12/05/2017 11:35 PM  Wishlist 1) When Finnley was little she always wanted a small dog, her parents told her no because they had little kids running around and it wasn't the time nor place for a small dog.  So when the time is right Finnley is going to buy a pompsky  2) Finnley has been wanting to go to Hawaii since she dropped out of college to become a photographer.  She has seen pictures on the internet of the nature and she wants to get in on that action. 3) Finnley desperately needs a new lens for her Nikon camera.  She has had the same lens for the past 5 years and it would be nice for an upgrade. 4) A new tripod would be nice.  The last one she had fell into on coming traffic and the bastard didn't even slow down. 5) A Chromebook would help Finnley a lot because her laptop now does not have enough room for pictures so she would just transfer her pictures onto the chromebook after she edits them. 6) Fireball is her favorite liquor if you want to get Finnley drunk just put this in a cup and hand it to her and she will be your best friend ever. 7) Wine is Finnley's best friend, she didn't get through college without it late nights when her ex was away she would turn to Moscato box wine to get through the hurt. 8) Finnley needs a new car, the car that she has now is a beat up '69 Chevy Impala and she wants one that is up with the 21st century 9) Finnley desperately needs to find a way to get back to her center.  She really wants to get  yoga lessons for a year. 10) Finnley really wants to go on vacation with her sister Preston and her half sister Whitley.  She feels like she doesn't know either of them as well as she would like to and it would be a nice treat for all three of them.   0 Comments

06/18/2017 08:55 PM  Oh Summer, My Summer Since Finnley had to grow up at a very young age there were many things that she would like to do that she didn't get to do when she was younger. Photo 1- Finnley has always wanted to go to Disneyworld.  Ever since she saw the Full House episode where Danny Tanner proposed to Vicky with the fireworks.  She promised herself that she would go there before she turned 30. Photo 2- There was one episode of Saved by the Bell that always stuck with Finnley when she first saw it.  Where Lisa used her fathers credit cards and maxed them out.  She had said that she was from Waikiki.  Finnley asked her mother where that was and she said Hawaii.  When Finnley went to school she went to the library and searched Waikiki and saw that it was part of Hawaii and she fell in love with it that she vowed she would go there before she had any kids or a family Photo 3,4,5-  Finnley is ashamed by this that she has never gone to a pro hockey game before.  She is a very big sports fan, it is something that she is passionate about, when she is at her club she is secretly in her office watching Hockey, Football and Baseball.  She knew that it was a long shot but she really wanted to go to at least one game. Photo 6- Since she didn't have any luck in the love department she decided that this summer she was going to try speed dating and if it didn't work she would just take her chances with waiting again. Photo 7- Finnley loves the outdoors, she loves to go on long walks, and she always wanted to go for a hike in the mountains, where she was from there weren't many mountains but Arizona there were a lot of mountains. Photo 8&9-  New York City this was always a dream of Finnley's.  She had become obsessed with Broadway Shows in the past couple of years.  She had always wanted to go to Times Square because she fell in love with it while watching the ball drop on New Years Eve.  And she wants to go and see as many Broadway shows as she can this summer. 0 Comments

06/04/2017 12:06 PM  Dear Future Self The one time of the year that Finnley hated the most was spring cleaning, ever since she was little she had to do it for her mother.  If she didn't she would never hear the end of it,so she did it before her mother even asked her to.  Finnley was really going all out today, she even decided to pick up the floor board by her bed.  That is when she found the old shoe box that she had, had since middle school.  "Well this should be interesting to say the least."  Blowing the dust off of the shoe box, Finnley sat on her heels and closed her eyes for a second.  She didn't have the best of childhoods so she was curious to see what her younger mind had to offer. Sitting down on her bed Finnley sighed she couldn't believe that she was actually going to look at something from her younger years....that she was trying so hard to forget.  Scanning the box she bit her lip, there was a Britney Spears CD that was probably warped from how many times she had listened to it in her CD player.  Pushing the CD aside she saw a piece of paper that she had folded into a paper football.  Unfolding the football she let out another sigh, she remembered writing this letter for  an English Project in class. Dear Future Self, There really isn't much to go over, you know how your life has been and you probably know how it is going to turn out.  Hopefully life is better for you and you are on your own, because we both know that living with her isn't the easiest thing to do.  I hope that we are doing well, have our own little business, no matter what it is.  To be honest, ,by the time you read this I hope we have a big family, with a loving husband and a few kids.  If that doesn't happen I just hope that you are happy and living your life to the fullest.   And if not, I hope you find happiness soon.                                                                                             Love, Your Younger Self Feeling the tears run down her face she cleared her throat, she remembered the exact day that she wrote this, her sixth grade teacher told their class to write a letter to the person that you wanted to be and to put it somewhere where they would forget about it and just come across it when they were cleaning or moving. Folding the letter back into the paper football she closed her eyes tightly, at least she did two of the things that she wished happened, now the only thing left was for her to find happiness and have a family.  She didn't know if that was ever going to happen, she was going to be 28 this year and her internal time clock was running out of time, she was determined that she would be alone forever and she was honestly okay with that. 0 Comments

