About me: Netflix is serving up Dr. Seuss’ classic book “Green Eggs and Ham” with a large helping of traditional animation. The series, created and executive produced by animation veteran Jared Stern, expands the story of the delicacy’s persistent champion Sam I Am and picky eater Guy Am I as they go on a road trip to rescue an endangered creature from a zoo, learning about hope, trust and friendship along the way.
The process of bringing the book to Netflix was a long one, with Stern dedicated to ensuring the production stayed true to the look and spirit of Theodor Geisel’s 1960 story while giving the series a feature-film quality with hand-drawn animation.
The story of Green Eggs and Ham is like a postmodern Planes, Trains and Automobiles through the whimsical world of Dr. Seuss. Sam rescues the rare Chickeraffe from the Glurfsburg Zoo, hides it in a briefcase, and attempts to make his way to Meepville where he can charter a cold air balloon to take the Chickeraffe to his island home.
Guy just flopped his last big chance at being a world famous inventor for the industrial Snerz Co. He packs up his invention in a briefcase and resigns to give up on his dreams and become a paint watcher.
A chance meeting at a diner with Sam, and a switch up with the briefcases results in these two unlikely souls getting mixed up on an adventure that takes them on a journey of self discovery.
Our two mismatched heroes cross paths with overprotective Michellee, whose daughter, EB, desperately wants a pet, and falls madly in love with the Chickeraffe… despite her mother’s fears that it will eat off her face (it won’t). Michellee’s walled up heart also connects with the heart-hardened Guy. And a laborious love story begins.

Sam-I-Am. Mr. "Sam" Sam-I-Am is the main protagonist in Dr. Seuss's story Green Eggs and Ham and a supporting character in the second season of The Wubbulous World of Dr. Seuss. He is a short, unidentified bug. There is also a song in Seussical the Musical called Green Eggs and Ham, based off of him.~

Sam, who often calls himself Sam-I-Am, is one of the main characters of Green Eggs and Ham. He is voiced by Adam DeVine. Sam is an adult, although his exact age hasn't been revealed.
In the episode Train, he reveals to E.B. that his full name is Samuel I. Amuel, even though it is unknown what the I stands for.
Appearance
Sam has a short stature, yellow skin, white fuzz on his face, and a tall red hat, like in the book.
Personality
Sam is very positive and happy-go-lucky most of the time. He loves green eggs and ham and orders them at every diner he goes to. Aside from green eggs and ham, Sam also claims to love animals, telling Guy that he kidnapped the chickeraffe from the zoo to return it to the wild. But it is revealed later in the series that he is actually a con-man who was sent by Snerz to kidnap the chickeraffe and bring back it to him. However, he soon starts to actually like the chickeraffe and (along with E.B.) even gives him a name: Mr. Jenkins.
Sam can also be generally socially oblivious and emotionally manipulative, making him good as a con-man. However he later realizes this later in the series and turns against Snerz. His biggest reason for loving green eggs and ham is not just because of the taste, but because he wants to eat as much of it as possible so he can find the exact recipe his mother used to always make.
In the episode "There", Sam explains to Guy that his reason for being a conman was because nobody wanted him to stay the same person. Deep down, he just wants a friend to stick around with him, since it is implied that he has been lonely ever since his mom left him at the orphanage.
Even though it was short notice Serenity skipped around all of her friends and posted an invitation through their doors.
A party, finally a party all for her. Yes it might not be her actual birthday as it always seemed to be missed but this year it did not matter. The theme was Alice in Wonderland so she would have a Unbirthday Party. All would be invited to the Shire for the festivities, she just hoped that they would come.
