The Stupid Prince & The Stubborn Princess AU

It was 5:45 am she was in the kitchen at her boyfriends house leaning on the counter her expression was that of boredom as she stared at the clock on the wall. Her body was shoved forward and her hips hit the counter she was jarred out of her zone and looked over her shoulder.

"Ouch!"

She gave him an annoyed expression. He looked at her breathlessly and shrugged and continued what he was doing. She sighed and pretended to enjoy whatever the hell he was doing. She didnt know what to call it ..it wasnt sex..it wasnt really anything but using her as a visual. She had made up some bullsh*t story as to why she didnt want to have sex..she said she was saving herself for marriage. She looked back at the clock and he asked her a question as he moved away from her she looked over her shoulder at him and then down at her leg and made a face.

"Im getting used to this " he said smiling at her. She forced a smile and turned grabbing a paper towel and cleaning off her leg she bent down and slid her pants back up and buttoned them..she really didnt want him to touch her but its what girlfriends did..they had been going out for 2 years and she had been able to use a multitude of excuses to get out of touching or kissing.

She glanced at the clock and cursed she spun around grabbing her thermos and wallet and ran to the door opening it she paused hearing him call her name and she turned and looked at him.

"Angel!! Have a good first day and dont forget the date we have tonight."

She gave him another fake smile and opened the door leaving. She had already called a uber and it was waiting for her. She got in and gave the directions and shook her head still feeling repulsed but faking it ..

They pulled up to the J.Edgar Hoover building and she got out fixing her shirt and running inside she emptied her pockets and went through the machine and grabbed her sh*t heading for the elevator. When it dinged on the 5 floor she got out and looked around ..there was nothing but men on this floor this department technically wasnt what women applied for. But she was good at what she did with the help of her little trick and the F.B.I. noticed. She asked a secretary where she should go and the woman looked at her and pointed. She walked over to the board room door and pushed it open she stepped in and swallowed as the whole room turned to look at her. She glanced around at the amount of men and they shook theyre head at her. She was going to speak but was cut off by one man she locked eyes with him and tilted her head.

"Right ….coffee your late our order is on the table and hurry up…"

She went to protest but the look he gave her she grabbed the paper and turned to walk out they thought she was a secretary. She rolled her eyes and did as they asked . whatever for good impressions. She made her way back after about an hour she kicked the door open and again everyone stared at her it was only different when she saw the man in charge there he gave her a look and helped her put the coffee on the table .

"Thank you" he gave her a sympathetic smile knowing what had happened and looked out at the group of men raising his eyebrows.

"Id like to introduce you group of maggots to our newest Agent...she graduated 90% on cold case solves.. Now I expect you'll show her some sort of respect but dont go easy on her .." He smiled at her and let her go sit. She scanned the room and saw one open space ..next to the guy that ordered her to get coffee. She rolled her eyes and sat down crossing her arms she glanced at him and he was looking at her . she shook her head and turned back to the front. He leaned over and smiled .

"Ya got my order wrong...better go back and get it fixed" she looked at him and closed her eyes she was seriously rethinking her career choice. She looked over at him and raised her eyebrow

"Yove got to be kidding me right" she huffed and looked away. She got a strange feeling sitting next to him and moved her chair further from him she didnt know why but shebwas suddenly becoming irritated.

The day was over and now she was sitting with Brian in a restaurant . She was waiting on his friend to arrive apparently it was. Double date..she didnt want to be there she had a pretty sh*tty day already then she noticed him waving and looked up and swallowed...

"f*** me not him"

He was making her feel really nervous nlw and she didnt know why. She gave him a look when he recited her history in school. She went to say something but he kept going and getting closer to her.

"No entanglements huh? So what your dragging her along until shendrops you why dont you drop her or are you just collecting a body count?"

She raised her eyebrow watching him as he kep getting closer to her.

"Not all women are like that tell a woman no and they try harder are you serious? Jesus christ you are full of shit..although Id take the ignore part right about now…"

She glared at him and shook her head.

"Its the other way around a guy sees an unatanable woman and they make it there lifes mission to break into her pants for a body count...to take her to fuck her but heres the real news hot shot not everyone wants to see your dick.."

