Chey was born to Amanda and her husband at the time. She was indeed their only child. They had somewhat of an alright life, until her parents divorced, due to her dad betraying her mom and all. They couldn't stay where they lived anymore, as they moved to the Indian Reservation, where her mom became a teacher. It was there that Chey met the Chief's son, Bobby Sixkiller, and became close to, who was always there for her. As their parents got together rather fast, he helped her accept it and the two became even closer if it was possible as they were already close, as well as over protective of each other. The life were interesting and pretty good from that point on, even so her brother some teased her brother but quickly stopped as he was tough like that, somewhat more than Chey herself was. In away anyhow.
When her older step brother, Bobby Sixkiller went to the army, she left alone even so she had her mother but her mom couldn't always be there, and Bobby's dad, who was her step dad died so it was just her. Chey fell in with the wrong crowed and dated a bad boy. She even run away with him, to marry him but her brother came back from the army, and put a stop to it. Even Chey temporary resented him for it, as he became more over protective of her than before. Eventually Chey realized that he did the right thing, and they became close again, even so she hated the fact that he was over protective of her, yet she understood why. Unknown to her she was pregnant, as she gave birth to a baby boy named Adam, few month or so before her 19th birthday. However, since her son was a reminder of her mistake, with the help of her brother and mother, she gave her son to adoption.
Chey hoped that he would have a good life but refused to think of him, as it hurt her too much. Eventually she went past it and moved on, as much as she could. During her years in college she fell for her professor, even so Chey knew it was wrong but she couldn't help it. However, since he was married at the time, nothing had happened between them. Besides given her age, it was another reason why nothing happened between Chey and her professor. Instead Chey dated a guy in her class named Mark, with whom she had a two years relationship, but the two broke up as he left her, as well as dropped out of college. Chey stayed until she graduated, when she was done with college and after that she took a short trip around usa.
After that she with her older step brother moved to Bay City, California where they opened a bounty hunting agency, called Sixkiller Enterprise, even if at the time it was called something else temporary. Chey and Bobby became successful and rich, as they moved in to a mansion with a pool, as they even bought many cars, RV's and such, to use on bounty hunting missions and trip, and things like that. Which definitely turned to be very useful for them both. One day, as they were done with a case, a cop by the name of Dutch Dixon came to visit them, and gave them a case, to catch a cop killer named Reno Raines. Unlike her older step brother, Chey didn't trust the one who hired them, as it all seemed way off to her but her brother thought that she was delusional, and mistaken as well as other things. As they went to catch the guy, yet her feeling of something off was only growing every minute. As Chey thought that the guy must be innocent or such, which turned out to be true.
They caught up to the guy and the one he held hostage for killing his fiance', as they hand cuffed both and got them both in their RV. Then they headed back to Bay City, California to turn them both in. As they stopped to rest over night. Chey didn't like nor trust the other guy, but she did like as well as trust Reno, as they set and talked. The more they talked the more convinced she was that he was a good guy. The next day when they got back in to the RV and back on the road, as Reno ended up escaping them but came back as he saved Bobby, then Chey as they worked together to catch the gang that took back their own leader and kidnapped Chey.
Despite the fact that it was hard to do and dangerous. From that moment on they became best friends with Reno Raines, and partners. Chey developed a crush on him right away, and flirted with him a lot. As Reno developed a crush on her too but kept it to himself being that his fiance' Val was in a coma at the time.
The two kissed sometime later, on a bounty hunting mission, even so they were interrupted one time before that, but after that her older step brother didn't manage to, as they ended up doing more than just kissing. Not long after that Chey found out that she was pregnant, yet she kept it a secret. Eventually she told both guys that she was pregnant, but from a different guy, the one she temporary seen before she and Reno got temporary together, as both guys believed it. Also she never told her brother that she and Reno got temporary together, especially since it lasted a week and then he told her that they can't be together, because he doesn't want her to risk her life for him, that way.
Chey ended up giving birth to a baby girl, as both guys were there, and helped her. Chey was 28 at that time. She named her daughter, Raina using Reno's last name with a and without e as well as s. That made both guys suspect but they said nothing about it. As they continued to work together. Going after criminals and catching them, and bringing them in for money.