05/20/2017 11:20 PM  Mothers Day     1) It has been almost 10 years since Finnley had seen her mother, after the fact that she told her that she had a younger sister, she wanted nothing to do with her.  The past 9 Mothers Days, Finnley honestly just wanted to pick up the phone and talk to her mother.  Tell her that she found Laylie and that everything was great between the two of them.  But sadly she didn't want anything to come between her and Laylie.  This year since it had been 10 years her mother somehow found her and they had spent the whole day together. 2) The two of them decided to have a picnic in Arcadia Park.  This was something that they did every mothers day when Finnley was little.  They would go for a picnic in Boyle Park and just spend the whole day on the blanket just talking like they were best friends, but in every best friend story they had drifted apart and finally Finnley had enough of her mom.  This picnic did open up a lot of old wounds but to Finnley this was the best thing that had happened to her in a while and she was glad that she could spend the day in the park with her mother on her special day.    0 Comments

04/22/2017 12:29 PM  42 Wallaby Way Located at 42 Wallaby Way in Downtown Phoenix, Finnley lives by herself with her three dogs, Oliver, Roy and Ray. To a lot of people her house was a mansion but to her, it was home.  She started a career at a young age by opening her own club and this is what it got her, from living in a one bed room apartment to this really big and beautiful house. Now if you didn't know Finnley you would think that her room wasn't actually hers, she never really grew up and so the theme of her room is Peter Pan, more like Captain Hook's Ship.  This was something that stayed with her since she was 16, that is when she first started to really love Peter Pan.  Many people who come over too her house really question her sanity, but this is where she sleeps every night. This is probably one of Finnley's favorite rooms in her house, she had always wanted a home theater ever since she saw the first Back to the Future movie.  She couldn't believe how awesome it was to own one of these, from the nights that she invited her friends over for movies it was just too crowded, now she can have as many people over as she wants and be the cool one of the group. The final and most important room in the house, as most would think is where her three dogs sleep.  Yes, you heard that correct Fiinnley has a room for her three dogs to share.  When she bought the house it was a nursery and Finnley knew she wasn't ready to have any real babies but fur babies, that was another story.  The dog room is big enough to fit one full size human bed and a TV.  Now Finnley put dog beds in the room and yes ,she keeps the TV on at night for the dogs to fall asleep to. 0 Comments

04/09/2017 12:09 PM  Favorite Place There were some days that Finnley wished that she lived in another world, one where she could just lose herself and not have to worry about anything and everything would be alright.  After she had come to Phoenix to be away from her parents and to be  successful she had taken some time off after college to gather her thoughts, it wasn't like she needed to work, she was a billionaire and she honestly didn't like having money.    The first week that she got to Phoenix she went to the woods behind her house and when she was walking she found an old abandoned tree house.  Now many normal people would just keep walking past it, but there was something about the tree house that drew her towards it.  And she was glad it did, the tree house was the only place in the world that she could go to get away from her thoughts. The first couple of times that she went into the tree house she only stayed for a couple of hours, she didn't know that this place would be the first place that she thought of when she was sad.  There was something about being out alone in the woods made Finnley feel alive. Now, none of her friends knew about this place and she wanted to keep it that way, she thought that the people who had this tree house built felt the same way as she did. this place was her safe haven and maybe just maybe when she got into a serious relationship they would think about moving into the tree house, but for now it was her own and no one was going to take that away from her.  This place had become her weekend house, she had all of the essentials that she needed just in case there was a bad storm or if she was snowed in.  She was in her glory and frankly it felt like she was always meant to be there. 0 Comments