She crossed her arms and nodded slowly. She watched his hand reach over her head and swallowed when he gave her an offer she looked at him shocked and laughed at him

"Is that what you take me for really? Do I look like that sort of person to just fuck anyone who gives me a complment ..your an idiot..and further more mine and Brians relationship is just that mine and his and whatever we do is our thing or not do whatever...so hold onto your 15 minutes and save it fo a girl who likes fetching things for you cause baby I aint that.."

She shook her head and jumped seeing his hand on the door she panicked and made her first mistake she put her hand over his to pull it off it was like slow motion the minute she did it. She felt her hand get warm and send out a jolt she started breathing faster and finally got the door open pulling her hand from his she walked out. She made her way back to the table and rubbed her hand on her pants still feeling the burn she mentaly kicked herself for touching him but it was an accident she didnt mean too fuck…

Brian looked up and smiled.

"Hey everything okay?" He asked she smiled and shook her head. And saw him out of the corner of her eye.

"No actually, I'm not feeling very well could be a flare up of that mono..I should really get home ...and lay down or something…."

She was now itching her palm as he looked at her.

"I can get a ride stay and hang out with your ...Brandy Ill be fine.." She smiled and walked out of the restaurant and stood outside looking at her hand

She watched him trying to keep her distance from him she raised her eyebrow.

"Well thank you for suddenly being so interested in my health and wellbeing and what it could possibly do to my career amI can assure you that everything is in order..thank you"

She kept her arms tight against her and swallowed staring at him feeling a breath catch in her throat. The mention of Brandy made her sick and make a face.

"By looking at you one would also assume that you would have better taste but it seems most ment these days go for whats cheap and available…"

What was he doing she couldnt deal with the feelings she wad getting at that moment..no stop it she closed her eyes for a moment to gather herself and stick to the rules..she knew them backwards and forwards she lived her whole life to them ...but there was something about him she wanted him to go the hell away but stay…she felt a button undo again and looked at him with her eyebrow raised and took another step back. He was making her guard fall and she didnt know if she liked it…

She tried to speak but nothing came out she cleared her throat and looked at him feeling her backing up more.

"I never said you were stupid persay but it seems that you are quite a ladies best friend seeing the company you keep and the blaten disregaurd for others around you letting her claw all over you..its quite discusting actually ..someone of your higher intellegance should know that but then maybe you are stupid…"

She made a face.

"So your the boy wonder? Boy is correct you act like a child ...and for the record Ive maybe said 15 whole sentances to you in my whole life ..you dont know me and you sure as hell shouldnt be judging me perhaps you should peek at your own relationships before assuming mine are up for debate..weve been together for 2 years what about yours 15 minutes?"

She smirked she jumped slightly when she saw his finger she was begging him not to touch her she sucked in a breath and looked where it was pointing and made a face seeing that she was partially exposed. She reached up and did the buttons again and leaned by him walking to the door. She pulled on it but it wouldnt open. She glanced over her shoulder at him and panicked a little …

"I cant ..open it…"

She mumbled to herself before looking directly at him.

"Whats your deal anyway...like your a completely diffrent person one minute then this?? And why do you care about anything that has to do with me ...you already pretty much put me in my place today anyways…"

She let the breath out ahe was holding and herd his voice she jumped slightly and opened her eyes and saw his reflection she leaned back up and turned looking at him raising her eyebrows.

"One can say in your profession you know how to read right? You do realize this is the ladies room."

She crossed her arms and backed away from him. What was he doing and why was he looking at her like that..stop it...normally it wouldnt bother her but him hes just like under her skin. She cleared her throat and held her head up.

"Im fine I still get bouts of nausea every so often when I witness discusting displays of affection.."

She smiled a little and looked at him. She took another step back this bathroom suddenly got really small..she gave him a look.

"What are you talking about hes not stupid and what am I trying to be convincing for? Buddy I have no idea what your talking about."

She scoffed and looked around then back at him she made sure to keep her hands close to her.

"I could ask you that question actually…"

She gave him a look and tilted her hear. She was somewhat impressed on the fact that he knew of her credentials . She nodded and leaned forward about to take a sip of her water when she herd him mention dulling out there sex life. She grabbed Brians glass and swallowed the whole thing making a face and putting the empty glass on the table. She wiped her mouth with her napkin and shrugged.

