12/30/2013 10:49 PM  Rules of The Forge This is a role playing profile. I am not really a Greek god, or an actor. I role play within Ancient Times/Hercules/Xenaverse only. My character was created in 2007 on myspace. Even though Hephaestus is a real myth, my character, Hephestus (note the change in spelling) is my own. I have shaped his personality for years. Hephestus is a very shy man, preferring to keep to himself. So you won't run into him at a club, or out in a public fair or event. He prefers to stay in his forge or temple. Also, he will not set foot in Olympus, ever. The place holds many hurtful memories for him, so don't expect to run into him there, either. Hephestus' family has already been established, he is a Greek god. If you feel that he is part of your family, or if you want to play a member of his family, please ask, I won't just add some random kid or distant cousin unless your character is an established Olympian. ������� I'll write one line to multi-para. I can novella but I really don't like to. I have been writing with one liners for about 9 years, but am trying to get back into multi-para. I have not had to flex my writing muscle in a VERY long time, so please bear with me. �������� Messages are for OOC, Comments are for IC. ������� I don't really need to discuss a storyline first but I'm not against it, in fact I prefer it. Do not involve me in another storyline without my permission, such as saying that my character will go somewhere or do something, or that you will do something to me. It's just wrong. I wouldn't do it to you, so don't do it to me. ������� In that same vein, no cheating. This means Godmoding: Killing, maiming, kidnapping, and/or harming without my permission. Automoving: moving my character, making him do something or go somewhere. It's my character; I can do it just fine on my own. Metagaming: using information you gleaned from my storyline with someone else. My storyline's aren't any of your business unless you are invited to join it. Also, please do not include anything that is my character's trademarks in your story, like Heph's chains and such. It's just kind of rude. ������� No OOC drama of any kind. I won't put up with it. I'll just delete you. ������� Please do not add me if you do not want to play. I keep a very small friend's list, and if you add me and say nothing within two weeks, you will be deleted. ������� Mature Content: Hephestus has been married to the same Aphrodite since 2007, and is a faithful guy. Any mature content on his page will be between him and his wife. And yes, being married to the goddess of love, he will be getting mature quite often! ������� I won't add lookalikes or other Hephaestus/Hephestus profiles, period! ������� I will not be adding any other Aphrodites, I have one, and she's more than enough for this guy. ������� I don't do W4W or PC4PC. Having finished all of the opal statues and the fountain itself, he decides that he will make a new child for the center, where his daughter should have been. This time, he carved a baby boy, just a bit older than his own infant son. He carefully carved the details until the child was finished. Running his hand over the surface of the statue, he gasped and pulled his hand back. There was a sharp edge that he hadn't noticed before. Blood, his blood, spread across the rock as the statue began to glow. His stomach dropped as he watched the opal come to life yet again, this time giving him a baby son. The little boy lay on his workbench, and smiled up at him, reaching for him. Heph sighed and picked up the boy, holding him close. How would he explain this one to his wife?* 372 Comments

She spoke to her gently, knowing that she could hear her.* My sweet girl, I miss you so much! I know you're happy now, and I'm thankful for that. I wish I could see you again. *Just as she spoke, a young woman approached her, inquiring about her identity. As soon as Gabrielle confirmed it, the young girl traded words with her, then slapped her hard. Gabrielle sat confused, until they finally figured out that the young girl was Gabrielle's daughter, and that she had been stolen from the artificial womb in which she had been placed. Gabrielle was overjoyed to have her daughter back, but her daughter was not as excited. Gabrielle had to find her best friend, to tell her that the girl they both loved was not lost, but found, and back where she belonged, at least for now.* 40 Comments
