to do this, she stabbed Keldo in the foot with a knife and pushed him into a cave, thus disabling him, claiming that the clan was under attack and that she had saved his life. Shortly after, Phasma along with Keldo both pledged their allegiances to the Scyre by painting themselves with oracle salve made by their family. Due to Parnassos' harsh environment and lack of technological advancements, Phasma spent her days wearing protective gear and scavenging crashed starships for weapons and supplies. Eventually she led a group of Scyre clan warriors and believed herself to be the strongest warrior on Parnassos.
Everything changed, however, when Phasma observed a First Order starship crashing in the neighboring Claw clan territory. Covertly leading her Scyre warriors over the border into Claw territory, Phasma was brought face to face with First Order officer Brendol Hux, flanked by three stormtroopers and a black droid.
Hux introduced himself as an officer for the First Order, who had been on a mission to recruit the strongest warriors in the galaxy to the First Order's military when his ship had been shot down by Parnassos' automated defense system.
Seizing her opportunity to get offworld, Phasma stepped forward and unmasked herself, introducing herself and offering to help Hux find his crashed ship.

Phasma became a stormtrooper captain of the First Order, though her true rank was higher than her title suggested. She was a leading member of the unofficial commanding triumvirate, alongside the dark enforcer Kylo Ren and General Armitage Hux. Phasma was assigned to Starkiller Base, where she oversaw training of the First Order military and the stormtrooper ranks, in particular. Phasma sought to have only the best soldiers don the First Order's stormtrooper armor, and endeavored to keep politics out of the ranks to guard against a lack of effectiveness. Phasma also believed that a stormtrooper's loyalty was to be first and foremost to the First Order, not to any individual or comrade.

Armitage Hux was a human male military officer who served in the High Command of the First Order, within which he was a leading advocate of the harsh training methods employed to foster absolute obedience amongst its military. As a general in the First Order, he also commanded the Starkiller Base superweapon and led missions of vital importance to the Galactic Empire-inspired regime.
Kylo Ren, a Force-sensitive human male, was the master of the Knights of Ren and Supreme Leader of the First Order. Kylo became Snoke's apprentice as well as a Knight of Ren, and was given the moniker of "Jedi Killer" among the First Order ranks. Ren idolized his grandfather, the fallen Sith Lord Darth Vader, and hoped to finish what Vader started: the elimination of the Jedi.
"DJ," shortened form of "Don't Join," was the alias of a human male slicer who resided in the galaxy during the war between the Resistance and the First Order. Arrival.Sordanawww.roleplayer.me/syphantom The TIE they journeyed, suited the journey quite well, although the Knight preferred his own fighter, compared two the two man TIE fighter variant, he understood the necessity to use as few fighters as possible. All throughout the journey as they made the jump into hyperspace, he kept a careful eye on the radar and targeting systems, no fool would attempt to shoot down a formation of TIE fighters, it would be a deathwish. Gloved hands were on the control yokes of the aft turret, in the event that they encountered hostile forces. Supreme Leader Ren had warned him that even with the help of the force, always be ready for the unexpected, especially on such an important task.
The descent was expertly planned, he made a mental note to properly thank the captain when all this was over and done with, and they returned to the Supreme Leader with results that he was expecting. As they continued on their descent, Sy almost thought they would be shot down, finger instinctively held onto the weapons system control yoke, out of precaution and habit. If he had read correctly, Parnassos had an autonomous defensive system, if they made one mistake and it appeared on the planetary sensory grid, they would be shot out of the sky without even knowing it.
The Knight watched as they slowly descended into a sea of bronze and yellow, the vibrant colors of sand, more and more the ground came closer..until TIE landed perfectly down shooting up a cloud of sand in each and every direction. He watched the captain silently exit the craft first, before he too followed suite, exiting the craft through the upper circular hatch, using the metal ladder to clamber up and through, the warm sunlight radiated onto his being, as he made his way over to where the chromed warrior stood awaiting her men and him. One by one the stormtroopers all touched down, climbing out of their own craft, and making their way over, blaster rifles in the open once more.
Sy turned helmed head this way and that, surveying across the deserted landscape they were in. It was quite different than what the reports stated, but nonetheless it gave the knight a decent picture of what he was walking into. As much as he didn’t like to rely on others, unfortunately the knight had little choice but to rely on Captain Phasma, as this was her place of origin and she would know where to best navigate them in order to find what they were looking for, and should trouble run into them, he was the one that would put that trouble into place. esources were an ever continuing struggle, as the First Order continued to stretch its own power out, they had taken a blow with the Supremacy undergoing repairs after its’ destruction, following the death of Supreme Leader Snoke, a new transition of power fell into place, the knights were moved up as a more commanding force, however Supreme Leader Ren assured the military, especially General Hux, who often clashed ideals with Kylo, that the Knights would still take orders from those on the upper echelons of the First Order.
The voice of Kylo Ren was still fresh in his mind, he remembered the look of seriousness, and the change in the Supreme Leaders tone as he commanded his second in command, and most trusted knight, Sytarius Sordana to journey to Parnassos, however in his journey he wouldn’t be alone..Captain Phasma, rising leader within the First Order someone whom Sy had heard about from the numerous battle reports that he had reviewed beforehand with this upcoming assignment. Searching for resources, weapons that they could use against the Resistance war effort on Parnassos, one of the First Order’s first of many expansions and installations, who knew what secrets lay buried deep within the planet.
He stared at the mirror, standing straight, black robes and gloves over his hands and body, aqua blue eyes, thought about the mission ahead, the potential unknown variables that lay in and around itself, even with the aid of the force, Sy couldn’t sense what lay ahead. Perhaps a Resistance spec ops force would be encountered, or wildlife that were dangerous. Whichever was the case it would be the first time he set foot on Parnassos. Sy clipped two hilts one on each side, before gloved fingers graced carefully over the face helm, placing it neatly where it belonged, turning on boot heels, he exited the temporary quarters given to him, maneuvering expertly around the corridors of the First Order capital vessel and finally arriving at the hangar.
There they were a small group, a simple squad on a mission, even in all that chrome attire, Captain Phasma was still someone that commanded rank and discipline amongst her troops. He nodded at her statement, three TIEs were all that they needed, the two of them would be piloting one, while two stormtroopers in another and the last trooper would receive his own craft. Sy made his way over to one of the TIEs that sat hunkered down, he hopped into the gunner seat of the TIE craft, checking the controls, activating the targeting systems, better to be prepared than not be prepared. The Knight would leave the Chrome Captain to pilot the TIE, as ultimately this mission led to her home planet. Supreme Leader Ren had disclosed that bit of information on a last minute need to know basis.