"Its just one glass ..Im sure nothing like that will happen..right? "

She glanced at Brian who picked up the glass and looked at her then at them

"Yeah I mean...its not a big deal Angels waiting anyways until shes married.."

"BRIAN! CAN you not ?!?!?!"

She looked at him and her eyes grew wider as Brandy stopped her motions and looked at her laughing jesus christ she was going to kill him..why does he have to open his fucking mouth… she took a deep breath and felt a button pop open and she looked down she buttoned it back up and itched her neck she was seriously becoming annoyed with this whole situation. She put her face in her hand and only looked up when he answered talking about women being jewels or something. Along those lines. She raised her eyebrow and wondered what the hell kind of rare jewel Brandy was..it was then she looked down and saw the button on her blouse pop open she glanced up in time to see a weird look on his face. She raised her eyebrow and stared at him was he doing this ..surely not ...no dont be stupid...that look though she stared into his eyes and rubbed her two fingers together and then flicked them sending a small shock straight to a mans prized possesion. She turned seeing Brian staring at her chest again and she stood up.

"I...I need to use the restroom." Brian stood up trying to lean i to kiss her and she leaned back and dodged him walking to the back of the restaurant and pushing the ladies room door open. She stood there pacing and talking to herself.

"I need to get the fuck out of here ...like now….hes so infuriating..whit his smile and his ...god.." She paused infront of the mirror and closed her eyes taking a deep breath.

She raised her eyebrow looking at him and felt her button on her top open she ignored it and tilted her head making a subtle face watching the girl infront of her just go ham on him. She shook her head and smirked.

"Right cause theres so many women gunning for a position in Violent Crimes …"

she smiled and looked away the waiter showed up and Brian ordered some shitty wine..she knew what he was up to and she was not about to relive this morning again..she looked at him and shook her head.

"You know Im not drinking that...I have to be up to eairly and it messes with the medication for the mono so your on your own "

She nodded and turned her gaze back to the couple before her she cleared her throat and raised her eyebrows this Brandy girl was one second away from dry humping his leg and it was pissing her off. Brian looked back and forth between them and laughed nervously.

"So then I guess it must be weird seeing him here tonight..I mean Ive only met him once Brandy seems to always have him tied up doing something" he nodded .looking at Angel the turned his gaze downward to her chest as another button opened.

She looked at Brian and could instantly hear what he was thinking she looked down and grabbed her shirt buttoning it back up and looked around..what the hell is going on ..she really didnt want to be here with any of them ..they were all just annoying especially him.

When she saw his fake smile she gave one back and couldnt tear her eyes of what this girl was doing. Seriously she was about to fuck him at the table...she rolled her eyes and let out a breath and spoke softly.

"Your right maybe it was a ln honest mistake to assume all women are your play things..to fetch things for you.."

She sat there wanting to sink into her chair and die. She looked around to see if there was an escape hatch that maybe just maybe she could activate. Before she knew it Brian was pulling her out of her seat as they approached. He smiled nodding at William and then hugging Brandy. Angel smiled and itched the back of her neck avoiding touching Brandy and just looked at William giving a sickening sweet smile tilting her head she crossed her arms watching him . Brian looked at them and gestured for them to sit down. She took her seat and finally broke the gaze with him and felt that wave of annoy hit her.

"Will, Brandy this is Angel.." He said trying to move closer to her which made her lean to the side and look at him.

"Brian...dont...remember mono" she smiled and looked back at Brandy and Will and smiled. Brian nodded and glanced back at them.

"She has a pretty weak immune system right hun" she looked at him and nodded

She kept her eyes on him from across the table how he pissed her off she couldnt stand it she leaned forward and licked her bottom lip.

"Do you treat all women you first meet as your personal to go assistant or was that just for me?" Brian looked at her then Brandy then Will

"You two know eachother?" He asked surprised Angel nodded and lifted her eyebrows.

"Oh yeah we do...he sent me to fetch his and his boys coffee today before realizing I was an agent" she chewed the inside of her lip and blinked.Brian Swallowed and looked at her

"Angel Im sure it was an honest mistake" Angel held her finger up looking at Will.

"Brian its rude to interrupt let him answer the question"

She was never this bold at all but something about him that close to her was irritating the shit out of her..the way he sat there with a smug smile the way he let his girlfriend touch him...wait!! What...no scratch that she didnt care..