After that she and Reno were just friends, even if it was rather hard on her and him, but she accepted it, just like he did. Chey watched him as he got with others, and once he almost left for good but things changed, as the one with whom he planned to leave with, managed to change her life so that she could stay, so Reno stayed and they continued to work together, even if he had to move on without the one he planned to leave with, as the two broke up. He even saved her and her step brother many more times, as they saved him. Reno and Bobby got Chey away from her ex professor, who turned out to be a bad guy who killed his wife, as she met up with the guy again and got with him years after Collage, while he was suspected of the murder of his wife. Chey believed the guy at first and resented the guys for so called making lies about him, until the truth came out, and she apologized as well as thanked them for helping her, for saving het
However, unknown to them all she got pregnant from the guy, as it was 3 years after her and Reno's daughter was born. She decided to have the baby, as she ended up giving birth to a boy, right when her daughter from Reno was three years old and 9 month. Yet she gave the child up, because of the bad memories with the child's father. Chey wanted the child to have a better life, but she didn't want to raise the child, as he reminded her too much of his dad by his looks even if the child was innocent, and she didn't blame the child for what his dad did to her. The only child she kept was her daughter from Reno.
Sometime later, Chey and Reno went undercover, as a married couple despite the fact that her step brother hated the idea and tried to stop it, as her her cousin took care of her daughter until the undercover job was over. She and Reno shared a room, as they almost kissed, but her step brother got in the way, so she went to brush her teeth. They playfully argued who will sleep on the bed and who on the floor, as they even had a pillow fight before they almost kissed. That was when her brother knocked on the door and stopped them from kissing, which pissed her off. As her brother visited them too many times to stop them being together, with all kind of excuses which pissed both her and Reno off.
However, after Chey's brother left the two did kiss, and even did more than that, giving in again. However, the next day they kissed again as Reno initiated that and he even asked her to marry him, but she told him to ask her later, after their undercover job was done, as it was almost over. Yet when he did she turned him down, because it was too risky and she didn't want to be used to get to him, as she left after that, then headed home and got her daughter, as she left with her. That was when she found out that she was pregnant again.
It was 2 years after her son from the bad guy was born, and given to adoption. When her daughter from Reno was 5 years and 9 month year old, give or take. Here and there they came back and left, until they left officially and came back sometime later, after living a bit in Hawaii and Italy, New York and San Diego where she worked as a teacher, English teacher and Math one to be exact. The youngest was 2 and the oldest 7 and 9 months years old was when they came back. Also before coming back to Bay City California, she was living in San Fransisco for a bit, with her kids where she met a guy named Richard Kimble, with whom she got together for a a while, as they traveled together as she tried to help him clear his name, as soon as she found out that he was wanted like Reno, but when she found out that she was pregnant and they seemed like not able to live anywhere together, he left her and the kids, with a note that he loves them but can't risk them, so he has to leave but one day if they are meant to be they will meet again.
As soon as he left them, Chey moved with her daughters back to Bay City, where they moved in with her brother. Chey became a bounty hunter again and a temp teacher, as she only works on certain days and only in the office, which left her with time to be a teacher in high school, so that is what she did.
As she came back she met the new employee Sandy Carruthers, as the two became friends and Sandy is the only one who knows the truth about who is the father of the girls, as well as about her current pregnancy and about her previews relationship, the last one. Sandy also the only one who knows that Chey wants back with Reno, as he is the only guy for her, and the one she really wants to be with, after all those years, the one she thought she wasn't meant to be with. Also she and Reno aren't as close but they are trying to be. They are taking one day at a time. After coming back, Sixkiller Enterprise became more successful and the mansion is much bigger and so is the pool, however all she cares about is being back.
Also Reno is more suspicious than her older step brother about the identity of her girls father. Not that he ever told her who he thinks it is. Chey is waiting for him to make the move so that they could be together but for now she is trying to prove that he should forgive her, that she is different and sorry for hurting him. It's not easy but she doesn't give up, she believes that one day they will be together.
